Looks like someone is selling again with £40k of sells today.

There is very few trades and haven’t been for a week now. Shares are in sticky hands and only small trades going through. That being said it’s hard to sell and likely this will go down if company corporate is soon.

Frankly i think this share price is a disgrace. I’m not sure who to blame but it should be multiples of where it is now. I’ve seen it in numerous companies and think it is to do with the AIM markets. They need to be more like the american markets and people might want to invest more! It’s not fair on the company if the true value of the company is not reflected in the share price.

Really enjoyed the banter the last couple of days… Hopefully STi will be about soon to tell us how the company is doomed and a dilution is imminent .

Would love to see a rns in morning stating the company has been contacted regarding negotiating purchasing the company…. Would be worth holding some just for that day…. Would send this to 50p in a second.

How this is at 13p a share with a world leading technology is beyond me. AIM has a lot to answer for on how it manipulates the value of companies. This will have to re rate at some point to a sensible level. It’s no wonder so many companies leave the market to realise true value.

Very interesting webinar. I have never heard Adrian talk so much about being taken over and he made it sound inevitable almost. I feel like the NCI are dragging their heels and almost trying to hold this back. Although they know it’s great i doubt they will want others to have a piece of the science. I am also surprised that there has been a big seller today. This company can’t stay around the 16m valuation with what they have. Will have to re rate soon. Just a waiting game.

How do you feel sti knowing that you were spouting the same rubbish about the company when they were 4p about a year ago….. Everyone’s fed up of you saying they need cash. you’ve said that for the past 2 years but yet the company has risen in value over 400 percent…. if investors listened to you they would have lost a lot of money! you have said the are running out of money and have said this for the past 2 years!!! The company is launching a new state of the art ground breaking technology and we know they will get a contract with the NCI….. That alone will bring in a lot of money…. I was surprised that the NCI deal hasn’t already been signed with them as good as out of contract…. I wonder if this is planned/ manufactured and if there is a company putting a bid in for the company/ optimal. Would explain the low share price. Would explain the delay in NCI…. Another company wouldn’t want NCi involved and would want the tech for themselves. Thoughts guys??

NCI contract will all be finalised i imagine. Fusion are just choosing not to disclose it yet. i expect it will be the week they launch optimal for impact.

The cash isnt a concern. As you say there is massive potential.

The xompany have atates they are cash okay till 2027. If rhey need to raise money in the mean timeto keep the company secure whilst the massive potential is realised then i'm okay with that. All great companies need money/investment whilst growing and i accept that. Nice to see you finally accepting this company has potential.

Why do so many idiots get hooked and obsessed with trying to scare people into convincing them the company are goj got raise money. Sti and Alice have done this for the past 3 years and despite the company raising small amounts the company has gone from 3p to 19p… That’s 500%. Companies are on aim for the purpose of being able to raise monies. What the idiots havnt fathomed is that Fab has ground breaking technologies and could easily be worth £100million as a company as it was 3 years ago.

The company is expanding and getting new contracts and just one royalty could be worth more than the whole company. Let’s not get started on if a company wanted to take over Fab… so i dont care if tv company needs to raise money to keep developing and progressing.

Is this not much closer to a pound??? i have taken some time to read back over some RNS from before the slump from £1.50 to 3p and we have more now and as good revenues than when we were over a pound. with the latest technology advances this will get back to where it was.
