Schroders not Scroder
Nice rise here yesterday. Good to see the top three shareholders Slater, Scroder and Dbay all increasing their stake this year.

decent bounce
but where's the evidence that they'll be able to manage their inventory levels as customers destock?

Looking to enter, but thought the reference to the Asian customer destocking sounded a bit vague. A one-off event to reduce current holdings or a total run down and no further orders?
However it is carrying a lot of debt, 55.1m info from stockopedia
68m mcap for a profitable business.
Clearly today's RNS isn't positive but I'm confident that is is way overdone... I suspect 70p would be more like fair value.

49p seems to forming as support. Only 136m shares ion issue, so this could move back up quite quickly once the surplus gets moped up.
Given the strong rise over the past 3 months, this is a big fall back to November's low. Not sure where to go from here in the short term. Growth needs to come from sales and sales are linked to global recovery, so I'm hoping for a slow rise back to mid-70s and a possible leap once the now CEO is announced but this is a long term hold for me.
last time it was at this price it was 2013. How much more bad news can there be?
Stockings down, interest up - where is the bottom ? 50 ish ? IMO not quite there yet ...
Yep time to fill our boots. Opportunities like this don't come around too often :)

£115m enterprise value vs £9m adjusted profit forecast, so it's trading at just under 13x, not cheap in my book for a company that's just lost their CEO.
For £243m turnover and PBT of £9m.
Looks oversold to me.

Me too, and I topped again today. I know the share price has been going down steadily for a while but the board are making changes and I hope the new team can turn it around. Revenue is still very good - it's a good business IMHO.
After reading the latest RNS I have decided to take a small position here. Sounds an interesting business with hopefully expanding sales and increasing profits.
Such battering on these prices not giving much confidence
Yes, the cash flow statement is pretty damning.
just totally awful
best this is taken over
you cannot be serious with inventory levels rising this fast, and no clear plan to remedy
and the fcf will be dreadful, no? will the inventory levels top 5 months in hand? That's a level that is business threatening imv (obsolete inventory may threaten fcf)
until they manage inventory sensibly, this is a sell imv
Not long to go for results now on 22nd November.

Jolly........looks like you will be having to pay more than as you say “necessary” it seems.
This is only going one way from here and that is nit lower!
Maybe you should do a little research before spouting off your crud.
why pay more than necessary?
...and your posts are a long winded way of saying you want people to sell so you can get in
Are all your other 23,000 posts a waste of time too ? Do you have a life ? Didnt think so
ps TRI on my watchlist but im not going to trash a board to get a cheap entry like you. Theres always 1 or 2 on every message board !

better in range 100-120
still hasn't demonstrated return to decent profitability, let alone growth imv
Too good an opportunity to turn down. Company busy expanding in North America buying up profitable companies and has the money to expand further:

as pandemic recovery rolls out I expect Trifast will have further strong growth in revenue and EPS. Suspect the current modest momentum is the beginning of a re-rate? Have held for 8 years and topped up earlier today

go with the flow?
nice pattern/chart...and lagging wider market
and the era of long vulnerable global supply chains is likely now to go out of fashion?
with so many opportunities emerging across markets, why back yesterday's "model"?
hardly reassuring

pretty lacklustre figures

Sold 2k @ a little under £2.34 each - P/E ratio 15 - 16 possibly fair? But a little too rich for me.
