Doh. When good news breaks, the price will motor on both AIM and ASX. The point is - in case you are lost in the wood - there has been no significant news in over 2 years to meaningfully move the price. Mgmt do their best to put shine on what is happening but the market now wants more meaningful progress so it can ascribe better value.
As for ASX price arbitrage - great if that keeps you amused. Meaningful news will generate interest volume and then we will all get to enjoy you telling us you told us.
As someone here intimated previously - never argue with a fool, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
You clearly have no TOU shares Donk or you'd be more interested in ASX.
When news breaks the share price will reflect it on ASX before LSE for reasons that are obvious to some of us.
The fact that there are no trades on ASX is important - it means shareholders are holding on to their lttle gems.
If only LSE shareholders were as bright!
Endless amount of messaging on this board, and elsewhere, by one poster in particular about ASX trading patterns. Absolutely no of which is relevant as the volumes are meaningless.
But that isn’t going to stop the person from continuing to bore everyone to death with meaningless irrelevance.
ASX volume is tiny which is why you sometimes get the wild price swings.
Winni, ASX use the price of the last trade to determine the closing sp.
LSE use the midpoint of the spread at close.
Both have an auction at start and end of normal trading so if the is an Uncrossing Trade to clear out unmatched trades they are significant. Most days there are no UTs though of late. Once there is news and it gets busier they'll reappear.
The Asx seems to do that over relatively small volumes .... it can be more volatile than the AIM at times and that’s saying some ... not sure why !...
No need to apologise winni, easy mistake to make with my negative comments here!
I was just alerting people who might not have seen the drop, not sure of the reason for it, Brad did post about a sell I think.
Let’s hope it recovers tomorrow!
Whizzer ..Yep you did say that ....my mistake ! For which I apologise!
Just said massive drop!
Not massive sell off!
Different things winni!
And it was a massive drop!!!

Cannot complain at your latest post Whizzer.
The volumes are small and the buys were Xmas come early for some lucky people!
I cannot help wondering if someone has confused their currencies and traded on ASX using GBP prices instead of AUD? To see trades going through at 6c and to then accept offer offers of 4.5c looks inexplicable. If the volumes were high it might suggest panic selling based on gut feeling or fact, but this looks like too many Fosters to me!
Massive drop in oz last night! 20% down
Bad news or a raise on the way?
