It's been almost 12 months since we signed the MOU with Meggitt. I think it is reasonable to assume that if they were not interested in signing a deal they would have walked away by now. I am very confident that we will sign a mega deal for the SAW technology and expecting quite a spike on the day.
I think there is a very good chance that dividends will be on the agenda in the full year results in September .
We are now starting to get real traction with Saw and that will require some investment but in my view the board of directors will signal the first dividend .
Interesting user name Poole ? I live in Wimborne .
Encouraging to see some follow-up buying to recent interest generated by the 'TIP'. Hoping now that we will see it through the 100p barrier. Even better if they were to announce intention to pay a maiden dividend.
A decent write up on TRT, especially for newbies.

Seemingly suddenly lots of buying interest today - any thoughts please as to why?.....Have they been tipped? ......and If so by whom?
Encouraging across the board - Royalty Payment due soon bodes well for the current year. Look forward to the Prelims and hopefully the usual' Presentation' to accompany them. About time to announce a first Dividend?
Good solid performance keep it up
Good to see the new non-exec director has experience "guiding [a company] through its early stages of innovation to scale-up, industrialisation and its purchase by Mercedes-Benz"
Tend to agree with both recent posters re SP have been trying to fathom it out too, I am thinking that with the Royalties in $ the strengthening of the £ v $ since January may take the some gloss off the sterling figures to be reported next. Otherwise progress with SAW is slow but should deliver well in the future. Would help to know that Meggitt sooner rather than later that was on board.
Yes the outlook is very good for Transense but we need to monetise Saw. That been said once a deal is signed you will be paying many times todays share price to get on board.
I cannot understand the sloth-like nature of the share price. The outlook seems so positive to me!
Think customer maybe BMW!!!
Quite so. Didn't know of TRT's existence seven days ago...happened upon it during a lazy search of AIM constituents.
Am a holder now. A rare gem. Zero fear of dilution and tremendous potential..and all the while management are buying back shares.
One of those rare small-cap tech companies that has produced stellar results in a bear market.
No need for funds, increasing royalties from Bridgestone for years to come, the SAW technology starting to take off with increased revenues and a Company share buyback scheme. Significant upside looks nailed on based on those factors, but how much depends on how SAW takes off. Early signs bode well.
Results look absolutely great:
