Also DS. The ADRs in the US are at a ratio of 5 to 1 shares on Aim. It’s often how ADRs are done on dual listings. Then convert 5-1 shares to get one share and multiply by $ to £ rate to get rough equation. They don’t always match if you look at the two graphs of each but are very close

D32, the janet and john answer is that the company is splitting off a valuable part which will become a separate company on the market and all investors will get a proportional share in that new company. The value of the two parts combined should equal the 'pre split' value of the existing company but I and many others are hoping they will collectively be worth more because another company may try to buy the part being split off. Time will tell and good luck but dyor before making any decisions.
How can he be confident invest if we were supposedly hitting 150-200p week before last according to you and yet we still haven’t? And that you go missing when the SP is down.
However back to the original question, I’ll hold my hand up and say he has spoken one truth that worth printing out and framing... he also advised to read JAdams posts.

Hi all. I’m very new to investing, I’ve got some shares in TILS but nothing huge, are there any resources anyone could point me to, or someone explain what’s going on with the StemPrint thing coming out, what it means to me, what it’ll do to the share price of TILS and the new company? Also the link between the LSE listing and the NASDAQ listing and how they can be such different prices? Many thanks.
