Looking forward to this hitting the market soon....
thank you
I saw this on ADVFN site yesterday...make of it what you like but it looks like things are definitely moving.?.
31 May 2022 U.K. SPAC PLC (the "Company") Letter to Shareholders and Warrant holders of U.K. SPAC PLC I am pleased to inform you that the proposed Reverse Take-Over ("RTO") of the Company by Hellenic Dynamics S.A. ("Hellenic") is now entering its final stages. While the prospectus is still subject to final approval by the FCA eligibility committee, the Directors believe that all substantive issues regarding the text of the prospectus have been addressed............ continues....
Very difficult - and somewhat worrying.
Don't know where you got 10th June from?? All I can find is this from the letter 8th April:
"The boards have decided that the last date for converting the Warrants that were issued as part of the placing last March into Ordinary Shares will now be 15 May 2022 and that the new Long Stop Date for completing the RTO will be 27 May 2022."
I'm assuming the last sentence means that we should have heard something TODAY - which of course we haven't. How have they got the right to just unilaterally withdraw themselves from the protections of AIM: "With effect from Cancellation, the Company will no longer be subject to the AIM Rules and, accordingly, shareholders will no longer be afforded the protections given by the AIM Rules."?
Seems worthy of Boris, but this is serious.
One assumes all the holders on here have sold and gone away?
Is it right that 10th June or thereabouts we may be back in action?
Scratch that. Just seen it was on the other BB
What RNS?
You can now sell, or you have to be patient and await the outcome.
So what happens next or what are people going to do ???
So not yet dead in the water !
It gets my back up when companies cannot keep you informed , if the FCA where not going to pass this they would have known weeks ago , if I worked this slow at my job I wouldn't last five minutes
I think theirs are different products? Or maybe UK Spac management team are up to the job or negotiating with the FCA? It’s not looking good though as no update given. Is this just another Costa Del Con job?
Chill , and kanabo are listed though?
Sorry 1.8 million shares . Play with fire you get burnt I suppose !
I wouldn’t hold out much hope for any deal going through. The FCA are just putting too many obstacles in the way it appears. Maybe they’ve been told to block any cannabis deals as they are too risky for UK LSE listings. I assume Hellenic will just go for a listing in Holland or some other European country will more open rules regarding sales of cannabis related products? We’ll have to wait and see I suppose.
I’m hoping for a RNS tomorrow stating that there is a delay in listing of up to a month due to FCA issues . We should all be kept up with the latest goings on good or bad , it’s been fat too long now ! A new medical cannabis company will take a lot more to get over the line so let’s all hope the news will be good ! I’ve got 1.7 mill of these which is a lot for me to loose ! Regards JP
Apparently it’s ‘GAME OVER’ here unless we get told otherwise, because any remaining cash won’t be enough to complete the deal? Aimho Adyor!!!
Yes it was a lucky escape for me to. Could easily have got sucked into the hype.
Probably. Did Cathals investment company lose 185k then? I've lost 3k. Luckily I restrained fron putting in more
A few more days to go until the curtain closes on UK Spac but not a word from the company. I wonder if the bosses are lying on the beach in the Bahamas puffing on fat cigars, thinking that was easy money?
Latest update reads like this I suppose. Due to the FCA all being off sick with Covid 19 then we are pleased to announce the company will be delisted from AIM, but apart from that we haven't got a clue what's going on until further notice....In the mean time Stelios our Greek friend make give impromtu interviews with made up dates as to when we are going to get approval from the FCA, that is assuming they every come back to their offices......lol
I assume that means the BOD ride off into the sunset with the remaining cash in their swag bag never to be seen again?
Looks like game over then?
