Gotta admit, the rebrand simplifies things.

Eagle, we have a point of strong agreement (your below statement).
If we don't execute, the name change is nothing more than a costly, meaningless distraction.
I prefer a company to be innovate in more than name only.....hopefully this ambigramic palindromic name change isn't just a gimic designed to distract attention.
The new logo looks quite cool. An Ambigram apparently!
Other palindrome company names.
Sonos
OXO
Aviva
Elle
Kayak
TNT
Oxo’s not done badly!
You are right, Baldy!
A US or Israeli version of FCUK would have been a winner?
"'Nexus' would have been more cogent. "
====================================================
I expect it was already taken...'Nixen' will have to do!
'Nexus' would have been more cogent.
A nexus is a connection or series of connections within a particular situation or system.
Eagle, Tricky:
RE: "Nexxen....shouldn't that be Nixon?!"
My first thought when I saw the new name was "sounds too much like Nixon, couldn't they come up with something better?" (Maybe Milhous, or Tricky Dick?)
Also: Eagle, please send my penny to Gdog, care of my home address, where absorbing political information is an all day, every day learning process.
LOL!
And how much would you suggest? Pennies, I would think!
JR
Must surely be worth an additional bonus for the BOD????
Amobee and Tremor Video will operate as Nexxen DSP
Unruly as Nexxen SSP and Spearad as Nexxen Ad Server.
Nexxen SSP and Nexxen Ad Server will go to market collectively as Nexxen CTRL.
Another name change.....just what people were asking for.
Nexxen....shouldn't that be Nixon?!
Not sure what this will contribute to bottom line.
If Trump did what Richard Nixon did....then nothing would happen. These are different times. The Republican party is a mess.....to some extent this is reflected in UK politics by the state of the Tory party. And we have our version of Trump - strange hair & all - who may or may not be back [insert obscure Latin quote here to show how clever I am]
"A good education means an interest in world politics.
Otherwise 'Ostrich, Head, Sand'."
===============================================================
Tricky, I think you are correct. Although I don't know the finer points of American life & politics I think I know enough to have an opinion. If I'm told then I shouldn't have an opinion then I wonder if I am living in a dictatorship....is this a 'banned subject'?!
I think I am one of those people who is looking at the 'Emperor' and wondering why other people havn't noticed he isn't wearing any clothes. Perhaps in court we will discover even more...although I suspect most people have made their minds up one way or the other.
At the end of the day it's for the American people to decide who they have as their leader. But the choice of leader for the 'free world' does have an impact on countries around the world, so we should have an opinion.
I dont' want someone who will hand Ukraine to the Russians, whilst at the same time weakening NATO...No Thank you. But I would like a UK-USA trade deal please....pretty please, please with bells on!
Doggy

Doggy,
I regret that we are seen as exploitable, by communist countries abroad, because of political infighting at home.
BTW, Eagle,
I’d bet a dollar to a penny that, despite your total lack of knowledge on the topic regarding the persecution of Trump, or the way he maintained himself while in the White House, you’ll find it necessary to further talk about something of which you know nothing.
I do not care what you think about this. I do not want to address this further on this board. I do, however, enjoy posts about TRMR.
You can call me a hypocrite for talking about Little Harry…but the fact is I’d never said a word about him until he inflicted himself upon my country, so that makes him fair game in my not-so-humble opinion. It’s hard to escape him with all the publicity he and The Witch seek, publicity to which I am subjected, whether I like it or not, or whether I want it or not.
The fact is, I don’t know even the name of your Prime Minister…and I don’t care enough to look it up. I will stick to my knitting when it comes to your politics, and not comment about something of which I know nothing.
Eagle,
You have absolutely NO idea of what you're talking about. None. Zero. Zip. Nada.
Tricky,
In answer to your first three paragraphs below:
1.) Yes, the USA is now a Banana Republic
2.) Yes
3.) Yes
Trump runs his organisations - including the Whitehouse - like a crime boss....I think most sensible people would agree. He has allegedly broken laws, it will be tested in court....I think he quite likes the attention. It also allows him to grift money from his supporters.
I think he hoped being an ex-president would give him immunity from all his potentially illegal activities.....well, it looks like he may have been wrong.
DoJ director (Garland) purposefully handed the Trump investigations over to an 'impartial' special prosecutor. So in theory the court action against Trump is not influenced by DoJ or the Whitehouse.
He thought he was above the law. He may have been wrong, although I expect a future Republican President to pardon him. I guess the American people have to decide if they want someone like Trump as their President....even if he is in handcuffs when he is inaugurated. Can he pardon himself?!
Is The U.S. now seen (in the eyes of the world) as a Banana Republic?
In other words is the indictment of Donal Trump a politically motivated 'witch hunt'?
Is the U.S. D.O.J. being manipulated by J. Biden's lot who may want to crush Trump's chances of re-election in favour of Biden next year?
I am sure it is happening in the U.K. with Boris Johnson being subjected to the highest standards of scrutiny.
So, in some ways a relentless application of the law, without the larger picture being considered, as a knee-jerk reaction, resulting in condemnation by legal process, may not reflect what the public voters actually wish to see.
The law is the law but we need to decide if it is being used correctly and without bias.
Jonhas,
I believe we're on the same page.
Note my comment about "more conviction". I was actually referring to the exchange to which you referred when I made that comment. The 'increased conviction' did not come from Ofer. It came from Sagi.
We've had much "jam tomorrow" from management, which causes me to temper my enthusiasm. At least outwardly...what I say publicly about 'tempered enthusiasm' is not necessarily reflective of my actions. I absolutely "filled up my boots" (relative to the number of shares of various companies in my stock accounts) over the last few months in the $6s and $5s (ADS prices). I stuffed them. They're overflowing...at least relative to the number of zeros I have in my total net worth.
Note: "filled up my boots" is another UKism which I'd never heard before this board.
"If not why are you still holding?"
=========================================================
ArthurTurner, I have held RthythyhthmOne all the way down, I held TRMR all the way up (where I luckily sold some) and I continue to hold. I think I am allowed to be slightly wary of 'jam tomorrow' - hence why my 'optimism' has been replaced by 'pragmatism'. Is the industry past the over-enthusiasm seen during the pandemic where we streamed our lives away watching netflix...Yes. Can TRMR do well again the the future...possibly....although the 'jam tomorrow' statements of times gone past have returned and I'm less 'optimistic'.
Hopefully they will still allow be to contine to be a shareholder, even though I'm not sure I'm a true believer.
Hi bald-eagle,
I assume as a shareholder you have hopes the company will do well or you may even be confident that they will do well either way you might even be optimistic for the future. If not why are you still holding? By the way I am not in any way religious and would definitely consider myself a pragmatist. Your analogy of the tunnel to Ireland was a little below the belt but the alternative to optimism and hope would be pessimism and hopelessness, I know what I prefer to be.
