Yes not good if you need to sell , however they come in handy when voting.
Any ideas the reasoning for the shares to be issued today and not in a month or so.
Or just no reason and I am guilty also of not trusting.
I own almost a million of these bad boys and if nothing happens soon or the next production numbers are off , I will be voting for new board )
The all were bought at 11p, so a 50% cut, not good if they need sell, to use their salary to pay for things like us normal people!
BB.
Shame that the only one committed to coughing up cash for their shares and injecting capital into the business, Murat, hasn’t followed through:
‘
*The £50,000 cash subscription per 17 January 2024 RNS from Erden Investments Limited, a family-owned Company of Mr. Murat Erden, was not received by the Company.*
’
How do you know this Harchris ? Did Hemant contact you and tell you this and if not then how do we know what your claiming is true???
I never said he was part of the group, he isn't.
I said I am well aware that he shares the same frustrations as Murat and Isabel and resigned due to those frustrations.
Harchris - how can Hemant be part of this requisition group when they collectively own 5.8% of the company? Hemant owns at least one third of TGR which is at least 10% or more since there are only 3 of them, shishir, Puruvi, and Hemant. We also know the family own at least 30% if not more of the company. Explain please????
People saying Hemant is part of this group who are set to put shishir in his place. This has not been proved as there is no evidence been shown. There was another post tge other day saying Hemant has bought land in Madagascar and is starting his own graphite company. Where is the proof of this ? ??
I wasn't inferring that 'something potentially isn't honest and right with the requisition and the proposed director', I don't have a strong opinion about them tbh. But I thought it fair to at least hint at what I know which is that Hemant is someone you can add to the list of NEDs that resigned due to disagreements with Shishir/toxic environment. And his resignation was an attempt to get Shishir's attention long before this requisitioning attempt has gone ahead.
It's not out in the open I guess because he's loyal to his family but it's enough to make me conclude all is definitely not right behind the scenes and has me getting behind the requisition group.
Should [legally] hear more next week reference the General Meeting which is good as change is 100% required here!
Hi HarChris, from your 29 April post referenced by others as well: “Let's just say Hemant's 'focus on his other business interests' is very similar to Murat's 'personal reasons', I wouldn't share anything more on here but happy to on a different medium like Telegram...”
I’m not sure either but it sounded from the above like you knew more about the possible motivations and conflicts, can you say more? I think all this cloak and dagger is toxic and why there’s now been a necessity for independent shareholders to take the initiative to set up an independent group to obtain objective answers and work out just what is/has been going on. The likes of your post and knowledge quite heavily inferring that something potentially isn’t honest and right with the requisition and the proposed directors (plus in fairness following a review of their career backgrounds) only adds to the list of questions shareholders such as myself already have for both sides.
Forget the governance this all long overdue now - Shishir got to go
'Fairtrader, don’t quote me on this as I haven’t got time to double check today. Out of the 7 NED, one was Shishir’s brother who’s by the sounds of things had conflict of interests, one stayed involved in an advisory role? 2 others are involved in the coup.'
Almost right but not quite. What conflict of interest does Hemant have? He's joint main party in the concert party with Shishir so has every reason to be on the board, especially over the likes of an inexperienced Puruvi.
Murat did supposedly resign and stay on in an advisory role but he's actually part of this new requisition group so that would imply relations aren't as convivial as they were made out to be.
Typical move by shishir to keep shareholders apart offering 1 to 1 meetings. He knows shareholders are strong together so like he did last year he wants more 1 to 1's. This guy is so devious. People be aware divided we are weak.. together we are strong.. we want what was promised to us. TSG must be brought back ASAP. Otherwise he and putuv must ge punished. DROR

Apologies

Of course the requisition letter was valid [no need for expensive [paid for by the shareholders] legal advice]
The CEO/CHAIRMAN [plus no doubt other titles] is just stalling trying to buy time by talking to as many shareholders as possible to try and sweet talk them into backing him moving forwards.
Well I have news for him and that is that as with the Conservative Government people are no longer willing to give him the benefit of doubt [the share price has fallen from 150p+ all the way down to around the 5p mark] as it is clear and has been for some time now that there is a lack of any real transparency as well as corporate governance.
My advice is to back this group of underlying shareholders as change is required for sure and apart from the CEO/CHAIRMAN etc....others especially the lawyers Bird & Bird also need to be replaced.
For absolute clarity these are my own opinions and in addition I would add that I did not send this letter [but I do totally agree with it hence why I am offering my full support to it]

So yes 7 NED’s leaving does sound bad and it must be a difficult working environment but not as simple as you’re making out.
Unless anyone has Minutes of Board meetings, we, the shareholders can only draw out own conclusions. Losing 7 Directors in such close succession has got to be significant. 2 or 3 may have an Agenda as already stated ( they are part of the Action Group), but not all 7 especially when replaced with complete novices who have little or no experience of the Commercial World.
Fairdealer. The 7 directors comment is a good point, which does need a better explanation than whats been given, but I doubt we will ever get one.
Well said Fairdealer. Shishir has to have an open meeting with all shareholders and not single people in a room with him telling then the grass is greener etc.we née to let him know this is not the way forward. Dyor
Some great posts today from lots of holders including Johnojohno-harikiri...Whatwhatkid -luvsushi -mineralholder - fairdealer20 and zan_TM.. its great to see this board is finally starting to look like we have some shareholders who actually care about what happens to their money. Whichever way you all vote is entirely your right regardless what I or anyone else says to try to persuade you otherwise. As for you Drewsteveo - the meat on the bones will be revealed in the right place at the right time my friend....oh and Saluc try to pay attention, We are exceedingly unhappy with management (which currently consists only of shishir and pouruvi) along with a gofer who reminds me of you. Dyor
And no one else
Saluc, sometmes agrieved shareholders have to spread the word. That does not mean you or anyone has to beleive and or go along with it.
saying my statement is outrageous is sheer nonsense. Any interested shareholder has a right to voice an opinion. You do'nt have to listen. Do you have any corporate knowledge?
Remember 7 directors have come and gone in the last year. Are they all wrong??
Some might say this group have been trashing the company so they can take over and take it private.....sound familiar lol! This is obviously a baseless comment but I'm considering posting this nonsense with an annoying CAPS LOCK TITLE everyday. I wouldn't trust this group at all, shouting lies from the rooftops and then taking legal action?!? Why not just be a bit more professional and leave out the public show. Some lies have been proved wrong but they cannot show evidence of other dodgy shenanigans that they are claiming. If there were no ulterior motives by this group this would have been handled in a civilised manner. Paint Shishir as some evil tyrant, garner support, boot him out, Bob's your uncle!
Disclaimer: I'm not a shareholder currently but have been in the past several times, but have always kept a close eye here as there is so much potential.
