Bought a a few on the dip as though was overdone. Q3 is critical but just wait longer-also see what is happening in AH- expect BJ will give some interview kater
Sooty, icepick et al interims out today. Increased sales but not as great as was hoped, 31%. Outlook challenging in short term due to lack of head lice, well that's the way I read it.
Maybe sooner than I thought....
Not long to wait now. I'm expecting a gradual climb in the lead-up to results, which will give us some data on sales to date. But most eyes will be on the 'forward looking' statement that comes with them. This could be a hidden gem. GLA
By looking at the icon above financial diary one notes that last years interim figures were on 24 Septmber
The question is, why are they selling? Do they know something? Do we have a date for the next set of figures?
We've had a seller or sellers in this share since the placing last November. First it was someone selling at any price, as low as 2p, then we had blocks of 250k being sold into any rise, now we have a 100k seller who has been busy dumping stock on a daily basis. Hence where we are today. One day the tide will turn, and I wouldn't want to be out when it does.....
I've been in this since shortly after Bruno Jactel came on board and was fortunate to catch the huge rise in Feb 2014 when I sold the lot. Bought back in steadily as things progressed and for the life of me I cannot understand why the share price is where it is. Given the progress, especially with Vamousse, I believe this is well undervalued but the market is what it is. As you say, next month we'll see where they're at. I'm expecting somewhere intro $4.5m sales for the first half. Anything above that figure would be a big plus considering the 2nd half will always be better with their current offerings. ATB
I like this one. Results next month should be a good indicator of the potential for the the next 12 months.
thanx gg. tree shake? surely if shares are tightly held, none will fall.
So when good news DOES come it can rise quite rapidly. What I can't get my head round is why TYRU is down 7% but TYR is down 14%?!
The volumes are small. MM's playing games and trying to tree shake. TYRU is a great little company for the long term moving into profitability hopefully next year. It's not a trading share as shares are quite tightly held and thus it's difficult to buy or sell in any volume.
have any ideas why this is falling so much on no news?
Just invested in TERN . I plan to either raid the bank balance or sell some ' in profit' shares to purchase a second tranche..
Agreed Breton59. Trading updates with no factual structure are rather pointless;yet so many companies issue these, generally stating that trading is "in line with expectations" . Waste of time !
I found the update a bit woolly to say the least. To many well used words that told us very little.. Still, happy to be invested in Tyratech.
Today's RNS. Was that really an 8% drop bad news? Personally, I saw a lot of positives there. Will be interesting to see the results of the animal health trials. "Revenue impact of PureScience expected in second half of year." It ain't far off.
Can I buy these in a UK-based ISA or is there a bunch of paperwork to fill in?
Hi S&S. Tyratech products are currently on sale in USA, UK and France (or soon to be) so affordability in Latin America is not an issue although it maybe in the future. The price by general western standards is very reasonable and TYRU have invested a lot in R&D and securing patents. However, I agree that it would be expensive e.g. for the average Brazilian.
Good post gg_man. The problem for Tyratech and their repellant is the cost. Your average South American doesn't have 7 or 8 $ to buy it. I can see it doing very well in the southern states and other developed areas of the world but those that really need it can't afford it.
Another thing, you say 2% market share....well for your info they already have 7% market share as stated by Bruno earlier in that youtube link. A good result would be 2-3% market share in year one so they are performing extremely well
Thoth2, You are completely wrong with your comments regarding inventory. Listen to this from 24' in... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crVqS1t24UM Bruno quite specifically states retailers carry very little inventory and are reordering on a weekly basis. There will be no credit notes and no returns as you state. Trading update expected this week, expect it to be very upbeat.
That's not new Elartu, been out for a long time. Are you actually invested??
