I would like extend a big welcome to oooh-IHT-Friend ..
Who has obviously joined TWD yesterday and embraced the company product so much, he has named themselves accordingly.
I have watched from a way back on how this has developed over sometime now karlon. Not good for anyone. I'm no expert on the workings and running temperatures of cars but in previous job made pcbs. There are lots of flex materials out there that I would withstand eV temperature surely. I bet that's how automotive doing it right now or with insulated wire. As far as genuine is for you to decide sir
Really ???????? You joined today with only 3 posts how genuine are you fella ooh iht friend
Have nice evening
Just use a flex circuit with decent rating on material. Easy.
When I read the temperature tolerance of IHT then the answer s most definitely yes.
Sadly the BoD has not identified all of its potential customers
They are always quiet. Obviously nobody wants Stevenage or that would be gone by now. So Stevenage goes belly up and then they have hardly any revenue. They always promote group figures of 8 million approx. Stevenage do 6.5 of that. Maybe the new Hindley boys will get something in that plant to earn money. I ask you this though does EV really need IHT. It certainly doesn't need long IHT on cars. It's just a connection from battery to battery. The big boys are and have been doing it for years. Their concept of IHT is niche. The automotive market is tough to make money. Even tougher the way trackwise run a business.
Understand your frustration, regards to the share Price , especially watching it drop from 60 pence to 0.45. (Painful at the least)
Reading their twitter account, website and rns it shows they do care about their employees so they do care about the company.
Although extremely phenomenal Engineers, they seem to struggle to 'think outside the box 'when it comes to marketing . My impression is they lack the expertise in changing the marketing methodology when the current one is giving an average to sub satisfactory result.
I believe if the company was to implement a road show, inviting not only potential customers but identifying their rivals the share price will leap to 10-20 pence.
By doing nothing, then I believe your concerns of gaining contracts will be by fluke.
Ok then... Why don't you check in the with new bod and there plans and what have they done since Jan, secondly, 1 year 1month 1week chart looks amazing doesn't it, what a fantastic legacy this company has made, the fact they are quiet says it all, one wrong move it's over got them.
Register... since your in love with the bod and your research.
What's more important generating leads, or updating the register ?
Ask them to update the shareholder register.
If the BoD did not care, why update us on the delay and their response???
I've been in shares that dropped from 60pence a share to 2 pence then back up to 89 pence.
From what I can see there is no reason with the product this can't happen here.
What is needed is straight forward strategic marketing.......simple really
IPman27 I believe you have just made several assumptions I.e : no money in the bank
Scam
BoD don't care.
All your words, not mine.
Before making assumptions why don’t you ask the company to update the shareholder list since your going on about the new boys in town, Absolute shamble the bod have shafted share holders so badly it’s unbelievable, complete red flags here no money in the bank no news on sale of Stevenage, no update on future business, nothing on EVOEM delay and final payment. Scam comes to mind.
Wow, good luck with a reply from the CEO. Who knows what will happen with TWD. I'm sure they will look after themselves and it won't matter about Stevenage. They will be collateral damage. 50 years in business and potentially soon to be gone.
Well, I was expecting news Friday or this morning.
In the absence of news , I believe amicable settlement is being discussed
I took the unusual decision to contact the CEO via investors contact today.
I suggested that the CEO took the IHT product on a roadshow.
Exhibiting the product to potential customers and their rivals..
Let's see what news arrive tomorrow, goodluck all
Philip Johnston, the CEO of Trackwise, has extensive experience in the technology and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Trackwise in 2018, he worked for over 25 years at Laird, a global technology company, where he served as Group Managing Director for nine years. During his time at Laird, he gained a breadth of experience in manufacturing, product development, and international operations management.
Johnston is also a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of both the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. His background in engineering and executive leadership has positioned him well to lead Trackwise and contribute to the company's growth and success.
I believe sometimes its the CEO who makes the difference between a company being successful or not. One could ask is it experience, luck, innovation ,previous success in other companies. or vision.
Well, even if the news is poor, I'm confident with the research done today, it will turn good later on, reaching the dizzy heights of its former share price.
The UK EV OEM manufacturing industry consists of the following manufacturers :
1. Nissan: Nissan's Sunderland plant in the northeast of England produces the Nissan Leaf electric car.
2. Jaguar Land Rover: The company is investing heavily in electric vehicles and has announced plans to produce several new electric models in the coming years.
3. Aston Martin: The luxury car maker is developing an all-electric version of its Rapide model.
4. Lotus: The company announced in 2019 that it would be launching its first all-electric hypercar, the Evija.
5. Arrival: Arrival is a UK startup that is developing electric vans and microbuses.
6. LEVC: The London Electric Vehicle Company produces electric taxis and commercial vehicles.
Searching online, I cannot find out who the party is, but there is a growing number of UK EV OEMs as the demand for electric vehicles continues to rise globally, and the UK Government has set a target for all new cars and vans to be zero-emission by 2030.
I hope that helps, whilst we wait for news
It's all post factum now... we gamble on positive news :) 😀
It could well be as it definitely seems to high at 0.47p to be a sale
I believe the 1 million 16.33 sell is actually a buy for the sp has risen
Well 5pm has arrived, so I believe it might be best to prepare oneself for some bad news.
Hi Neil, I am hoping we be ok, let's wait and see.
Good luck tomorrow:)
It could be a 5pm RNS tomorrow evening thinking about it as they have until the 2nd so I'm guessing that means all trading day tomorrow to give a reply
I think if it's bad news it will be curtains for the company.
God knows what they did with the 3.5million raised in December at the unbelievable price of 1p per share
There is nearly double the buys but yet the sp stays the same ???
