Thanks both. So presumably the claim is for $11m plus damages? Any ideas on quantum and timeline?
Tremor is claiming that Alphonso owes them about $11 million in unpaid business loans and reimbursements.
Also that Alphonso breached a contract with Tremor and used Tremor's confidential information in violation of the parties' agreement. A series of questionable manoeuvrers between LG and Alphonso, who later teamed up together and trampled on contractual rights with various intermediaries which had an effect and potentially a goal of eliminating competition from Tremor.
The determination has to be whether the actions of Alphonso, in partnership with LG, were legal or illegal.

Can anyone point me to a resource explaining the litigation the business is involved with, or give a quick summary? Much obliged!

Tricky, usually that's a bad thing!
A motion for summary judgment asks the court to decide a lawsuit without going to trial because there is no dispute about the key facts of the case.
1. Motions for summary judgement shall be filed by August 2nd 2023.
2. Oppositions to the above by September 1st 2023
3. Replies in support of motions for summary judgement to be filed by September 28th 2023.
The End Is Nigh!
Amen
Some decent buys going through.
Hey Biffa,
The "late trade" to which you referred was on 18 July. The trades occurred during "RTH", or Regular Trading Hours. Volume that day was 483,400 shares in total, which is significantly above the average daily volume of 62,450 shares for the trailing three months.
The numbers to which I referred when speaking to Art was on 17 July.
Late trade of 455K shares on the Nas.
Oh right! I thought there might have been some good news at last. I think we’re all anxious for the Q2 results to be good.
No, volume was totally lame the entire day at 21,100 shares, then the price spiked during the last few minutes of trading on almost zero volume.
After hours price over the pond has risen substantially, is there something in the air?
Someone who is a 'double yolker' (Glaswegian slang) means they always project the image of having have the upper hand. They have two yolks, whereas everyone else only has one.
Oxter: The armpit. From the Old English oxta or ohsta. The word oxter is used in certain areas of the world (Scotland, Ireland, Northern England), reminding us that there are many local and colloquial names for parts of the human anatomy.
What?!
Doggy,
Yer have a clever coupon an I dinnae want a skelp on the bahookie but you must be up to yer oxters on this one?
The share price seems reluctant to rise above £3 Is it being held while someone accumulates.
Tricky,
ESL?
"Scootish"?
'Had fell back to 280p buy time I saw it'
'Had fell' is bad enough but using 'buy' instead of 'by' is deplorable.
Sold a traunch for 290p at 2.30pm lifted when having a nap.
Had fell back to 280p buy time I saw it .
Tricky,
Once again, we're two countries separated by a common language.
I am getting better about understanding intent and context of posters from the UK, but I am still a long way off from true understanding.
"....and then the feminist movement reared its ugly head."
======================================================
I remember those days too. When men were men....and Rock Hudson was straight!
Doggy, my point would be that studying mathematics in school, on its own, confused me but when it was used for a purpose (physics, for example) then It made a lot more sense.
What you call 'Home Economics' in the U.S. probably equates to what was called 'Domestic Science' in the U.K. It was unusual (at least in the 70's) for men (boys) to study this here. If a boy wanted to study domestic science in school it would have been justified as a career move into , say, Hotel Management.
Girls were not seen to be career-minded (or perhaps they were expected to stay at home and prepare meals) and then the feminist movement reared its ugly head.
Jr,
I am sorry to say my government knows pretty much everything about me. Me and the rest of my fellow citizens.
Hi Gdog,
Saw you reply. Was just pondering my reply.
I do not put ANY personal info on the net, you know all and sundry are watching.
No specifics just generalisations . If you are premium customer you can use private messaging.
However, my point that I want to get across is that I am neck deep in trmr as well. So in some ways we are in the same boat!
As I said before, I hope (pray! as you would say) for some jam soon.
The litigation re LG/Alphonso seems to be grinding on to some conclusion soon?
