Thanks for that chatty. Will try again later in the week,as long as the price has not rocketed! dl
You should be able to buy shares via the Halifax or for that matter any other platform,as their (TRAF)suspension was lifted yesterday although it may take a day or two for Halifax to reinstate trading facilities.
If they don't ring Halifax up and ask to put through to complaints by phone not using the autobot system can we help etc.,
I've got a few £k that I'm contemplating on sticking in here to average down but feel the need to see some movement first before adding...
Tried to buy somr traf shares through my Halifax share dealing site ,only to find out they dont deal in them anymore(despite the fact i bought a few million earlier in the year. I know you can currently buy elsewhere for 0.064,but my funds are in the Halifax. grrrrrrr. dl
Shares like Traf always have a bounce. At 200k mcap and recent RNS not saying the company is winding up suggests there is a bit of money to keep the lights on while the next adventure is worked out.
Any sniff of RTO then this goes in one direction and the fact Forum Energy has a good chunk of shares gives me optimism this share will have some positive days ahead.
Obviously it is a big gamble but on the upside the share price can't go much lower from current levels.
Good luck Big Cheesy
I would imagine if they were thinking of a plc listing this would be a cheap company to buy for £200k market cap, with £6m of carried forward tax, meaning a saving of around £1.4m in tax gains, no brainer to me.
O, and we have returned back to trading....
So my 2 pence. The property side is dead. I invested here for the Hydroponics and that now also seem to be going nowhere.
I am however still very interested in why Forum Energy Services took a position in the company.....The now have 18% and think they will over time buy Peterhouse's shares as well....but why buy shares in a company going no where soon.....
Mind you fair punt at 6.5 as a shell. DGI has gone up 8 fold on an investment and some one could buy this dawg and 5 fold is possible.
Yes indeed. Trafalgar a housebuilder in an area that has boomed for years. Millions in revenue. Now 20 a penny.
Splendid news today. I am heavily invested here.As far as i can see we now have £940k to invest in hydroponics in some obscure country we havent heard of,whats not to like! dl
This is a total kipper! As per RNS the plan to create vertical farming in the uk has now been cancelled due to high power costs. So all we are left with now is a shed! In terms of the sales figures on properties to not forget their are mortgages to redeem this share is one to avoid
It has to be up given 940k received and project at the end of last fix. I say on schedule looking at the photo late October. Not reading any direction after that.
I honestly thought i had said goodby to my investment here. They should now return from suspension, at probably a slightly lower price.I am still up for the hydroponic journey. dl
Should return to trading then Monday hopefully. I had written these off
2 rns
Accounts due by end of December 2023....hopefully should be published soon and suspension lifted.
The latest RNS on this:
"Total Voting Rights
On Admission the Company's issued share capital will consist of 400,852,371 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 400,852,371. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules."
Also not sure what to make of this: On companies house it states next accounts are only due......
Next accounts made up to 31 March 2023 due by 30 December 2023
It's showing over 600k shares in issue. Thought is was originally 297k plus the recently issued ones which definitely wasn't 400k.
Well at least with it suspended the share price cant drop any further......
Porter,
Fingers crossed. I took a punt here on Friday (the last trade reported was my buy) at 260K market cap-I hope it proves to be a win -otherwise it is money I can afford to lose if it doesn't come back from suspension.
Just read this and thought something similar could be going on here at Traf:

100% agree uNkwnTrader......so disapointing.
Well, this one has hurt big time, thousands to hundreds, a familiar story for many.
