And to be fair thats not being rampy, that is being intelligent an factual.
I feel we are now in a period of regular RNSs for this year, all of which will only be good news an catalysts to share price growth.
My £1 stands.
GLA.
I disagree but less strongly: folks with decent regular income may keep the will to live.
& who feels things as strongly as Heid?
I strongly disagree with that comment.
I think many will have lost the will to live before there is any definitive news about West Newton.
I would say Wressle an West Newton CPRs will both be outstanding.
The Cline report must be good if they are going ahead with Buy-back which is my preference over the dividend. All looking very good
No doubt sniff of the Gaffney Cline CPR 'S'
milnrowmug, the major investors will have already been 'sussed out' as to their preference and which course of action the company will take will be based on that. And remember the major shareholders will know more than us about the companies likely trajectory.

Prefer a share buy back 1st ... then plan the maiden divi
The last share reduction application of a company I held shares in took just 34 days, that was from the meeting of shareholders and the passing of the resolution, to the High Court giving its assent for it to go ahead.
So should not take very long, if all is in order.
I see the rns is for buy-back OR divi, not &/or. So if not 50/50, which would we prefer and which shall we get?
Rns:
Ujo keeping to their word ... to the letter.!!!!!
Another jigsaw piece an going in the right direction, to return meaningful capital to shareholders, an grow the share price whilst attracting institutional investors.
Many thanks for your continued hard work, team Union Jack Oil.

Capital Reduction Update
Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO) a UK focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company is pleased to announce that following the passing of a special resolution of the Company at its Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2022, the Company is now pursuing a reduction of capital exercise through the court procedure ("Capital Reduction").
The Capital Reduction involves an application to the High Court of Justice, followed by two court hearings, where the Courts will consider whether any creditors will be prejudiced by the Capital Reduction.
Once the Capital Reduction is complete and a positive result obtained, the Company will issue a further announcement outlining details of a share buy back scheme or the payment of a maiden dividend.
Mymi, "without notification", I think not. When Rya were on lse and buying back almost daily, there was always a rns to declare, the following work day. Prior notification? I know not. I guess the published agm results are a sort of prior notification, though.
mmhatter,
struth, give them a bit of time, it was only passed the other day,
Q1) now its been passed do they have to get all the paperwork legally ticked?
Q2) can ujo just start buying its own shares without notification that its doing it? at least up to a certain percentage (i hope so)
I think it’s bloody shoddy how mr Bramhill doesn’t keep us updated…. Why hasn’t there been a update on the dividend and by the back… I was lead to believe the agm was to facilitate this!!! He put his solicitors on it months ago…. And what about the cpr reports…. No wonder the price is dropping which I actually think is due to insider shorting to lower the sp so shares can be bought at a lower price before buyback or dividend…. Thoughts people??
