If you could ask them to improve their communications with shareholders and specifically when the the new Teutonic Gold web site is up and running that would be much appreciated.
Work commitments are preventing me from going, but I like Maltby, would also appreciate your feedback Bignuggets. I notice your investment in GGP pre spike, so your opinion regarding comparisons between the two companies would also be interesting. Thanks.
Will do but, I was hoping to meet some others from this BB to chat with.
No but if you could feedback your thoughts on the meeting I am sure long suffering STGR holders would be very grateful
Anybody else ?
Thanks for reply it really has been a journey with this one, i did think the graphite market was worth an investment but i suppose in the end i could see we were struggling with it,what has happened we have had no choice in but i agree with you about future prospects and I'm sure it will be interesting, i don't normally get involved with the chat side of shares as the two outhers i'm in are just a ******* match on the BB but i'm always interested to read the genuine info.
In a mail from Brett, Monkey. As a long term holder Deniaport, you, like the the rest of our ilk, are fortunate in the fact that we now have a second bite of being involved in a new venture with enormous potential, it's now gold rather than graphite. We were in dire need of someone at the helm, who quite frankly, knew what they are doing and possessed the business acumen to see it through. I feel we have found that person in Brett Boynton, he has turned this company around and I look forward to him building us a solid and profitable future in the gold sector. I've got to say, I am way more confident of success here now than I have ever been in the past, let's hope I'm right. Sharing information with lth's is not a problem for me. Good luck Deniaport, exciting times ahead.
Hi all, as this is my first post ever i share your optimism for the future and thank the regular posters for forwarding info,as a very LTH with a high average for me any profit will be a bonus,i am a bit disappointed at lack of info from the company at this time as the web site appears to be abandoned but good luck all,we can't all be emailing Brett every day and i thank the regular posters again.
Hey mate, can i ask where you got information about the field programme from?
Just awaiting!!! not bloody awaited.
Just awaited some confirmation stuff on the IPO from Brett. It's common knowledge that the AGM and meeting to approve the deal is on the 12th, following that they have to approve the deal to the Australian court for ratification, it has already been approved by the Australian shareholders. They then go straight to the IPO which is being managed by VSA Capital and Optiva. The Australian Federal Courts are closed in January so as soon as February hits they will get that completed as quickly as possible then go straight to listing. The results from the December field program at Specimen Hill have been excellent and they are looking forward to sharing that in conjunction with the IPO raise. I am really looking forward to this.
Cheers Maltby, that's exactly what I have done earlier this morning. I spoke to Barclays who were clueless of any goings on but to be fair so were Optiva after I had phoned them. That is what prompted me to mail Brett. I will relay the response. Thanks again.
I received an E mail from Brett on 13/11 to say VSA were leading the raise but their retail broker Optiva were also involved. If I wanted to become involved then I was to inform him who my broker was and VSA would make contact to inform my broker of my interest. Clearly the original t/t has had to be put back because of the legal process so I am not sure whether that facility still exists. My beef is that existing STGR shareholders are still being left in the dark. I would suggest contacting Brett direct for further information as he responded to all my E mails very quickly
Yes 100% sure existing investors can participate in the IPO at 2p per share.
I will phone Barclays again tomorrow quindell and make them work for their fee's. I can see a lot of frustration and hanging around ahead of me. I can also see no end result. I am sorry to ask you this again but are you certain that existing P.I's can buy ahead of market launch.
My brokers have no idea either lol, shares currently siting in online account with a value of zero..!
Hi, no problem at all. I simply thought if you had interest in buying more then buying direct in the placing. I have a good friend that I trust who keeps in contact with Brett, he holds nearly double my holding. Might be worth simply calling the brokers directly, surely they should know?
Thanks for that quindell. Can I ask how you have come by that information. If there is a way to buy before launch, then I want to do so, I have several thousand pounds I want to invest. What galls me about this, is that 1/ I don't know about this, which may be my fault and 2/ that Barclays have no idea what's going on, I asked specifically whether I was able to perform that transaction and like I say they had no idea what was going on. I will make enquiries tomorrow, thanks again for that info and can you tell me where you've got it from.
If you have interest in purchasing additional shares prior to IPO you can do - you have to get in contact with one of the brokers, who I believe are VSA or Optiva if im not mistaken?
I was told by Barclays that all dealings in the new company was on the open market. I have had no offer relayed through my broker. Having said that Barclays had no idea of any RTO or any goings on within Stratmin when I approached them. They are without a doubt useless in my experience.
STGR are raising additional monies - up to £3million they hope - through an IPO at 2p per share and this offer was open to PIs who expressed an interest. I certainly had that opportunity. The deadline for this has had to be pulled back I presume because the legal process took longer than anticipated but like other matters little of this has been communicated to shareholders. I have still received no official confirmation of the shareholders meeting to approve the RTO other than the comment from Tectonic Gold on this Board. Was that Brett in disguise?? With the gold price rising and an obvious market for gold mining shares at the moment, potential prospects for TTAU look very interesting but a bit more communication from the BOD wouldn`t go amiss.
Why not participate in the placing then? Don't get the question.
quite a lot of the AIM traders on twitter were saying gold will have a good year in 2018 which of course is what we are all hoping for and maybe this is an example of the opportunerity dyor gla
Indeed i'm bloody excited! Why not participate in the placing then :-) I'm hoping we have a nice rise as apposed to signature holders selling (although I know most are aussie based so very hard for them to sell their shares!) Lets see what the future brings
Good Afternoon Tectonicers, I have funds lined up and ready to go for this launch and it got me thinking that if everyone here and the people in the know are as excited as I am about the future, it will create a proper stir on the opening day, could make for some very interesting price activity. That stuff is part and parcel of market mentality all of which I find altogether insignificant, my focus lies on the company making strides within the sector and building something of value that can sustain itself and reward the loyalty of those that have seen this through. Well I'm looking forward to 2018 and I'll be raising a glass or two tomorrow night to back that up. Happy New Year to all.
