Bill Brodie Good, Chief Executive Officer, will provide an investor presentation on Wednesday, 16 June 2021 at 3:00pm via the @InvestorMeetCo platform.
https://twitter.com/AlienMetals/status/1404373307206557696
I'm watching the silver price hoping for a rise because we need a nudge up, but silver and gold are not playing ball today. Hopefully before Mr Bill speaks on Wednesday there will be an upturn.
We are due a lot of silver news now:
- We’ve got a team hitting the ground in about 7 days time on Elizabeth Hill.
- Drilling to start as soon as drill rig sourced (permit already in place for 4,000m of drilling). Can get EH drill date RNS any day.
- Tailings Project 45 day extension is up next week. IMO those that doubt we will get a deal which will provide UFO with a significant source of income will be disappointed.
- The Mexico silver projects, we are on the cusp of getting those permits. It can't be much longer now! Drilling fully funded. They are excellent high-grade projects. Los Campos right next to Endeavour and is being marketed by IBK Capital, so easy to JV.
- Basel III due I think 28th June. Chris Marcus was saying last night it could send silver up to $100/oz!
- UFO primed for maximum leverage on LSE.
Still doesn’t take away the fact that Capstone pulled out of Donovan2
The market didn’t like it and still doesn’t like it.
That’s the only thing that matters.
I can see those Elizabeth Hill silver tailings making the company a nice profit.
Could Max or anyone with the time please sum up what Basel III is? Thanks.
I've got my eyes firmly on the prize of UFO becoming a DSO producer and then seeing the price of the next metal to pop => silver.
Hamersley's 90% interest downside valuation will now be = £106,796,800 (2.95p/share).
Then reduce the aggressive 60% discount factor.
Then add JV or contract mining which will multiply the valuation!
Then add the other projects.
Bill will have plenty of good prospects to lay out on Wednesday.
Oh the broken record continues.
Chris dear, please stop.
Capstone were very kind enough to pay for the privilege of drilling and sampling.
They have pulled out due to a shift in their own focus.
It is entirely possible for UFO to JV at a later stage with someone else.
D2 was never factored in to the SP.
The market reacted as they do.
The SP will recover.
Short sentences for you. :)
Good point BB: Capstone paid for their involvement, so it didn't cost us a penny.
It will be interesting to see what Alien says about the tailings project. As discussed on this 'board previously, the seller (Wombat) is owned by another company called Sorrento Resources. Tom Winnifrith's article says that some of Alien's directors have historic and possibly present links with one or both of these companies, and asks whether there are undisclosed related-party deal(s) here. I don't think the company needs to respond publicly to the Winnifrith piece, but they should perhaps use any scheduled update to confirm unequivocally that everything is in order.
I am still wondering what the real reason was that Capstone pulled out of Donovan2.
To go from fully committed and full of optimism to let’s get out of here is odd don’t you think?
Either it is worthwhile drilling or it isn’t.
Either way it doesn’t reflect well on the ambitions of UFO.
Don’t believe me?
The market certainly agrees.
Basil 3 is basically banks will need to hold physical assets not paper to cut out the third party risk, most banks have been buying gold since 2016 this has been put off a few times
PLUS we will get all the raw data which could be worth thousands of £s.
So Capstone hands Aliens the data? Nice!
chris2 your boing me now look exploration is as it sounds. do field work find good grades plan a drill campaign confirm result drill more prove the concept. there are not many compoies that hit first time
best example is GGP Newcrest had Havieron first did some drill hole didn't drill deep enough ggp went over the result looked at them differently drilled different places and deeper hit the big one , Newcrest was also JV on earnest giles 2018 i think then pulled out, 8 odd months later JV again with GGP on a deferent project.
please put some decent content out there, your going over old news
donovan2 didn't hit capstones goals so they moved on. when ufo get the details they will look and updates us
TW is extremely unethical. Instead of asking the question to UFO’s Nomad at Beumont Cornish first, he puts out a piece which got circulated making baseless allegations and calling the Nomad “Roland fatty Cornish”!
There has been no impropriety. As per the 90% interest deal in Hamersley, 3rd party advisers where used and paid a fee.
Starbright, due you really think Dan Smith who has over 12-years of Capital Markets experience in Executive and Non-Executive Director roles and is familiar with the regulated environment of companies listed on stock exchanges, having also served as Company Secretary for Corporations listed on AIM, ASX and NSX, doesn’t know the right procedures?
Do you really think Mark Culbert who has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer doesn’t know what he is doing?!
Unfortunately, the allegations you & TW were making and circulating (prior to emailing UFO or Beumont Cornish first) ultimately panicked investors to sell, making them think the share will be suspended.
And TW stated on Twitter on Saturday, the share won’t be suspended. So hope some people got some bargains. But I feel sorry for the people who were caused to panic sell thinking the share will be suspended. Very unethical behaviour!
CHRIS2 - RNS clearly states a combination of their opinion of results from their work at D2 and redirection of corporate focus towards more developed opportunities. The data will give an opportunity to analyse their data for Bill and decide future strategy. Use those two brain cells you are so proud of lol
Initial exploratory work rarely brings amazing results so doesn't mean there definitely isn't anything worthwhile as they were interested initially due to the available data.Capstone are performing very well and have plenty of cash to buy into a more developed opportunity so can't criticise them as they realised it may take more time and money than they anticipated to try and find an economic deposit at D2 which given their locality would have been very fruitful for both them and us.
Unbelievable you weren't even aware of the JV details yet chose to critique..........do some homework on fundamentals or learn TA to trade better. I am not saying D2 is definitely viable or definitely not although of course this is a disappointing turn of events. Personally, I hope focus is kept on Oz projects in the near to mid-term.
I,m sorry Starbright but I have to disagree with you, there's no smoke without a fire and Tom,s article needs addressing by the company, lets clear the smoke and so prevent the fire.
The markets want clarity, so if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about
wentsland i agree never smoke with out fire and always worth DYOR which i have done and don't think there is an issue IMO, TW just uses click bait to get more viewers, a few people on hear have been through this also, can we move onto something that has not been looked into as i am board and need to research something else
We all saw it on Saturday in the large post entitled, Bag of xxxx..
When you responded to christalbirdes, a few mins later cantclough29 also posted the exact same words as you used, again responding to christalbirdies.
Schoolgirl error there my foe...
Lol you are such a wet blanket, full of your own tears as nobody trusts you on this BB.
You are like a little boy hiding round the corner for any bad news, then you make yourself present, shouting
I TOLD YOU SO.
My post will not get deleted, because the moderators know, that you annoy this board continually ....
NFO
When you coming to Broadmoor, I am going crazy to meet up with you.....!
Max chill mate. The sp going lower caused a bit of a panic amongst those who haven't done any research, the impatient and potentially a few sitting on a big loss. It's no big deal but it does clearly show that it does not take much to move the sp which we already knew. So when we get our JORC and possible news on EH then it's not going to take much to send the sp flying. Some will sell into the news and some will buy but they'll struggle to keep up once this starts to move.
As for TW the guy is a rarcist reference to his comment freely available on YouTube when having a pop at another mining company and referring to the African country as bongo bongo land. Anyone who sucks up his drivell on a paid basis obviously is cut from the same cloth. Although his comments are defamatory immature and offensive to most normal ppl it just shows the character of the individual and all those that follow him like the messiah. I've no doubt recent complaints about his language will result in him being banned from some social media platforms and possibly being in court again. Just ignore him and all his followers. Simple as.
