Agreed that its a slow burner. But tbh product is good. Might be one to just tuck away for 10 years...
There are a few investors but they tend to lurk in the shadows. Been in this for years and still waiting for 4p to arrive. Company is a v e r y s l o w b u r n e r...
When we get more daily volume/ company grows in MC.
The spread is horrendous on here! When will this improve?
it seems this board is trader free, also chat free and maybe hope free---but a tip is a tip, so while my patience does not run to five years, my investment is enough for now.
it seems to involved in mobile trader solutions, a type of investment share.
Hi CF - don't recall ever seeing any mention of churn rate. We get periodic news of new contracts and renewals.
Contracts mainly 2 - 5 years.
T/O grows steadily in line with contract wins so suggests little churn.
Have been invested here for 5+ years. Patience definitely required
Interesting growth sector. BigChange, a non-listed company with a similar mobile workforce management product attracted £75m of private equity investment this week. Their revenue has been growing far faster than Crimson Tide's despite CT's big roster of blue chip customers.
I was reading through the half year results from last year and there was no mention of churn... Do we know their churn rate?
Tide looks to be rising...
Pleasant surprise to round of a boring week..
Alright its not the rise of the century, but its more than we have been getting and maybe the start of something nice.
You have to look on the bright side
no but confident of big t/o and profit rises for last financial year based on high ongoing recurring revenues and contract wins over the last 14 or so months
interesting product - has anyone tested the product? would be interested to hear views.
See today's rns:
A form TR-1 was received from Quilter Cheviot on 06 January 2021 which advised the Company that the size of a significant shareholding in the Company had changed. This was duly announced on 07 January 2021 under RNS 9678K. The Company would like to clarify that whilst the TR-1 was generated correctly by Quilter Cheviot (reflecting a switch from a discretionary to execution only account), the relevant shares were and continue to be held by Quilter Cheviot as a nominee for Mrs Helen Whipp (spouse of Chairman, Barrie Whipp) whose holding remains unchanged at 38,000,000 (8.3 per cent.) of the Company's ordinary share capital.
Thanks DissLad - not shown on either Morningstar or the Crimson Tide website
Can you see who has taken their shares ?
Quilter Cheviot Investment Management had 15% dropped to 10% about a month ago and dropped to below 5% now. On stockopedia website
Re todays RMS - still can't find any mention anywhere of Quilter as a major shareholder.
And who has bought all those shares ?
Rather nice Christmas present. Shame about the share price though.
Whilst the size if the recent trades have not been huge, they are certainly much higher than normal. Anything between £5k and £20k
Its the recurring revenue that excites me here. Once people see what's happening then we will see movement.
Just keep holding. Something is happening behind the scenes. Cannot say if the 600k is a buy or a sell but just recently a lot of shares have been moving about..Patience will reveal all..
The buys this week are certainly much much higher than normal.
At some point we will find out who it is.
this morning. It looks like there is some loading up going on, or is it just a transfer of the Quilter sales ?
Either way I believe is a positive, so follow the money.
Quilter not currently listed as a major shareholder
Don't remember ever seeing them before
= reduction of approx 4.5% or approx 25m shares
Share price hasn't moved so someone obviously happy to take these shares
Mysterious
Losing the plot
That is some buy ...
