Thank you Sandy,
Had an email back to my query from last night, but not from one of the usual admin/help desk team, but one of the key analysts!
He agrees with the lack of financial data on their site as he's actually looking into SUP himself at this very moment and had already picked up on this, so expecting further developments.
Analysts picking up on SUP for further publication, can only be a good sign IMO. :)
i got this info
There is no requirement to submit accounts anywhere other than companies house and to release them on RNS and upload them to Supreme’s website. Companies like Reuters will pick up the accounts once they are released on RNS and submitted to Companies house.
I would direct them to the website and the admission document for financial information on the company.
Another option is to email us on the investor
Center and we provide all the information. On accounts
As long as it’s publicly available information ....thank you ??
Hi Sandy,
Can you please advise; do SUP have to submit accounts to the various financial reporting companies such as Refinitiv/Reuters, or are they automatically download once 6 months have expired?
Although I had help on this forum in acquiring some recent accounts (thank you) I still need to obtain many balance sheet/valuation metrics derived from the bare data.
I subscribe to some organisations that supply this, but SUP's accounts are not showing up there (have written to them this evening).
Is it a matter of 6 months expiring, or do SUP have to submit something to the financial reporting industry?
sorry just about to add that should be
Quite simply a quality company ..just about another 50k at 192 in a few lots
Yes - that makes sense. As well as appreciating you spending time on this BB I also very much approve of your EMI structure. And you are more than welcome to your incentive shares if I see 100% and 200% in 3 and 5 years. time ... that plus your with your dividend policy and my ISA and SIPP will both look a lot healthier!
The very best of luck

A company with an impressive track record.
Shame that the future option schemes are so heavily skewed in favour of the CEO. He has options over a further 2.5% of share capital at the time of the IPO if total shareholder returns are at least 100% by the third anniversary of the IPO, and then a further 2.5% if 200% by the fifth anniversary of the IPO. All non-director employees, on the other hand, have future options (or cash alternative) capped at a maximum of £14m (and 1 x salary per employee) if the market value of the company by the fifth anniversary of the IPO is £1bn or more (ie, 6.5 x the market capitalisation at IPO). Why aren't the CEO's and connected trust's ownership of 56.76% of the company enough incentive to achieve these shareholder returns without dilution of other shareholders through the option schemes?

I really enjoyed the article on SCSW and whilst had no intention of adding more portfolios, decided to pile ££ and have added Supreme for my LTH portfolio. Looking forward to the plans and results over the coming years!
Hi Sandy ,

year end is 31st march so announcement follows after that i check the date
Seconded. Is there any way of being provided with as many annual accounts as is permitted? As all my usual sources show not a penny bean as if the company only started trading this year LOL. Surely some annual accounts are publicly permissable? Very, very interested - but not investing until I see some.
Sandy, hi
After being most impressed with the SCSW write up, and my own research, i was wondering when the first set of results were going to be released - i can't seem to find a date, unless i have overlooked something.
Mark.
Invest Direct from HSBC does not seem to recognise SUP as the code!
SCSW have given a good write up of supreme. I shall be buying come Monday.
Hi Miti (sorry not sure what your name is?)
wow you really studied the company impressive!!! i guess all i can say as part of the strategy is to acquire bolt ons and since becoming a PLC we have had many companies approach us for a sale .. so its defiantly on our agenda best wishes sandy
Sandy,
What's impressed me is from is the ROCE on acquisitions eg. Provider and Battle Bites . Amazing buys. Its surely the route going forward to really expand and get use your undoubted network to propel undeveloped brands ie. loads of immediately accretive acquisitions
Can you tell us how many acquisitions are in the pipeline and if we can expect anymore in the next 3-6 months. TIA.
That's very kind of you, Sandy. Could you please confirm when you are launching Millions &Millions brand of vitamins ? That's looks like where the real growth will come from in the next 18months and in the prospectus you referred to a January Launch. Are you holding it back cos of Lockdown restrictions or has it already started ? TIA.
Many Thanks
Any thing you need to know about the company or clarity of its activities happy to assist
