Next news is flow rates at St Andrews, BCE side track, possible WN update. If all good SP could hit 50p.
For the clarity of Carrot and others the UN product code 1267 is Petroleum Crude Oil, nothing else, no contaminants, just oil normally enroute to a refinery iron export terminal.
The UN product code for Oil Well drilling, cleaning and testing residues, contaminated with oil enroute for disposal is 7025.
There is no room for interpretation or maybes, the penalties for the haulier and driver are very significant even jail for incorrect labelling of a hazardous product.
I seriously believe that top of the morning ta ya knew that when he bought strategically just before last year's AGM on the 19th June (AGM was 22nd June) he punted what he did to look good for the company an he knew full well that strategically he couldnt loose as he would get it back from his salary over the next few months.
I mean come on ! £120,000 aint bad for a 73 year old .. Might as well have a flutter for fun.
Cant wait to check out the annual report renumeration changes :
D Bramhill 287,083 Hmmm I reckon £305,000
J O’Farrell 120,000 Shopping gone up in Spar in Dublin £135000
R Godson 40,000 Left the building - old boy
G Bull 40,000. Needed new shirts an glasses £48000
Craig Howie. 75,000. Nice little starter
So, let me get this straight, Mr. OFarrell should be grateful his salary covered the downturn in his confidence in this company, covering the loss of value of the shares he bought? And you seriously believe that? You really are something Heid, you really are 😲
Gets on my t1t5 a bit that carrot going on about you Pboo.
Just imagine if the board were on performance related pay. I think they would of cut a pay cut for last year.
True story that.
Well he is lucky earning all that money an yes it more than covered his losses on his buy last year.
Nice little earner for Joe on top of his other jobs that he dabbles in.

As I said in my post, possible tanker of crude oil.
It's Carrot13 that is wrong as per usual. He thinks all tankers with 1267 plates contain water.
"Joe bought some shares last year an is on a loss but made this up with his £120,000 salary"
Silly woman? Yes, incredibly silly. Paying a director a salary. My, whatever next. And to think he's so lucky to get one to make up for his shares dropping 🙄
You must be sick in the head Carrot13.
Slander away.
I do believe I have an understanding of how this works in the main as I have been here long enough to see the pumpers the dumpers the bloggers the 'X'ers the promises the fails etc etc
My family own shares here therefore I have a voice.
I guess I could buy some shares tomorrow as my first bond comes out. I will have a think.
David can grant Zac options. Why not do that an then Zac can buy some shares.
Craig can buy shares here...question is will he bother ?!
David doesnt bother buying shares here any more as he is an old boy
Ray is retiring cause he was an old boy
Joe bought some shares last year an is on a loss but made this up with his £120,000 salary
From the silly old woman
We have received two dividends so far:
Interim dividend of 0.3 pence payment date of 28 July 2023
The Board declared a gross Maiden Special Dividend of 0.8 pence payment Date of Friday 16 December 2022
The share price is below last year's AGM by 8p an I do see as it as unreasonable for a 0.60p dividend/higher
David can not drill fast enough to eat up all the money after being told for a long time that there will be no placings, debt free, profitable an all drill covered. The USA drills are far cheaper than the UK ones which incidentally are budgeted for an imo some will never be drilled.
A listed company works or how it's finances operate. As Grey Panther states, and he seems to have a good knowledge of the sector, a yield of 2.5% on a share with a 25p SP is almost unheard of on AIM. A bit like her demands that Zac Philips should buy shares. The independent company advisor who would suddenly be no longer able to carry out his independent duties lol. Does she understand that when the auditors sign off the accounts, they also have to confirm the ability of the company to be able to continue to trade and they can cover all their liabilities going forward. What is more important, is that to do this involves increasing revenues, not resting on their laurels relying on Wressle alone. A divi will be great but it will be at an amount the board deem wise, not what one silly, non-shareholding woman demands.

I was saying PBoos picture has been taken from the UJO twitter account https://twitter.com/UnionJackOilplc/status/1788089848303116540
I have nothing against that but he has a well documented history of posting misleading photos and using fake ones to manipulate share price for personal gain and is also well know as being a fraudster here on LSE, I don’t want him to think he will get away with chucking a few copied photos up on his twitter and then pretending he’s got information/pictures like he did over on UKOG (current price 0.000025p).
That tanker of waste water has a Haz Mat No 1267 displayed.
The UN1267 Hazmat code refers to Petroleum Crude Oil.
It might be oil!

What about a vote for CJ / TAC / CT / CT5 ? 😂
With regard to Heid's "I want 0.6 (pence) or higher", I completely disagree and, if I'm honest, I think she's barking up the wrong tree. It would represent a yield of 2.5% on a share with a 25p SP which is almost unheard of on AIM. I would far prefer to see any "surplus" cash invested in attractive drilling opportunities which should, in the event of success, soon be reflected in a much higher SP.
Carrot13
You are such an amateur 🙄 🤣 😂
Taken from the UJO twitter, that’s OK this time Pboo but I don’t want to see you retweeting pictures of any waste water tankers pretending they are oil again like you did at UKOG.
Reach for the stars 🌟
Climb every mountain higher
It looks like they have sold at least 1 tanker load of 1267 crude oil
