Karl likes fairy tales obviously.
Negativity doesn't solve anything. Remaining positive and full confidence.
Kindest Regards to everyone

I would say you are 100% correct. My opinion is this suspension is to give Trackwise the opportunity to appoint an Administrator and avoid a 'wind up' this will get them a better value for what remains of their assets and allow some debt to be paid off.
The buys last Friday justified that there was 1 last dead cat bounce and you could buy at 0.145p and sell at 0.20p for a nice 40% day trade...before this share probably dies a death and won't come out of suspension.
I could be totally wrong but when a share drops so badly.. it dropped near 90% with the raise in December at 1p and you could buy Friday, 85% cheaper than that 1p.. it doesn't look good however anyone wants to be positive.
The last RNS they released was written so badly it sounded like the end to me!
I hope for anyone holding I'm wrong!
GLA
IPman the buys last Friday justified my position.
Will there be a fund raise to take on the new contracts.....highly probable.
Will there be more announcements of successful nominated supplier highly probable.
Will I continue emailing the Share holder email portal for them to release good news as it happens and not to bury it in good news.....highly probable.
Will you continue with your negative comments.........a definite YES
And the last question......Will I continue to embrace you......Absolutely Friend:)
Karl Your obviously a newbie to trading shares and understanding how business's work,
Bless you.
Take sometime out to read RNs the companies horrific history so far, go through all the accounts in detail.
Like so many others lured in at £1.50 this showed promise of £4.00. I have watched this dog from wagging tail to whimper. Lately it appears they have relied on one customer which has failed them. Stevenage bought and now looking to be sold to fund this disaster. Stonehouse bought but clearly not producing any profit probably down to lack of orders. If this is a specialist industry then just how specialist is the equipment in this factory, is this a one trick pony with no purpose in other manufacturing sectors?! They are now three sites that we know of none of which is making money. Costs will be escalating and it is easy to see why they are chasing for payment from customers. 4 mil raised to the end of last year and 5 mil only months later and a delay on figures now. At this rate of spending and overheads they must be running on fumes by now. What assets do they have left? Finding out the true value of this company will no doubt solve the riddle of how much longer they will be in business. I should have bailed out at £0.89, these shares aren't even worth selling now. A shame but that is the gamble in this game.
Ipman ....your statement in the reduction of the share price of 66 % is understatement.
The share price as dropped considerably because even the the BoD is working at 300% they just don't have time to release the good news and they tend to Bury it with the negative news.
As I said once the BoD realise that shareholders require good news when it happens, then the share price will increase x
IPman, you rejoice as an employee?
The great thing is, others think differently by buying huge leaving you out in the cold x
Hahaha Not sure what planet Rookie you came from but...
The RNS was PHENOMENAL, the BoD has been working at 300 % and been abused by a few who want your shares cheaply ( see next message) x
Hence it went down 66%...( PHENOMENAL RNS) wasn't it
Hopefully IPman you will jump aboard when the suspension is over..
Your input is always valuable x
There you go again ipman .....cherry picking to suit your own purposes.
The only problem everyone was buying in , because there is news imminent.
Wow ipman......you amazing friend wouldn't be here without you x
Jeez Karl I thought u were wise, ended up special
accordance with Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company is required to publish its 2022 Annual Report by 30 June 2023. However, due to intense demands upon the entire management team in dealing both with the impact of the EV OEM (see below) and working to secure new business, there has been a DELAY in completion of the AUDIT PROCESS. As a result, the Company now expects to publish the 2022 Annual Report during July 2023. ACCORDINGLY, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 3 July 2023 PENDING publication of the 2022 Annual Report.
Those novices that held, well done, very well done.
Don't give your shares away ....Read the rns x
A Message to Derampers trying to snatch our shares Away:
Oh no, we can't have that! We can't let those pesky little deramping shareholders snatch our shares away for a bargain price. Especially not when we've spent so much time analyzing graphs and charts and talking about bull and bear markets. We've got to stand strong, hold on tight to those precious shares, and never let them go for anything less than what they're worth! So, to all the derampers shareholders out there hoping to buy our shares on the cheap - sorry, not sorry! We'll just be here, twirling our mustaches and guarding our shares like they're the last slice of pizza at a party.
I'm sorry please work with me on my humorous sense of humour:
Ahh yes, the alleged shareholders who turn into drama queens at the slightest hint of volatility in the market. It's like watching a soap opera, but with fewer plot twists and more crying. Now, let's talk about something that actually matters - the RNS. Because let's be real, when it comes to getting accurate information that won't make you want to pull your hair out, the RNS reigns supreme. So while our fellow shareholders are busy hyperventilating and accusing the world of conspiring against them, we'll be sitting back, sipping our tea, and calmly reading those RNS updates like the bosses we are.
The RNS was phnemonial, the BoD has been working at 300 % and been abused by a few who want your shares cheaply ( see next message) x
Well, well, it seems like some of our colleagues are panicking and changing their underwear while others are trying to convince everyone that it's time for an anxiety attack. But not me, my friends! I am as calm as a cucumber because I have complete faith in the trusty RNS. Yes sir, when it comes to reliable information, nothing beats the sweet, sweet sound of a Regulatory News Service announcement. So, while everyone else is losing their marbles, I'll be right here, chilling like a villain and reading those RNS updates like it's nobody's
Best wishes

Ahhh so it wasn't just my friend. He was trying to buy also at this time but blocked also. He only wanted 500 quids worth also. Stitch up!!!!!!
It's still not good enough! When a £500 buy is blocked so someone else can buy the shares as part of a larger order is hardly democratic. But when would Democracy and The Stock Market ever find themselves bedfellows? Dog eat dog and the bigger the dog the better! Which will come back to bite them!
Trying to research why the suspension. I do not think its to do with unaudited accounts being produced......although they did get a sanction for that one, once
@Beardozer.There was a big buy going through.
The 2 million shares registered at 16.33 .
4 million shares nearly bought in that 30 minutes.
I had a feeling that the platforms were holding on to the shares.
Yesterday afternoon from 1600 onwards I tried buying 250,000 shares on numerous occasions but "no price available" from ii despite other trades happening during that period. Not good enough.
You could be right ,trading can be suspended for various reasons, depending on the specific circumstances and regulations of each market. Here are a two common reasons for trading suspension:
1. News or Announcement: Trading may be temporarily halted if there is pending news or a significant announcement that may have a material impact on the company or market. This pause in trading allows all market participants to receive and process the information before making any further investment decisions.
Corporate Actions: Share trading can be suspended during corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, or other major corporate events. Trading is halted to ensure a fair and orderly process for shareholders and to facilitate the accurate determination of share prices during such events.
Best wishes
