Thanks a lot for that BigNuggets any other info would be lovely as things have gone a bit quiet on Stratmins and Signatures website (still do my daily religious checks of both websites lol) Cheers
This interests me going forward...but i cant make the roadshow....if anyone can take mobile video and put on youtube...it would get a bigger audience ....unless there are plans for a professional recording/edit to be available ?
RFC Ambrian who are Sydney and London based, are organising it. When I get the exact dates I will let you know. Its looking very promising.
Hi - thanks for that info I actually didn't know about the specific dates until now so cheers (did know it was during Feb some time) More then happy to meet up of course :-)
Good, as I'm sure you are aware , there is a Investors Roadshow happening probably from 22nd Feb onwards. Perhaps we should meet up prior/during ?
Based in Central London at present
Where are you based by the way ?
No worries - the prospects are mouthwatering aren't they!
Thanks Quindell. A potential resource value of +3.8B on the first section!!?!? Exciting times! :) GLA
Far far too early to say! Its good to note that this is an area with infrastructure in place already so if you can prove up a good gold resource it will always be a profitable venture in this part of Australia. Then one of the big boys can pick it up ....
Does anyone know the cost of extraction per oz and therefore the profit margin?
Over 4m oz gold, this is massive. Will get some more in IPO. Hope peeps will support the new company! IPO in Feb, March?
Thanks for that information, I was excited when I stumbled across the report on the Signature website (its my morning ritual to check out stratmin & signatures website lol) I am excited and I hope we can all support the company at IPO and really get this moving
"So we are looking at a potential 20x increase in the target from our modelled 230,000 oz Au or a 4+million oz target for the drilling program. And this is just the first part of the system"! Not bad that is it. Don't know anything about RFC Ambrian but if they are as prestigious and influential as Brett seems to think they are, then hold on to your hats boys and girls. Thanks for that Arminius-Roll on February, cannot wait to enhance my investment here.
Needless to say Titeline has been very keen to get going. We have also met with RFC Ambrian, one of the leading resources investment banks. They are the only Australia and UK based resources team and have agreed to come on as a broker to the IPO and assist us with our strategy. I cant overstate the importance of this for us - RFC are the go to team in the space and are very picky about who they work with. We are very pleased to be bringing them into the deal and it is really the results from December that have convinced them we are onto something potentially big enough for their core client base which includes the top 5 Australian gold producers. So that is the excitement of the past few weeks. In terms of timing, we have the Australian Court final verification hearing, which is a rubber stamp process, but getting into the Court schedule is always a challenge as the Federal Court is closed in January. This is set of 22 February and we can list directly thereafter, Pricing is 2p which we felt was important to maintain as it keeps a reasonable value on the StratMin side and all the STGR shareholders have been patient and supportive as we worked up this deal.
Thanks for the support, yes, we are pleased to get through the raft of regulatory process. Almost there! We have a few updates to share. The December field program was better than expected and frankly better than we hoped for. The structure containing the Specimen Hill epithermal deposit which we have drill tested over a 300m strike and down to 125m depth has now been measured over 1600m in length and at least 400m deep, with the depth extension one as that is the limit of the geophysics tool we used to map the structure. So we are looking at a potential 20x increase in the target from our modelled 230,000 oz Au or a 4+million oz target for the drilling program. And this is just the first part of the system! Have a look at the Signature Gold website for the independent geologists review of the December program. www.signaturegold.com.au
Can i add my thanks to you guys especially quindell, bignuggets and vidaloca.if it wasn't for you guys i feel as though i would know nothing,i would have thought going through a transition period as we are a bit more information on the website would have been helpful and I'm glad to hear the company seems to be aware of this,i'm glad to be part of this as we've all made an investment but this looks like being a very interesting one, good luck all.
Managed to find something I didn't see before on Signatures website, check it out.... http://www.signaturegold.com.au/irm/PDF/1231_0/specimenhillstructuralsurveyindependentgeologistsreport
I spoke to members of the board yesterday and was told that Brett will be here early Feb . Tectonic are organising an Investor Roadshow to really push the floatation.
It's been a grim few years juan and to be honest, I am glad to see the back of Stratmin and bloody graphite, after all I would rather be stood here with a handful of gold as opposed to a lump of coal. Brett has given us a second chance here so let's hope he can build us a success story. His family seems to think he can. Good Luck.
to Vida, Bignuggets and Malt in particular. I had all but given up on my investment here but now there seems there's a bright light at the end of the tunnel? It was only by chance I visited this BB after many months so great to see there's plenty going on in the background. Thanks again. GLA
There is an existing concert party, who hold 29.51 per cent. of the current shares, centred around Consolidated Resources Pte Ltd, the current largest shareholder. The principal vendors of Signature Gold (who hold around 56 per cent. of the shares of Signature Gold further details are contained in paragraph 4 below), are also considered to be acting in concert and will hold a maximum of 38.74 per cent. of the Companys shares on Admission. This Concert Party incorporates certain members of the Board, their families, the Proposed Director and certain senior employees of Signature Gold. Within this Concert Party there is no dominant shareholder, but two of the directors of Signature Gold (including Mr Boynton, who is also a director of the Company) are expected to own between 15 per cent. and 20 per cent. each. Further details of the Concert Party are detailed in paragraph 6 below and in Part III. (5) Diana F Boynton is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his sister in law. (6) Matthew N Boynton is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his nephew. (7) Marion A Boynton is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his niece. (8) Paul N Boynton is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his brother. (9) Stuart J Boynton is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his nephew. (10) Audrey Boynton is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his mother. (11) Lorin D Boynton is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his sister. (12) Shirley Swart is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his sister. (13) Barry D Short is related to Mr Brett Boynton and is his brother in law.
Furthermore, the Directors and Proposed Director believe that there is the potential for Signature Gold to become one of the worlds lowest dollar-per-ounce of discovery cost gold exploration businesses. It is common knowledge throughout the industry that the addition of quality reserves depends on the success rate of technological innovation and quality exploration, and it has been the development of this approach that has been the focus of Signature Gold over the past few years. The Australian gold market remains buoyant with large producers actively looking for projects to replace current production. Signature Golds portfolio of gold discoveries is in an established gold region with a number of large gold mining companies in operation. The strategy of the Enlarged Group will be to develop the discoveries in their portfolio through feasibility stage in order to provide suitable projects for these major gold producers to partner with or acquire and take into production. The Directors and the Proposed Directors are of the opinion that this is a very promising opportunity for the Company to create value for all shareholders.
Brett confirmed that they are attempting to bring the court date forward,
For the detailed analysis guys - really appreciate it! Very good news but a bit disappointed we keep being pushed back for the IPO lol, but i guess we will have a lot of groundwork to take into the IPO so might have a large push there.
