My question is if the business is so well placed, why would Lindsey step down? He's been lucky so far....
Wigoder sold a bundle of shares, that's what's caused this

Ahead of a trading update from Telecom Plus due on April 19, Peel Hunt cut earnings forecasts to reflect stressful conditions for incumbents and new entrants in the UK energy market.
Possibly due to the fundamental poor growth compared to previous half year results?
Absolutely mate, spot on
They don't have to be a distributor to be be affected by the power of 'influence', or have they always got their forecasts and ratings correct? Sub-prime? Just sayin'
300 a day? lol - that would be a growth rate of over 18% - so with respect mate, your figures don't add up, dare I say, again.
lol - I don't know where you saw that the growth was better than some expected, because as I said, with a really low market penetration and an aggressive divi policy, one really needs more, much more than 4.2%. Especially when the road ahead, as they suggest in their own update, will be rocky. Are you one of their distributors by the way?
Well, in a market where they have less than 2% market penetration, and an aggressive dividend policy and high p/e ratio, one would hope for more IF the aggressive dividend policy is to be maintained...that's why.
Sorry to disagree, but I don't think a growth rate of 4.2% is a solid trading update in any way, shape or form and is an indication that the share price will rise rapidly now as investors grab the dividend, but will quickly fall thereafter. As I say, 4.2% growth is not good in my opinion.
Oh, okay, thanks for clearing that up. Let's look forward to the trading statement then... Cheers
Well, it'll be interesting when the trading statement appears, won't it... If record customers were being gathered, why was it reported that the Chairman and Ops Director were pleading with distributors to gather more 'lightbulb' customers at their recent conference? Interesting hyperbole once again from freeled

1) If one attends regular Networking events, across the UK, one WILL be 'attacked' by a Distributor, or two, or three, wholly committed individuals, convinced that joining their business will "change the World" 2) How many Distributors have joined, ever, since the Company started? Do you know? Far from being 'thin on the ground' Richard, there are plenty around... To be honest though Richard, please don't bother wasting your precious time replying, because I'm tired of you now. I've had my fun, and you've done nothing to dissuade me from my views. Good bye and good luck.
I've got to be honest with you Richard - I've met plenty of Distributors like you, those who've been brainwashed into becoming 'followers of the pig' without question, but you, Richard, have taken the prize for being the most 'interesting' character. Thank you for being so amusing...probably without even knowing it. Cheerio Richard.
lol - at least I can spell, Richard. Oh to be enthralled by your missives Richard - I shall miss you.
Goodnight, Dick. Sleep well in your deluded little world.
...and just one more thing Richard, turnover up 98% in the past five years, commission payments up 48%...cough, cough, splutter
I agree, you're not my pal, because I could never be friends with a dick. Anyway, did you see the FT article last week? Or are they just being negative too? And if you didn't see it, then, well, what can I say. Cheerio Richard.
