Chrispy - as a matter of interest who is your broker ?
Great positive and informative post
Good morning SS
I have online accounts with Hargreaves Lansdown for myself and other family members
I received a communication advising me of the offer and inviting me to take action
Within my account it stipulated my entitlement but also that I could try for more shares
The same procedure has operated for other of my holdings where similar fund raises have taken place
I find dealing to be very efficient and easy and happy with the charges levied - probably not the cheapest but you pays your money ...
Hope that this helps
El B
Ended up with 2326 shares against my 3000 pitch.
Happy with that and grateful to the company for making more shares available to meet more of the demand of we existing smaller shareholders
oh dear - someone else to filter - such a long list
Hi Munch - In my HL SIP the cash balance has been reduced by £6K but I have as yet not been credited with the shares
Maybe they take all the cash - calculate the allocations - then refund accordingly depending on how many shares are issued
Like the old public placings of old - BT and the likes
Will update when the dust settles
£10 share price - mkt cap circa £225m - not unreasonable medium term target in my eyes if company continues to progress and they can protect and defend as necessary their technology
Sorry Mr.B - long term hold
Was entitled to 44 shares but applied for 3K
Still processing through my HL account but seems I have got what I asked for
The fund raise does now look like it was much fairer than it first appeared
Quilter not currently listed as a major shareholder
Don't remember ever seeing them before
= reduction of approx 4.5% or approx 25m shares
Share price hasn't moved so someone obviously happy to take these shares
Mysterious
My friend and I both own shares through HLans and we won't be alone. So actually very hard to work out the number of private investors ?
would need to be divided by £2
would need info of all the 0.25 - 2.99 % share holders to test how that 89 no looks
proof will be in the pudding
have been offered circa 44 - just signed out of HL for the day - but have asked for 3K
£8m divided by £2-40 is approx 3,375,000 shares
looking at large shareholders listed on the morningstar site they total circa 85% inc directors
15 % of the current mkt cap is circa £8m divided between say 0.25% - 2.99% shareholders and the smaller private investors
Yes I am sure that he said £135K
Hi WBJ - I often check out shares either mentioned by other posters or ones that I can see they follow. I read your post over on RMS
Had a quick look at Carclo which you mentioned in an earlier post and obviously rate and compared it to Crimson Tide which I regularly champion.
You might be interested in my findings
Carclo - £13m mkt cap - net debt with growing servicing costs - op margin 1.67 % - (19.27) net asset value - Pension fund issues - recurring order levels ??
Crimson Tide - £16m mkt cap - no debt - 8.9 % op margin + 87.2 % GP margin - 0.25 net asset value - no pension issues - 81 % recurring income with 2 - 5 year contracts consistently renewed
You obviously feel aggrieved by the Carclo share price - I continue to be mystified by Tide's rating.
Best of luck with your ongoing investing
Elbarracuda - for full transparency I do have a decent sized shareholding in CT

No problems H
You obviously recognise companies with good technology, so I hope do I
When you check out Trackwise on Investor Meet Company I think you would be interested by today's Enteq presentation - I have now topped up my shareholding in this company
Hi H - suggest you sign yourself up with Investor Meet Company.
I will be watching the Trackwise presentation through their website on Friday
Earlier today watched a presentation by another of my companies, SysGroup (a long term hold for me - worth a look)
Have just checked and a recording of presentation is available to watch now so I am sure you would be able to do the same for the Trackwise presentation.
Hope that this helps
