Although the half yearly was 24th November, which would also point to the back end of May.
23rd of June last year, so I'd expect similar this year. Although it was the back end of May, the year before.
when are the results due?
bottom, to me. An order in place for a few at 830 as a top-up anyway, so watch it plummet if I get it, lol. Seems decent upside from here, as long as the results are ok.
Unless the company changes it policy again you wont be seeing a trading update and will have to wait for the results due june , for the last 6 months new members have been taking record numbers of services and signing up in record numbers with no signs of slow down overall numbers of members are up but like you am looking forward to the actual net gain figures
Oh, okay, thanks for clearing that up. Let's look forward to the trading statement then... Cheers
Intevestor , they said is we wanted to keep the program that we would have to double our sales not halve our work take it or leave it so the promotion is dependent on results its expensive to run but numbers will reduce the cost its simple economies of scale easier and cheaper to install 5 houses in a street than dotted all over town not really rocket science given a little thought its good PR but the numbers will benefit everyone shareholders members and the agents of course its all dependent on the agents as to the success of the investment
Hmm it started strong, auto-bot A sales keep nibbling at the SP. Last 3-day fall excessive. Time to top up.
With trading update imminent, SP has some bad news priced in except there is not any. G/L all..
Well, it'll be interesting when the trading statement appears, won't it... If record customers were being gathered, why was it reported that the Chairman and Ops Director were pleading with distributors to gather more 'lightbulb' customers at their recent conference? Interesting hyperbole once again from freeled

small sells large buys the news scares perfectly timed to wring shares out of small investors hands at bargain prices Fill your boots
news Item 2 today Gas leakage story from 1/2 year results 2015 posted as new news today see the bottom credit Reuters 2015 it not new news it is old news reposted as new news always read the small print ! to the TEP share news tab on this site and check out at the bottom of the post
News Today item 1 Berenberg Bank re rated from £14.00 to £10 in news no basis for either price but no one in their right mind would have gone with the £14 anytime soon it was a publicity post by Berenberg they posted it as a downgrading they were downgrading themselves because there have been no material facts released since the £14.00 initial rating not the company
It is a share that retreats wildly before results then jumps wildly after results as people buy bk with confidence.I think all problems have been ironed out
Best to stay focussed only on news from the company, so far there has been no profit warning so the imminent trading update may not be so bad, the current SP is below 50% of the all time high and the company appears to be on-track. The recent fall if no leak is pure speculation so if the results are good we could get a strong bounce from here.
There was a leak before though wasn't there when shares tanked before update on fraud profit warning last year. All updates and results failed to show this coming.Very volatile share especially when pi investors follow naked trader Robbie burns buys and sells
btw. The trading update Could come anytime soon this month the final results for year ending 31st march are released in June. Another theory is that there has been a leak that has led to some selling. Usually Utility Warehouse business model works in the companies favour and have been consistently strong over the years.
There is a big shorter using the weaker market / oil to push down the shares and will then buy them back much cheaper before the trading update in a couple of weeks so they win both ways. Good opportunity for PI's to jump on board.
Also-when are the results out cheers
From Broker Buy. Shares look over-sold the last 2 days. From past experience TEP usually breaks 1000P with a good set of results. Quote: "We remain on track to deliver record revenues, profits, and earnings per share for the current financial year. This is reflected in the 15.8% increase in our interim dividend, and our intention to pay a total dividend of 46p for the full year."
My forcast for customer numbers at year end 616000 and at the current rate of record growth it would take 4-5 years to get to the million members but that comes at a cost if they are to do that as they have a fantastic promotion on and I dont believe that a progresive dividend could be met , the current promotion will reduce churn rates for the next 48 months so no surprises to be revealed 2017, 18,19 and 20 but of course thats assuming any promotional costs are passed on to members over the period resulting in increased churn and lower growth going forwards there is of course no such thing as magic money and it will have to come in the form of slower divi growth or another star inovation / market opportunity as yet unexploited , there are limitations as to how many extra services the partners can sell on one appointment water is the easy one on the horizon and insurance has been mooted but that would be extreemly time consuming from a partner point of view the easier and biggest market must be a TV hook up but who knows
Everything is being played and we are all players in the big game anon , the bigest game in town has been barclays ( who somehow got off lightly after the banking crisis but everything comes out in the end ;-) the big money has to get in and out with a margin but they cant depress or inflate a share infinitly at the end of the day the real quality of a business will out at some point

Well, let's hope they're right re; churn and spend. I'm the sort who doesn't swap and change. I just want to know what I'm going to get, consistently. As for 1000, I topped up at 1010 just before it fell. It's being played, so I'm willing to wait.
