I actually asked this question directly to Clifford at one of the presentations. He was actually unaware of what PrimaryBid was.
However interestingly not only did he say that the company would look at it for any potential future fundraising he also added that perhaps there ‘hopefully are no further fundraising requirements’ (all very nudge nudge wink wink to the audience).
Clifford tone of all recent presentations (haven’t been able to attend the 2 this week) over the last couple of months has been ultra bullish - basically implying that long term holders would be handsomely rewarded once the 4 companies are floated or sold (or bought out)…. A complete contrast to his previous interviews which were very low key and strictly factual.
Not long to the interims and an update on the NAV of the portfolio companies which should turn some heads and lead to a raft of new investor buying
Indeed @Seaman, Thanks Agricore. Will fire off an email over the weekend. Have another idea regarding the social media platform Lucyd are planning I wanted to give them. An audio based social network needs to take music artists seriously and they could corner a huge market. Social media platforms have proven very poor for musicians trying to promote their work.
FB for example charges to reach even a fraction of the people who have actually followed a band they like. Unless they have a huge budget the can't even reach the people who have taken the time to like and follow them. However it's these creators that drive a lot off content creation and custom to these social sites.
I would also suggest the audio books market would be a good one to access with this platform. Really has huge potential when i think about it, could be a real game changer to the industry.
@Weather - if you watch some of the past presentations/interviews with Clifford Gross he is specifically asked has he thought about using Primary Bid. He replied no.
I agree 100% with you. I would encourage and invite you and anyone else who agrees with this idea that you contact Tek Capital's Investor Enquiries person who is Tim@flagstaffcomms.com
Or you can ring him on:

Weather 100% , that discount was criminal ! Investors laughing and couldn't believe their luck
And another one turned up. So there is the placement profit takers. Doubled their money in a few months. Who is soaking them up. Who is the 100k block buyer? Still expecting a TR1 holding which is a positive one.
Edale Capital LLP
Walker Crips
Both selling down..
Just an idea for TEK board and team if you're looking in.
Primary Bid has been used this year to reach private investors directly and has raised absolutely stacks of cash with ease. Next time, don't give investment firms a 50% discount on current trading price (15p share price at the time of the 10p placement). Private investors would have snapped them up at 15p and you wouldn't have had sell pressure while all the good news is released.
Can you imagine price and market cap now had you did this and not sold to investment firms that dump once they hit a target? It would now maybe a lot more reflective of what you have built and worked for and maybe a lot closer to the 50p strike price some of you have.
Please take note.
Could see too up prices tomorrow, huge value here can't wait to see some solid news from Salarius
GLA
Well, I have added significantly onto my holdings. Can't add any more. It was registered as a sell, but that's good. Its because the stock is very liquid and hence a very short spread.
Pleased to see funds taking profit and yet an appreciating share price. That's significantly less drag going forward.
topcat agree someone has been buying to absorb all those shares, because lets face it the Sp would have tanked if not, and its been holding well, and at the ens of the day Walkers are an investement firm so an increase in SP is a strategic move for them to dispose of some
That's a hell of a lot of background buying to absorb that reduction in holding and with the price rising too.
We really should be seeing more TR1 soon.
And B
Walker Crips need to stay invested for all the salarius salt they'll use :)
Walkers Crips have disposed of 2,745,683 shares since their previous TR1. Possibly due to the increased % of TEK in their portfolio after the recent price appreciation.
Profit taking - probably hit their target. Fine by me!
I wasn't expecting that one. I was expecting an increase in holdings from someone. Wonder who has been buying these up. Most of that selling is either older or has been absorbed by a big buyer. We've been going up for weeks now.
What I can tell Walkers have cut their holding in half roughly
I can never make head not tail of Tr1s perhaps it's the table it's presented in
