oh ffs...
Talked to Peterhouse broker yesterday. IPO sometime next week not today. Shambles...
the new website isn't up yet- bodes well! haha
IPO'ing tomorrow - now doubt its pushed back as with every bloody thing!
and nobody knows....? great what a load of bulllshyte how is the sp going to hold when nobody knows about the new company. Such dumb BS
Yeah I hope so, im debating on whether to pull the shares from nominee account and put them on certificate to make easier? Who knows
Don't have much experience with RTOs but i would imagine its a process down to everyones individual broker and not the company itself- so the time would vary
Cheers monkey - any ideas on when we get the replacement shares? Thanks ragged are you participating?
Yes, they are. I have the contact at Peterhouse if you want to buy in, but you'd have to commit pretty quickly.
The only mention Brett has given me was in the email back in April: "Peterhouse Capital have undertaken to provide a minimum of GBP500,000 alongside Titeline and our other investor interest. This will be added to the receipts from Bass and a tax recovery of EUR700,000 which dates back to pre Graphmada operations when StratMin was a trading business. The budget will enable us to complete the drilling program required and fund the listing of the company on the main board of the LSE." "We are also in due diligence now with a number of major international gold producers who are looking at collaboration in either a JV or equity participation in the Specimen Hill project in Queensland. Ideally we will bring one of these discussions to a successful contract alongside the listing on the main board."
any info on if they are raising money for nex listing?
thanks for that info, nothing on stratmins website all very very slow. how will anyone even know about the new ipo i see nothing out there on it. shocking
NEX Exchange has given us Wednesday 6th for trading. The admission document went in last week. Still working on November for the ASX listing.
did anyone follow the graphite mine into the hands of Bass Metals? I always saw potential there and have since 3 bagged with them
Cheers, all these court dates really get on my nerves. No doubt it will be well after 2 weeks based on the past BS timescales!
didnt go but had a reply from Brett. 1/ Admission Document to be filed tomorrow with the exchange. 2/ Final court hearing on Friday in Australia to complete the Scheme. 3/ Shoulb we trading within 2 weeks from there.
Go go to the GM today? Resolutions were passed by the looks of it based on STGR's website
holding onto my shares, here. could turn out to be a very special project.
End of next week/beginning of week after, if Monday's resolutions are passed. Do you intend to sell?
Oops, sorry! Yes, NEX. Was distracted in considering the intention to follow on with an ASX listing next year.
not ASX? NEX you mean?
Any idea the earliest date we can trade old stratmin
We have research completed, but this cannot be released until the admission date. The admission document is in final draft form and we hope to publish shortly - just jumping through some final verification hoops. The summary is we have continued to have excellent results from field work. Following the SAM Survey (Hi resolution magnetics) in December we mapped a 20x extension to the epithermal target at Specimen Hill. This was followed up with deep penetrating 3D IP in march, which we finally got the analysis for in the last week. This survey was to target the porphyry feeder systems for final drill targeting. Once again it was a solid success from the field team. Titeline Drilling, an international drilling contractor based in Australia, have come on as our cornerstone investor with a 533,000 investment at IPO via a driller equity deal
I hope you have all managed to get your votes in (hoping you are not stuck in Beaufort). Having had to be patient, I am now convinced, given the work for equity deal with Titeline and imminent ASX listing, that this is a very interesting project. There is very little available in the UK capital raise, and I would suggest you hold on listing. Of course, please let me know if you intend to sell immediately, as you might make it worth holding on to buy in the market.
Brett has the whole family tree on that concert party list haha!
