I was giving you examples of companies that were taken over at multiples of their current market cap. I didn’t say Fusion was worth billions of dollars. I was evidencing that Fusion could get bought out for many times its current market cap.

GTC if you go on google which shows live time trades there was one at 1600 hours atwhich doesn’t show up on lse… These are usually delayed large trades.

Today there has been an awful lot of buys compared to sells and similar to monday and last monday when over 1 million buys went through…. Someone’s nicely accumilating shares…. I believe this is being kept low.

Chris that is so accurate our dearest Rocka. If this got sold for 20-30p it would be the worst deal in history unless it was an aggressive takeover which won’t happen. Anywhere from 50p to over £1 realistic in this field of science. I don’t want your opinion Rocka on my thoughts. This was over £1 a couple years ago and only dropped due to financial uncertainties which are now not there… The revenues are the same as back then and our science usp is much more advanced. What we have is special. Words of a world leader in the field. Coming from a clever boring scientist those are good words.

I actually believe he will be very busy… Contracts can take a long time but not 7 months. especially with a company you have been working with for 2 years. On the other hand a takeover can take a significant amount of time and explains the silence around optimal. I don’t know why he wouldn’t tell the market he was in talks or had been approached tho as this would be great for the sp.

We are actively using the optimal library to isolate antibodies in collaboration with Fusion Antibodies. We will develop lead antibodies for cancer therapy. At the moment, we do not have a timeline for publication. It is common that publications require rigorous research data and take some time.

We know NCI are actively still using optimal and finding it Fruitful. The fact no contract has been signed by now suggests to me Fusion are in talks with another company for a take over. It makes sense. Fusion selling off their small rabbit antibody to tidy up ends and raise capital to look attractive to other companies. Another company will want exclusivity of Fusions tech. The silence from Fusions also adds to this as they have always been quite vocal in keeping us up to date. This is just a sit and wait now…. Great things coming at some point.

We all have different ideas on investments Rocka so good luck in yours. Would be a boring place if we all thought the same. Just not sure why you bother being here on this board when you feel like you do. Hope your game plays out well for you.

Holding over 1.3m shares in a isa i expects to be over a million pound rich within a couple years.

How much more potential do you want then an antibody discovery platform that can go straight to humanisation and performs better and quicker than any other platform already out there?

I’ve never said 1 billion pounds. They are examples. Crumbs you really are hard work!!! And i completely disagree. I think Fusion with optimal and their other platforms have much more potential and the patents make them even more attractive and valuable to the big companies.

No you really have no idea do you Rocka…. okay another example in our field. Novartis bought Excellergy for 2 Billion and was previously valued 70 million. That was for an allergy drug that was in the early development stages… Need i go on…. there’s hundreds of examples

Basic example for you Rocka is watsapp… Valued 1.5b before being bought by Facebook for 19billion.

If you do some research into company take overs they are very often agreed at multiples of the share price especially in cases like Fusion where they have a patented usp that is wanted by the buyer. Ie Optimal!!!! I couldn’t see Fusion be sold for less than 80m personally and the more validation that goes on the higher the value.
