I think the shareholder hotline is to be manned by Illbetabuck
Heading toward the final countdown.. Damn shame the way this all played out. It has been played of course, but the PIs never seem to catch a break. Hope a few turn up at the GM to mention their disappointment.. GLA.

The Schema doc has today been published - but this site
Isn’t showing it as an RNS
The formal offer was made in 20th January and the price was fixed then of 5.5p - todays announcement simply gives the date of the shareholders meeting for the vote and the location 3rd march in London.
Notices convening the Court Meeting and the General Meeting, to be held at Honourable Artillery Company, Armoury House, City Road, London, EC1Y 2BQ, on 3 March 2020, are set out in the Scheme Document. The Court Meeting is scheduled to commence at 11.00 a.m. and the General Meeting is scheduled to commence at 11.15 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Court Meeting is concluded or adjourned).
The court and general meeting to be held on the 3rd of March, my birthday.
i don't like birthday's anymore
Is that Fraser???
sounds defamatory to me, and could lead to an award of damages. Surely there are more sensible ways of expressing one's feelings? I am heart sorry for those who have lost money here, really I am, and I understand their anger and sense of outrage, but resort to defamation or, worse still, criminal actions, is just not on and those who seem that way inclined need to contain themselves and act more wisely.
AAL has made a formal offer , Yes.
It's not LL, it's II ...Institutional Investors.
Sorry, I am trying to keep up, Google is of no use, What Does "LL" mean?
L
I'm afraid I have lost track (been away for a bit) -
But have AAL as yet committed to the 5.5p offer formally - or are we still waiting for that?
What doesn't quite add up for me is...
If it is strictly true that AAL is the only feasible deal in town (as the BoD would have us believe) then why would they need to offer even 5.5p? No credible competition - why not drop the offer?
Or does the fact that they have not done that... to date... tell us anything?
All just a stressful guessing game right now, I'm afraid.
Scot mate good luck,,
But shes a puppet, and if she steps out of line, they cut her strings.
But im sure she will make the rite sounds on the day, thats what theyr programmed to do.

steve58: "Another option is why can’t the work continue with workers being paid in shares thereby getting more in the medium tern through the increase in the sp dividends etc. "
This is better than the unpaid leave. They should be flexible to identify all possible ways to keep the company as an ongoing concern before they worked out and completed the alternative options, other than the current AAL takeover offer.
"The Company is focussed on the delivery of its strategic review process and, ultimately, securing a route to complete the development of its Project, where it believes the greatest value to shareholder lies.
Any approach to take over the Company would need to be made in accordance with relevant laws and regulations governing such an approach and would be dealt with appropriately by the Board at any such future time. Ultimately it would be for shareholders to decide should an offer be made."
If their emphasis is on delivering the updated plan for the Initial Scope funding, they should speed up their discussion with the consortium of debt financing investors; to have a firm proposal placed on the table for shareholders to vote, together with their recommended AAL offer. Since early December when the proposal was made, two months have passed by. There seems no progress has been made up to the time CF met ShareSoc rep in London a few days ago, as they mentioned that the proposal still remained indicative and non-binding. We are not sure if this because the negotiation is difficult; or almost nothing happened during these two months; or the letting time passing is intentional for keeping the AAL offer as the only option. SM/CF seems not confidence on their own Initial Scope plan, as they prefer a fully funded takeover over the alternative proposal from the consortium. They should keep what said, make effort on their updated plan (rather than selling the company), take their claimed objective -- maximise shareholder value honestly and seriously.
Well we know 7% at the very least is not happy with thus offer. Jupiter it seems hold our fate in their hands, as well as the 84000 PIs (now that some have sold on the glass half empty outlook).
If there is a no vote? Will fraser walk
Sod Fraser. Don't let him walk in to the arms of AAL at our expense. There is another way if they look. But their blinded by AALs thirty pieces of silver. ****s every last one of the senior execs.
I hope some third party or II or Polygon keep this mine out of the clutches of AAL we move forward (with heavy dilution) and we all turn up at the AGM and sack Fraser and the other greedy barstewards.
