With the placing I was entitled to 2322 shares which I duly accepted, I then applied for an additional 5515 shares which I didn't think was a lot, it was just like a little top up, I paid my money and have now received a refund for the full additional amount. Cant believe I wasn't able to obtain any additional shares. Anybody else had the same problem ?
A good day. Lots to look forward to. Placement done and moving forward.
Looks good. Senior appointment to drive technological growth strategy and NFU increase their holding.
Well Modsa, I would say that's mainly because the market views the placing as a good move and the funds will accelerate growth thus the dilutive effects are offset by potential. Plus, the discount wasn't huge and neither was the new issue. Got another holding going through placement at the moment and aside from little ticks down I'm not expecting any major reduction in sp for the same reasons given above. Good news on the director buys today.
Most annoying, usually the price falls to below the placing price. Whay not in this cas?
I'm liking the attention this share is finally getting.
Hello all - I've done some research and decided to buy in here. Looks like a sound proposition with a well paced development/expansion program. What is particularly interesting is that Rob Terry claims to have taken senior execs from TIG but this seems to be having little or no effect on TIG. Sign of solid foundations I think.
Nice little rise today. Seems like this may be the reason; Proposed Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer at 32 pence per New Share The Board of The Innovation Group plc ("Innovation" or the "Company") announces today that it is proposing to raise gross proceeds of £67 million (approximately £65 million net of expenses) by the issue of 209,375,000 New Shares by way of a Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer at 32 pence per New Share. · Approximately £33.5 million will be raised, before expenses, through a Firm Placing of 104,533,556 New Shares; and · Approximately £33.5 million will be raised, before expenses, through a Placing and Open Offer of 104,841,444 New Shares. The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 5.2 per cent. to the Closing Price of 33.75 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 February 2014 (being the last Business Day before the announcement of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer). Investec is acting as sole bookrunner on the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer. The New Issue is being fully underwritten by Investec subject to, and in accordance with, the terms and conditions of the Underwriting Agreement. The New Issue is conditional on, among other things, the approval of Shareholders at a General Meeting to be held at 9:30 a.m. on 13 March 2014. Details relating to the General Meeting will be contained in the prospectus concerning the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer (the "Prospectus"). If the Resolutions are passed and the other conditions to the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer are satisfied, it is expected that dealings in the New Shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. on 14 March 2014. It is intended that the Prospectus will be sent to Qualifying Shareholders next week. Further details of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer are set out in this announcement and in the Prospectus.
it rqches pqrity with QPP again? At least I don't worry about TIG!
hehe, cheers.
lol,cool name
This is one of those shares that I never feel I have to worry about. Even when its a little low, you always know its going back up again soon continuing onits steady upward path.
juicy buys worth half a million quid, its slow, but getting there.
good lad,you did as you were told.lol.
You have been told , now do has he says, this minute ! I've read on many other boards that a share always needs a little pull back before it can then push on to new highs, sounds good to me we just need TIG to agree.
ok,you can have your pullback tig,but get back up in the next few weeks,or else.lol.
big chunks of the comp were traded in the last month,it must mean something, they were probably share swaps, anyway, time will tell like you say,a few months time and the rise sets off again, cant rush a nice slow long rise.
Welcome to nice and steady share, should reach 40p but maybe in a month or two or three, rarely does it make any large moves, and personally I don't want it too, just as it is suits me fine
looking good here, volumes a bit low today, but they've been high for a few weks now, looking real good on the chart,40p on the menu.imo.
I've been here about 18 months and will probably be here for many more years. I'm quite happy to let it do its own thing which is a very slow and steady upward movement. No divi yet but i'm sure once they have removed the debt they will start paying one.
after the other day, when the volume was around 160mill,i bet loads are watching to see whats in the pipeline.....something is........curiouse,i guess, just like you.lol......atb......
