'Togolese Prime Minister Komi Selom Klassou and his government have resigned, in an EXPECTED political reshuffle delayed by the coronavirus pandemic.'
I too messaged RL yesterday as I was concerned, when I get reply will mention here.
After reading below posts and a little research this was clearly expected and I would be incredulous to believe BOD were not aware of it. Believe Graham and Russell are both South African and would have a good understanding of pan-African politics and strong networks within various countries including Togo. If they hadn't been aware I'm sure someone on the ground would have mentioned it to them. I'm very excited about the next few weeks.

Four Research Permits covering 29,819ha in northern Togo
JORC Code Mineral Resource of 13.97Mt @ 12.4% Mn and Ore Reserve of 8.48Mt @14.0% Mn with additional upside identified
Known deposit covers 2.2km by 500m and averages 3.3m thick
Mineralisation starts at surface meaning it is amenable to shallow open pit operation with no waste stripping
Metallurgical testwork supports implementing a simple beneficiation process to produce a saleable product of 38% Mn
10,000t bulk sampling metallurgical testwork programme completed in March 2019. Testwork assessment and on-site processing used dry screening and wet scrubbing to produce a beneficiated ore averaged 38.88% Mn, 6.28% Fe and 11.5% SiO2
Nayega ore is best suited to production of silico-manganese alloy
Testwork is fully funded by the end user, a major producer of manganese-based alloys

Our Strategy
Keras’ strategy is focused on building production and revenue at its Nayega Manganese Mine in Togo, once it has received its Mining Licence:
Implement phased development plan to build on the current installed infrastructure, which has the capacity to produce ~6,500 tpm of ~38% Mn without any additional Capex, to 300,000 tpa of saleable Mn ore
Continue exploration work on the extensive project area to increase both the Resource and the Life-of-Mine
Execute two-pronged sales strategy focused on the proven steel market and the fast-growing EV market
Great analysis Markyess...your stats are broadly in line with my own numbers, albeit as you say a bit conservative. In essence this is a very unloved stock right now, crazy ....as the free Calidus allocation I received absolutely boosted my portfilio. So nice one DR / RL !! Next for us loyal and patient investors to really reap the benefits of this sleeping tiger. I do think that if it wasn't for Cov-19 and to some extent the elections, we could have very possibly already been up and running. The potential in this share is staggering - everything is ready to go . Just need Monsieur Ably-Bidamon to give the green light. I have c1% here and hope to slowly scale in some more as and when I can. Good luck everyone. If this goes where we think it can, hope to meet some of you at some point for a well-deserved celebration.
