I took your filter off as I needed more comedy in my life.
The views of different posters are always welcome and should be encouraged. With a bit of luck, people remain courteous at all times. What we do know, amongst other things, are that third parties have signed NDAs and have access to Solgold's data room. We also know that the Ecuadorian Mining Ministry expects construction at Cascabel to start in 2025 with production commencing in 2030. For such a large resource and project, these are interesting facts. Effectively, we seem to have a road map sketching the route from being a prospect to being a producer. Concerning the latter, the Ministry states its view that Cascabel is on track to be a world class producer of silver, gold and copper. This is all interesting; particularly with the share price so low whilst the company's finances are sound.
Could you please show me a post from me which says I've filtered you? In fact, don't bother because you won't find one. And this is one of your many problems - you accuse people of saying certain things and yet when challenged to provide evidence, you can't.
What you will find is a post when someone suggested I should, but I replied I don't believe in filtering people, no matter how dense they are.
If you can't see the contradictory nature of your posts you're even more stupid than I thought, and that's saying something.
Shipright. Fancy you turning up.
Yet another one who's filtered me, yet responds.
Like solg management. Nothing changes.
By the way adikt. I've not changed my views.
Just because I've said the rumours seem like the real deal, doesn't mean it actually is. Like my old mum used to say. Believe what you see, and I see nothings changed.
And talking of filters. How many more times are you going to tell everyone you've filtered me, yet respond to every bloody post I make.
Like I said nothings changed.
The common denominator as you prove daily is that you can't believe a word solg or posters on here say
Sadly NAL, my mom passed away in 2021, one day before her 92nd birthday. It would mean the world to me to still have her here with us still scolding me like her little boy. It's funny, no matter how tall I grew, she still saw me as her little boy.
Yep, the rumours are getting stronger now for sure. Let's hope its the real deal this time.
In Africa too, even more of a basket case of corruption and crime than South America.
And are prepared to JV

Today at 07"04; "Yep Kaplid, contrary to the gullible view on here, nothing's changed"
MMs are currently 14.32 v 15.26, they actually don't play a significant role in the normal trading on Solgold. DMA is 14.5 v 15.08 and AT's account for some 71% of volume so far today (OB = Intermediary and/or MM)
So it's not that the MMs want to encourage trade, they're simply not interested because the market isn't there!
Wide spreads are very common on thinly traded stocks, and in times of volatility. Volume is typically the discriminator between these two cases
1982, that seems to be counter-intuitive. MMs normally want higher volume, so why would they widen the spread which, of itself, discourages volume?
You are just too bad 1982:)
Some of us would be lucky to get a spread:)
100% with you Add regarding NAL's flip flopping.
I recall all of his bullish posts and now he is back tracking faster than Quady going from production to jv!
Said the same thing to my missus this morning.
A wide spread is most commonly a symptom of terrible volume.
So far this morning the spread has been unusually wide.
I thought this tactic was used by market makers when they are trying to discourage trading. Thoughts?
Agree with Colonel Drake, the most obvious explanation for the website delay is that it coincides with a reorganisation of the business and/or its assets. Static websites do not take six months or more to build even from a starting point of zero content. We are led to believe this is a "spruce up", it would have been a few weeks work at most.
I see …….thanks Bozi
ULEZ is simply about driving the poorest people off the roads and raising cash into the bargain. These people are tradesmen, carers, things like that driving old cars critical to get to work. They haven't got £7k+ for a ULEZ compliant car, they live hand to mouth. More champagne socialism, look at me I've got an ugly 50 grand jelly mould I care about the planet! (no apologies to any tesla owners, they are simply ugly (the cars but probably the owners too!))
Old cars would be off the road in time anyway and what it is the net benefit in clean air? About three quarters of FA.
They claim only 10% of cars aren't compliant anyway and exactly how much dirtier are they and how often are they used? Are buses any cleaner?
This infrastructure will be used by future governments for pay per mile to replace lost revenue from road tax. And increase it.
Maxit will likely have sounding out Newmont too as that's major shareholder in SOLG (thru NCM acquisition). Newmont have said (mind you which miner out there hasn't) that they want copper. Also, they do already have NCM's Ecuador footprint which includes the decent royalty stream on licence in south.
Nal, you didn't simply 'report a rumour', you clearly stated 'this one seems like the real deal'. Those were your words. And yet in subsequent posts you continue to argue nothing's changed. Make your mind up; which is it?
Btw, the only 'hysterical' person on this board is you, as your endless angry rants at virtually everyone demonstrate.
Also it's quite possible that First Quantum were in the loop for ENSA (as media rumour suggested a Canadian outfit was interested) but learned they have lost out or can't pay what others are capable of or putting forward etc. Or perhaps they just liked Peru more? Or perhaps they were not in running at all. But there are some noises out there about a large copper deal about to be announced. Might not be SOLG... might something else entirely but it's not the FQ/Rio deal as that's too early stage phase to fit with rumour.
Something cooking for sure but then when hasn't there been with SOLG! When it happens ... it happens.
Miners all getting repositioned for next hot metal phase being 'copper'.
Several observers on here believe that any news on a t/o or j/v will arrive in Sep or Oct. So as we are still in August and Sep / Oct comprise 61 days may I respectfully suggest that a degree of patience is exercised before calling other posters out for being wrong! Let’s just see what Sep/Oct brings
@Forte, seems sensible as a speculation, you might be right...
I was writing my post about EV while your post was published. I do know that waterproofing would be one of the safety requirements, ie to prevent water shorting the battery pack.
NAL old buddy, I have to side with Add on this one. Your reply to the post from KapilD gave you every opportunity to restate the rumour which you previously mentioned. Instead, you proceeded to call folks here gullible! I really think you need to get your rumour mongering side straight. At the moment you are coming across as being a Copperpotean. Sorry mate!
I think the new website delay gives the game away a bit. It's a great opportunity to split the business into two and announce via new website which sets out the case for the exploration arm of the business or newco while dev discussions or deal is announced on ENSA.
Ecuador gov would not be signing off the red tape without from commitment from SOLG that they can (or have a interested party that can) finance the wider project.
Eloro. could well be disappointment. hence me emphasising it was a rumour.
before trying to do a novice and impress the big boys, I suggest you read and digest before posting.
big difference in me reporting a rumour, and others posting fantasy
Adikt. not to sure what your latest hysteria is trying to prove.
I simply posted that there are strong rumours floating round, ref solg.
I also said, I hear lots of rumours ref exploration companies,
but for some reason this one seems the real deal.
there was, and still are strong rumours floating round, so I really dont understand your hysterical post trying to show me as some sort of copperpot
also bear in mind it was a whole week ago. so im not to sure if you understand the basics of deals, and crossing t and dotting i.
I suggest you direct your hysteria at those who turn rumour and theories into facts
