Really curious Capt Hindsight - why are you so fixated on 'Bond' ? Remind me.
One of the simplest products out there, honestly very simple hard to get wrong (or so I thought).. But then those who don't seem to have a clue got it spectaculary wrong... Those being the one that said this great quote...
"In short, this current fund raise from sources in Botswana is by no means going to be easy to arrange".
BOTS 28th Feb 2024
So why are you talking about a Bond? Because I certainly never mentioned it.
March 2022 - convertible note into shares at BWP 0.50 / 3.2 pence. No bond mentioned there.
May 23, November 23 - loans at 10 percent coupon convertible into shares 3.5 cents aussie.
Own goal !
LOL! I had a feeling this is what you were alluding too... My god you are seriously thick... Have a look at the difference between a convertible note and a convertible bond (homework)... I look forward to you realising they are the same thing.. This is why I barely engage with you apart from when you give open goals like this, ok you do that a lot so on hindsight I do engage with you more than I would like xD….

“Correct Bots re the convertible note, someone has been doing their reading! But until it converts to equity (if it does) its still a bond (and no when a bond is semi annual payments you don't add this to the final principal, they get paid semi annual coupons).... It can be thought of as a bond + an option as the holder has the "option" to convert to equity.. Let me know if this is dumbed down enough for you....”
As I said they can capitalise the interest for the first 18 months "The notes incur interest at 7.75% and the Company may capitalise interest for the first 18 months, thereafter, interest must be paid at each six-month anniversary of issue date. The notes expire on 24 January 2027, being 5 years after issue." But after 18 months it is a semi annual bond..
Clueless it may be time move on from Bots. Just filter him like everybody else has… he has nothing worth reading and is just here for his own amusement! As sad as that may sound!
Agreed Winni.
Clue, If you filter him he becomes a more colourful poster guaranteed! Instead of Blue and Black posts he adds GREEN to these pages , and that is a TLOU ambition GREEN all the way to Botswana's #1 power house.
That GREENERY is all the support he is likely to bring to TG, TLOU , CBM power (not calor gas cyinders) , a pipeline to Orapa, Solar , and one day (I hope) Hydrogen.
The interest rate of less than 8% on the bonds is not that high imho.
If we can get 8% more than the Aussie price of $10 to $12 over the net 40 odd years it will be peanuts eventually. With the Botswana import price being up to $30 (or $40 as suggested on here from Mozambique was it?) it is a doddle!
Say $15 , then that is 50% uplift on $10 , or 40+% on $12!
What the unit of power is for those prices has always been a mystery. Mw/hr and joules and multiple joules and AUD and USD and dollars or cents are!!
But the proportions and percentages on a like for like basis make my arithmetic accurate chaps. That will not be obvious the Green One for certain. Ignore his inevitable tripe and let him carry on believing we are still back in 2014 when TLOU and Sekaname were planning to deliver gas in calor gas containers with lorries! The have both moved on to delivering electricity thrould wires - but Donkey still lives in Ian Kharma times with dinkeys in a treadmill to power the drills no doubt? He is still at primary school level and his clock is not ticking.
Oh dear .... I said "are a hotpotch" and then did a spell check on hotpotch!
I do that by selecting the word, right click and new tab! Spelling was fine!
With no action needed I continued typing and overwrote the selected word?
I look at the keys on this Dell , not the screen , so I was oblivious to hotpotch disappearing! Explains some of my typo errors - my memory is so poor I use that spell check more and more with time. Once I doubt the spelling I lose confidence in what is correct nowadays. So annoying!
Ok, you might be right.
And you might be wrong. When are you pair going to dial in to reality I wonder.
Clooo just wants to try irritate me with his rather pathetic efforts to pick on words when it suits him. Reality - fund raising has been difficult to achieve for past 2 to3 years. Just check the history ! Then a play on the word Bond - when the question was asked by Brad as to how calculate future dilution. Which I did based on reasonable assumptions; and all this childlike moron can comment is about a Bond definition, Get a life pal.
Brad - either filter me or dont. But dont filter me and then keep talking about me in every / every other post. It is pathetic as well. And anyways, we all know you will unfilter me at some point, for no reason other than you cannot bear to not be reading what is being posted here.
And as for your pathetic efforts to rubbish my views on history - sorry but I was not the one that promised Tlou would be the best performing stock on all global stock markets way back in 2016-2018. You were; your mates here were; Tidd_83 was; his pals also did. And YOU ALL GOT IT WRONG.
Except me!.. Show respect for someone that has been consistent in opinion and views - You were wrong; I was right. Simple as !!!!!
