I realise we have positive cash, but this is not substantial and the recent contract wins and the probability that more contracts are obtained will need additional funding. As we seem to be moving to a higher momentum does anyone feel a raise to fund what could be massive growth possibilities could be on the cards?
Afaik the statutory requirement is June. But LSE requires within 4 months of year end.
So last year preliminary figures 30 apr... and statutory filed in june
They gave notice of results to be reported in June.. I would have liked to see an update today though..
They actually have until the end of June
Surely preliminary final results to 31st Dec were due by today? Would have expected them '- or a statement explaining delay.
When the figures come out during the next few days don't focus on the Annual figures but look to see what the potential will be from the contracts entered into during the past six months. Add these to the existing contracts and you will find a tremendous potential for the current year. The business is highly operationaly geared with about 60pc of additional turnover going to the bottom line. A valuation of £20m would suggest a sp of 5p - not too much to expect for a growth company which continues to grow its customer base for existing products whilst adding to its product offering.
Yes I like this company. News is so but before I entered I looked at the past rns news and contract wins have me confidence this is just happily trading making profits and a solid foundation for the future
Last year it was 30 April for results. This is a growth stock that is considerably under valued and is under the radar of most brokers and II investors. New contract wins recently that are likely to improve 2020 turnover to more than £3m and will benefit operational gearing . One concern I have is that they will be taken out by a larger business or a communications company wishing to add facilities management to its overnight. I can see the sp being nearer 3-4p once the market wakes up to the potential.
I am thinking maybe 30/4 and expecting a rise in t/o and profits based on half year position and contracts won over last 12 months
Nearly fell off my chair then someone speaking on this share chat. I was under the impression news would be this week, don't quote me on that though
News here is so sloooow... Must be due a rns to announce the results. Would have thought working from home would for this company not present a major problem...
Thanks FB
London Stock Exchange and Hargreaves Lansdown still have it on their respective sites. I guess it's a site error.
Why has the RNS been deleted- anyone know?
good to see another fellow RMG investor on board here. I most readily agree with your positive sentiments concerning Tide...a decent little company chugging along quite nicely. One to hold for several years, if not longer, for me. All the best!
Hi Scamp. Good to see you here (i'm a fellow RMG investor).
I've tried to buy 775 quids worth and can't get any shares. I can't actually buy more than 700 or so shares, but can instantly sell my full ISA holding of about 38000 shares. I've put in an order anyway. I've liked Tide for a while. Gross margins are impressive, particularly considering they have big clients who normally squeeze suppliers.
After looking at Crimsons chart yesterday I decided to chuck a hundred quid at it just to see what price I would get quoted; computer responded by saying "unable to complete order at the time"... therefore it had to be entered as a "negotiated order": just struck me as rather strange.
However, putting all that to one side...this little outfit is still an attractive little prospect in my opinion.
Hi Scamp. What makes you think that ?
15th of April: 14:23....and something, I know not what, is going on here. An imminent RNS perhaps? ...Something is going on...but what?
Operational gearing is beginning to click in and will become more apparent during the current year.
Hi TLK
Thanks for responding to my request.
Re the big shareholder reducing their stake. I have researched back and as best I can tell they picked up their shares for 1p or less. Selling at 1.6 and up they are making a decent profit. Why now ? Raising cash to invest elsewhere ? They still maintain a big stake.
"Can they grow at a much greater rate ...." First we have to see how year to 31/12/19 was. Announcement due 30/4, I believe. Based on half year results and contract wins I am hoping for good news.
Like Eckoh they are renewing contracts and there has been a flow of new ones, usually min 3 year deals. Visibility of earnings is good into the future.
On their website there is an offer to the NHS to use their software - anything here would be a bonus
On such a low mkt cap I still believe that there has to be a lot of upside
Will be very interested to hear what you think TLK, when you have researched further
Elbarracuda,
Re your post on Ckt board, I am also a holder in Ckt and Eckoh and have been in Eckoh since they were 6 p.
I shall have a good look at Tide and get back to you, they look interesting.
At a glance, a big shareholder seems to be selling down, any idea why.
The share price is the same as it was five years ago.
In the last full year published accounts turnover has gone from 1.21 mil to 2.4 mil in 5 years.
They do seem to have picked up a few contracts of late and had a decent trading update.
Do you think that they can grow at a much greater rate than in the past 5 years.
Tlk
Yep - I completely agree there should be a positive impact at company level. Hopefully will result in significant share price traction (e.g. to the 5p level). Only concern would be that it's at quite a high P/E level at the moment.
We are I feel greatly underestimated by the market. The product we offer will be seen as an essential for majors including Network Rail and of course the NHS. Two very good adverts. As new contracts click in so will operational gearing.
Yep seems like it's doing well. I do expect some considerable revenue growth, going forward. You can't trade on a 80%+ gross margin and have clients like Tesco if your product is rubbish and can be rivalled.
NHS angle looks interesting - hopefully leads to a couple of Million+ deals.
