26p +18%
6% up already good start, new target set at 35p
Onward and upward then hopefully. Must admit from what I've read about TRK and the news today this does seem a bit of a no brainer at the moment. At some point the automotive ind will pick up as well . GL all
Have been a shareholder in Torotrak for many years. The share price seems to spike on good news then fall back again, but this is the news us long suffering investors have been hoping for years so lets hope share price bucks the trend and continues upwards. One thing for sure is that this company will make a lot of money on royalties once the gearboxes go into production and in the meantime the development will be funded by the manufacturers so it should be a win win situation.
New to this but what happens when they get to the target price. Can the SP exceed this or do they reevaluate it. Sorry if this is a silly question.
Where do we think this might open tomorrow? end of the week?
well well
Well, Lloyds used to trade at over a tenner, but you aint getting that either... not now, not in 5 years... The news may be good for the firm, but you still can find it difficult to sell a good product in a depressed market. I think the boat has gone out on any quick profit now... the rest may be in a steady rise as the technology sells...
to much coffee ----brokers target is only 25p in suppresed market
the news says 50p or close by may
for the past 2 mths he holds 25000 at 11p ------ he will be chuffed if the price goes further
missed the boat yet... will there be a retrace on the 63% rise
Here we have a company that is debt free with cash in the bank! They know what they are doing and where they are going and this is finally being recognized by a major player in the global gearbox manufacturing sector. I have been a shareholder in Torotrak for the past several years and they have peaked around 125p a share. Now that we have Allison on board surely the time is right to jump onboard and enjoy the ride.
Up 34% http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=200903170700119548O
than shrewd but he is in at 11p and says 15-17p b 4 easter
AND SELLINGTHESE FOR YONKS HE buys in dips and waits 2-6 wks and gets out.
It's just pure crazy that such companies (trk) should see the mkt cap hit all time lows due to the recent turmoil, but if ever there was a time to make a killing it has to be now. so many small to med companies at all time lows, if ever there was a time to buy, DYOR, but by god if you use the head and fancy the risk, lots to be made.... keep the faith.
Anyone got interesting thoughts on this one? Thanks
Good Prelims and the Company appears to be doing better but the SP struggels to climb____ Financial Highlights: 37% increase in revenues to £3.7m 26% reduction in operating loss to £(2.8)m £5.4m cash received from licence agreements £0.5m positive operating cash generated during the year £6.7m net proceeds raised from Placing and Open Offer Robust balance sheet - £11.5m cash at year end (2007: £4.3m)
oh how i wish this could be the beginnings of a worldwide switch to infinite variable transmission. A few more deals like this and we might get close to the 100p I paid for them years ago!
a bit more interest from Buyers over recent days. The SP has dropped since late September, perhaps there is good news due with the Half Yearly Results announced for next Tuesday 27 November.
good news at last. I've had these foe eons, and they haven't budged an inch. It seems like people like changing gears!
Shame about the NRK shares maybe people can claw back some dosh from TRK shares. DYOR.
