What is going on? When you read the last RNS they said:
'The Company is now pleased to be able to confirm that it has satisfactorily resolved these matters.
The Board of Directors of Umuthi wishes to provide shareholders with a further update regarding the temporary suspension from trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on the Standard Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.
As announced on 10 June 2021, the FCA temporarily suspended trading in the Company's shares as a result of its concerns regarding some Company shareholders who were involved in a ************** agreement prior to the Company's Admission to trading, not being able to trade all of their shares. This was due, in some instances, to share trading accounts not having been fully activated.
The Company is now pleased to be able to confirm that it has satisfactorily resolved these matters.
Evidently the matters are not resolved.
Have no doubt the competent focused ceo has it under control. Hahahhahahahhahahahahhaahhahahahhaha
When will full trading resume? Wednesday?
Not sure the Pello suspension is an impediment to UHS, so Umuthi should be able to resume trading tomorrow.
Can we have an RNS please
Sounds like 24 hours to trading
Let's hope so. Could be worth the wait. Meanwhile take a look at Mac if you what a sideshow. Gla
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Market abuse is a concept that encompasses unlawful behaviour in the financial markets and, for the purposes of this Regulation, it should be understood to consist of insider dealing, unlawful disclosure of inside information and market manipulation. Such behaviour prevents full and proper market transparency, which is a prerequisite for trading for all economic actors in integrated financial markets.
Wonder if this is the part of the regulation ? It would explain why the FCA have not allowed the Company to start trading again as the investigation has opened a can of worms...
This is fantastic news and an RNS - we must surely expect trading to resume in a day or two.
Thanks to the Board for getting this out - now let the rubber meet the road so we can see the potential and fruition of Umuthi.
Gosh - standard comment perhaps
Think they saying - dont mail us for information on an individual basis regarding info not known to market
