MB did a webinar a while back, might of been before pandemic.
Questions were asked ( molyhill) at the time mainly on financing, promises were made and broken.
One of many reasons why there are so many fed loooooong term investors in Thor.
It’s actually a pretty good update. The objective was to prove the acreage suitable for ISR. They have done that if one accepts the pXRF readings understate the lab assays at least for Cu. The hydro testing in the weathered zone is also positive. So its looking good for cheap extraction with feasible grades. Any gold is really a bonus. It’s about the copper and the grades are well in range.
The lower zone indicates IOCG. I can’t get the logs to load but that would be a bonus and indicates a source of resource and potential further upside.
They could be clearer on next steps and timelines but I guess they want the assays.
So it’s assays from labs. Increase MRE. More hydro tests. Decision on ISR.
Usual caveats.

Nicole Galloway Warland, Managing Director of Thor Mining, commented:
"The new geological model and drill targeting is paying off. The uplift in copper and especially gold grade, adjacent to what appears to be a controlling structure is very exciting and beyond the Directors expectations, suggesting potential for an extended zone of higher-grade copper and gold along this structure.
The intersections of copper mineralisation in three drillholes drilled up to 100m north of the AE-5 MRE, suggests a structural link to the AE-8 domain to the NE, and potentially significant upside to the Mineral Resource Estimate.
These initial copper and gold grades, wide intercepts and increased depth of weathering are all very encouraging for In-Situ Recovery, the innovative mining technique that has minimal impact on the surrounding environment in contrast to conventional open cut mining".
Question to those of you who have been a round a while please? I was wondering if Thor have ever done any open session Q&A's for investors? I have seen a lot of presentation but was wondering if it was ever an open mic... I have a few questions I would like to ask especially under new leadership
Cheers all
But they will not pull anything out of the hat. May be the interview with the new broom may have gone like: You need to enjoy a lifestyle company with no consideration for the poor sods bankrolling you.
May be a bit harsh to be blaming the new brooms yet after the shower of xxxx they inherited from Drilling Billing(alas still on the payroll) but I agree, the clock is ticking and they need to pull something out of the hat within the next month or so.
@TrekMadone.Totally agreed.
I reduced here after they placed. I cannot fathom how they possibly haven’t got the US projects farmed out. It’s clear that they can’t do it themselves, certainly with any pace. They don’t have the skills or the cash.
There is an appetite for deals in the US. PXC where I have a decent holding recognised they couldn’t progress one of the cobalt projects quickly enough so farmed it down getting excellent royalty terms and up front cash. That cash is being used to move another find towards a mine.
THR have plenty of similar opportunities but unfortunately the management are not up to the task. I thought it had changed and things would improve with Nicole but am sadly disappointed.
If/when this spikes to a penny I will be out with the rest at around evens.
Good luck with your investments

If you look at the prospects we have, what is in the ground is all needed by the brave new world!!! Valuable metals and products needed for batteries for cars and uranium that the USA wants!!!!!
C'mon Thor - get some JVs agreed and lets start getting the stuff out of the ground!!!! It's not rocket science - just geological science : )
Hi BSG MTR certainly sold some of their Thor holding but I don’t think they bailed completely. In any event it would not surprise me if they took part in the recent placing alongside Artemis.
Don't see that happening. That's why MTR bailed IMO. Good old Mick at the helm and lot's of 5th rate claims. Lifestyle company.
Illaquens...exactly my view
Who knows BSG. To change sentiment the Board need to get rid of the Executive Chairman. No need for an Exec Chair and CEO. Non Exec Chair would be far better for today’s corporate Governance. Time to take the broom out and appoint a new one. Then re focus on the best potential projects and get rid of the rest. Perhaps a JV or two at some point. Most are just too small and are a distraction.
Not really. The real price is 0.675p. LSE have made the SP 0.75p. I've never really understood why that happens the odd time, maybe others can enlighten us?
Bit of a swing here 10% down earlier
Well, I've topped up again, probably for the last time. If it goes below 0.5p, I'll bail out completely. I've given it a couple of years already, and I would like to get a decent return before I get too old to enjoy it.

Not surprised that the SP is now down to placing price. Should provide a platform to move higher on decent update...
We might get a placing down there soon.
drilling billing will rotate the bit whilst the sp falls
THR truly is a depressing share for investors.
