Ecuador election candidate assassinated.
What to you who ridiculed my April post regarding gangs kidnappings and murder think now. Particularly copperpot, padsy, bbg, fdyjn, quady.
Who were the most scathing in there attempts to ridicule me.
Maybe a ditty is due
Quady I refer you to your recent expert analyst of the political situation in ecuador.
You told us Ecuador was a safe country, I was talking tosh, the crime was under control, the Chinese wouldn't invest if they thought there was unrest. And I was scaremongering.
Well well well.
Padmaster,i wondered if you would like a gentle reminder of your reply to my April post
when I mentioned, Albanian gangs joining up with the mafia, the kidnapings, the murder rate, and corruption of politicians. and that it may have an impact on solg.
your insightful reply to my post.------
" I see our resident clown is desperately trying to provoke reaction and nurture negativity and cause disruption.
Watch how this pest talks to himself and when no-one takes the bait, follows up with his alter-ego infestonyms commenting and giving a false impression that anyone is remotely interested.
LOL "
not to sure who the clown is. he who looks at the facts, or he who berries his head and hopes hysteria will make bad news go away.
Quad, you seem to bee pretty knowledgable on most, if not all things. what's your take
on the goings on. do you think it will have an impact on any future decisions by the dozen or so
majors hovering. or can we drag a positive out of it.
be interested in your insightfulness.
or dbw, maybe you can find a positive. any thoughts would be appreciated
Needalife, someone has lost a life and all you can do is say look at me. You are in need of serious help. Disgusting!
Aquinaga, most folk here have sent the clown to Coventry.......why not join us!
Morning copperpot done. Sorry for taking the bait.
Green boxes everywhere!😊
Pain is I’ll have to login when out and about.
Hope the little copper pots are well.
Wish there was a better place to discuss Solgold than LSE
Hi Aquinaga, yes we're all good here thank you. Hope all is well with your good self. Long time no speak my friend ;-)
If you're a mining company and wish to have a long term future, what choice do you have other than to operate in corrupt and violent countries?
Answer: you don't.
That poor man, God rest his soul. What courage it must have taken for him to speak out, knowing the risks - 59 years old and married with five children. Jesus wept. It's just awful.
To come on here and see needalife gloating about this, celebrating the violent murder of a man, a husband and a father, to score cheap points before the mans blood has even dried because he thinks it makes him look clever, happily crowing about how prescient he is, genuinely makes me sick to my stomach.
What has happened to this board?
It’s a shame the world has these kinds of people on it ! No consideration for loss if life. Just want to show how ignorant and rude they can be. To actually smirk at the news of someone dying is sad.
There is. Telegram group
Morning Monochrome, why should arisholes like needacell drive the decent folk away? I suggest we all stick together to a person and complete ly ignore him. Let him stew in his own juices!
Very sad state of affairs, when people put their heads above the parapet to try to make a change for the better as Solgold is trying to do. Clearly certain groups in Ecuador stand to lose too much if this guy gets a swell of support which I actually think will happen now. Sooner or later it has to change/stop
again lots of nonsense has disappeared overnight here, I think we all know what we need to do to keep this BB relevant and on topic.
ONWARDS & UPWARDS!!!
Personally I use both lse and telegram. I find telegram isn't so argumentative mostly, and if I really want to see the low lives I look briefly at advfn
Abusing me doesn't alter the point I'm making, regarding head in the sand experts. Who can't face facts.
And adikt what a ridiculous post. All mining is in corrupt countrys
Australia Sweden Portugal Norway, far to many to mention, are they corrupt. I refer you to my first paragraph. Head in the sand
If you think the countries you mention are going to keep throwing up Tier 1 deposits , you're deluded. The low-hanging fruit are gradually, or not so gradually, disappearing. Do you think miners operate in the cesspits of Africa because they want to? And Latin America isn't much better.
The fact is they have to go to these places - it's where the deposits are, so I fear it's you who has his head in the sand. Their long term futures lie in these countries. Note my use of the phrase long term.
Add, every time you take the bait, thanks for your efforts in driving this board into the ground. And to think, some people call Quady for not ignoring the goading.
Such a shame countries and politicians have to deal with these type of threats, condolences to his family
On a separate note WI has posted on twitter, sounds like he is getting miffed at the waiting
Question asked by f??? Putin
Anyway, where next for solg and when? Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Warren's reply
We have a great asset, smart people are looking at it. At some point somebody is going to move. I hate the waiting too.

"Cesspits of Africa"?!
Add I know you're old but you can't say that buddy. You're talking about somewhere people live, where people raise their families. And not through choice, but through the random consequence of their birth. You might be lucky enough to live in a developed country, but don't call other people's countries cesspits. Take that back, or you're down on slugs level.
13p written all over this again
Fernando Villavicencio was an activist and investigative journalist who was famous for revealing evidence leading to charges against Correa.
As we know... Correa's leading lady is top of the polls at the moment so I would conclude that Correa and his gangs are well and truly in control. I don't think the election result will see anything but a Correa win through his leading candidate.
Very sad to see someone as brave as Fernando Villavicencio executed like this by the very people he exposed.
Looks to me like Correa back in control and the important gang land factions behind him. Doesn't bode well for Ecuador as a whole but mining will be absolutely fine under Correa rule as that's exactly as things were before Lasso.
Copperpot. The irony is, you now spend more time on here telling others to ignore me. Yhan they do replying to me.
None of wich alters the fact you and others back in April, thought it a huge joke when I mentioned events in ecuador COULD impact SOLG.
Now you same people are wringing your hands.
And your telling people to ignore me.?????
