The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
£2 share price = circa 4,000m mkt cap if my sums are right - would take a bit of justifying
Agreed, great results, as expected - thought t/o was going to come out a bit higher though
Presume new shareholders coming on board and Helium seem to have sold all/most of their shares - believe that their steadily reducing shareholding has been a brake on the share price
With the excellent underlying and ongoing trading fundamentals + new (hopefully) long term shareholders + cash to invest on further development and significant marketing lets hope that it is onward and upwards from here
Trade now showing but was delayed appearing
Around 10-30 made a sizeable top up through my HL account.
Have noticed before that previous smaller top ups have not shown up in the buy/sell data
Wonder if they have another client with a standing instruction to reduce their holding
Could this be a plausible explanation ?
Might also help to explain why Tide remains on a paltry MCap valuation of circa £15m despite the outstanding underlying fundamentals - debt free - high margin - very high percentage recurring income etc. all well known to existing holders
Should be followed up in near future with very positive results for 2020. Have made decent sized top up to my holding
I've been in here for 5 or so years. looking for 10p share price / £45m ish Mcap within the next 3
Fully expecting 2020 results to be very nice - based on high recurring income and new contract wins over the last 12-15 months
Wayne - if you have room left in your portfolio Crimson Tide might be worth a look. I'm a big fan and am well invested. Year end figures coming and should be pretty decent. DYOR
Thanks guys for all your work here. Fingers crossed we get the right result
Hi CF - don't recall ever seeing any mention of churn rate. We get periodic news of new contracts and renewals.
Contracts mainly 2 - 5 years.
T/O grows steadily in line with contract wins so suggests little churn.
Have been invested here for 5+ years. Patience definitely required
Against X 4 through HL - 600,000
no but confident of big t/o and profit rises for last financial year based on high ongoing recurring revenues and contract wins over the last 14 or so months
And me - need to give my broker (Hargreaves Lansdown) 2 weeks notice .
Do we know how much notice we will get re the meeting and vote ?
posted earlier but possibly lost in the blizzard of other posts
Very positive and holding for much higher price but Buyandsellusd slightly optimistic with £2 or £4,000,000,000 mkt cap !
Thanks DissLad - not shown on either Morningstar or the Crimson Tide website
Can you see who has taken their shares ?
Re todays RMS - still can't find any mention anywhere of Quilter as a major shareholder.
And who has bought all those shares ?
Also tipped on the Motley Fool 30/12 - 3 UK shares for 2021 I think could TREBLE my money in the new bull market!
Hi Persimmon
Certainly didn't buy last week. Honestly can't remember when I first bought in. As I now hold no shares in the Company can't access my trading history for them, short of going through every trade
I have over 40 holdings in my SIPP, both shares and Investment trusts, and there are lots that I haven't posted on.
I really like the technology here but, believe that I can make more money in those companies where I have topped up.
Other holdings include : - Armadale, BATM, Cerillion, Checkitt, Cloudcall, Corero, Crimson Tide, Enteq, Ethernity, Intercede, Iqgeo, Location Sciences, Pelatro, Phoenix Copper, Record, RMS, Rosslyn Data, Sysgroup, Trackwise, and Yourgene
You will note mainly software companies with recurring revenues + no posts for most
As I said nice company good luck to all long term holders
Actually that was my sell - NT via Hargreaves Lansdown
I really like this share but decided to sell and top up my holdings in Byotrol, Immotion and Itaconix
All the best to long term holders here
