Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
All pubs were reviewed based on their performance over the past 5 years and worse performing pubs put up for sale.
I know for a fact some of the pubs up for sale were or had started to turn things around I.e. new management etc but as the performance was based over a 5 year period there up for sale.
Meant to say -
Sales are up, non performing pubs are being sold, strategy to reduce debt and assuming WW3 doesnt kick off I see Mars as a good recovery play.
'Keep topping up and hoping, but just remember the SP has been on a constant downward trend since March 2021 when at 130p'
With respect the share price wasnt £1.30 March 21, maybe 2020 and the reason for the decline in SP is due to fact pubs were shut , closely followed by russia / Ukraine war, increased overheads and looming fear of a recession.
Sales are up, non performing pubs are being sold, strategy ito reduce and assuming WW3 doesnt kick off I see Mars as a good recovery play.
Not long to go.
They suugested their best people working on a resolution so any glimmer of issues being resolved should see the SP start to recover.
Wasn't intentionally misleading anyone DC just got mixed up with the extension and the term... whoop !
Keep wearing those Trak supplied rose tinted glasses and I'm sure it will all turn out well for you
Good to see a solid blue day for a change and back above £1.30.
'Which contract are you referring to? Assuming the Sainsbury's contract was signed today then I read it as 21 months, plus a 12 month option to extend.'
Yes the original contract ends July 23 so it must be a 17 month contract.
That is unless this contract supersedes the old contract which would mean 21 months ??
Cannot see a 12 month contract renewal pushing this into the high teens but positive news all the same.
Only time will tell.
Interestingly, I googled Howden Driving Data and their MD is TRAKS ex-sales director.
Any chance he's still a share holder ?
What else would you call a contract with no commitment or monitory value ?
'The global telematics and data insight provider is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded a new contract with Howden Driving Data' with no guaranteed and / or minimum value ?
Sheer desperation
Good find and sums Trak upto a Tee.
Hopefully the mass redundancies to reduce cost with the intention of returning to profitability will blind side some inveaters into thinking this is a decent well run company.
Reality is 119 employees supporting 300k+ connections isn't sustainable.
Thanks Mac
As you say definitely afew surprises amongst those up for sale.
Mac, where did you find the list of pubs being sold off.
Cant find anything on the net ?
I agree sales have been underperforming for years however, I would also put this down too the constant churn of staff and change in strategies.
In my view the recent bout of redundancies has spooked other employees who clearly know alot more than you or I.

Seems several senior sales people have all left Trak over the last few weeks.
I applaud everyone on this board for you're optimism but I can only see this going one way.
With recent redundancies and number of employees leaving Trak on their own accord I have serious doubts Trak will be able to maintain current revenues let alone growth.
The share awards are meaningless as Trak have been dishing them out for years and yet the share price continues to drop.
Last ditch attempt by JW in my eyes
Less revenue, higher losses and more debt.
Great work JW
Buyout Prediction =10p
Had an overnight stay in Bala, Wales recently and speaking to the locals it seems Marstons are closing down their establishment on the high street.
Probably a good move as they also have a Brains establishment on the same high street which is also a hotel offering very good food.
I struggle to see how Allenby can increase their target based on forecasts.
If you listen to Trak and their forecasts they should have had 1 million connections by now ?
