Hi again. You seem to have got this right so far. I shall hang in and hope this makes good slowly. Regards,
Olda
In my opinion this is now going to go up (as they say the proof is in the pudding) strong buy at the bottom and HOLD.
Marked as sell but the spread is 3.80 - 4.20 with the touch at 4p. Reckon they were BUYS. No change yet in SP but watch this space!
No RNS yet. Starting to get excited because we have a good idea of prospects (having just had annuals) so could it be that bid?
I won’t hold my breath then (might go a funny colour) yes very good buys I don’t think you would put that kind of money in without wanting a good return. Let’s see what the next few days bring :-) chance of an RNS soon?
I smell a bid (never been right yet)
today and as yet no sales. Lets say thats hopeful! I wonder how many are employees or family?
It,s a good portent for this share and another of the same. News needed but they,re in the right market with the IOT.
Thanks Seaking1. This is certainly a work in progress at best. Hanging on and hoping, like you. My others in the Flutter Fund are no shakes either right now, so I have taken a bit off the table, as a precaution.
Computer aided design . Look up on Wikipedia. gives you good explanation with videos
Hi Seaking1. Don't know what cad is but so long as SPA are getting well paid by the 'very large technology company' I am content. Get the feeling not much will happen to SP here until another contract win or big share stake changes hands. Best of luck to all. Olda
I have just read the latest Edison report. I noticed that 1spatial a working with a very large technology company cleaning up and integrating cad. I wonder who the very BIG tech company is ? Watch this space.
Highlights lack of cash and possibility of opening new offices. Also problem of recruiting engineering staff, especially with Brexit in the mix. IMO not enough cash headroom so still think a call is coming. And that is putting an optimistic view on things. Of course it could get a bid itself but not at a huge premium. Edison's value if all goes to plan is 5p.
That RNS would be so welcome before you ask us for more money!
if sjmarvel is just a deramper, he's rather persuasive. If he isn't, then we could be in the brown stuff. No, he's just a rather good deramper! I hope
I have been a shareholder luckily I sold down, I keep a very close eye on 1spa. My posts are personal viewpoints from research information. I can not understand 1spatials strategic direction and I don’t believe any material value will be materialised but I hope To be proved wrong, the only silver lining is 1spa has hung onto its institutional investors, however I expect an RNS informing us one has sold out, 30m sale weeks ago,. I note no new investors for some some time. When a sales team losses its driving force its difficult to recover especially in a moving market.
Expecting really good news soon!
W A S T E of T I M E
Yep, left feb 2017! Amazing somebody changed their job. I dont know what the worlds coming to. Or was he made to walk the plank.
Internal avalanche has started - latest news is their number 1 sales guy has left the business and gone to a competitor!
Reckon someone got it wrong!
may not amount to much but encouraging.
Olda, i personally think you have done the right thing. Globally especially Asia is the best place to be. I have cut back a lot as I am fed up with the charges being imposed by fund managers. But if I move back in besides threadneedle eu, I will be in to Far East. I do go on holiday each year over there, and the inferstucture being developed leaves the uk for dead. Plus thier industries are becoming big.
For you who have shares in this company my advice which doesnt mean nothing is stick because in the long run I believe you and I will be rewarded. Big spatial meaning geo, which is now and in the future covers everything you can think of, industry, defence, transport, etc I wont go on, is massive. There are lots of companies competing but as I have previously said the area is absolutely massive. It has already been stated that this area will be as big a change in our lives as the industrial revolution. Any good company in this area in my view is worth investing in. When ESRI go to move from private to public the price will be very big and worth buying even if you buy 10 shares.
There's so few of us here you wouldn't think it was worth deramping, but of course derampers are aiming to buy - just lower down. Taken the advice from What Investment mag today and ditched UK based stuff for Global Equity Income ITs. Argument is that hard Brexit is not a risk worth taking now. Still holding too much though.
