Picked some up at 0.78p 48,520, it says at a Bargain Price,
I think so!!!!
Good Day everyone, maybe some more tomorrow ???
Getalife - DBW does not say 8p is the bottom - if you buy now 8p per share is all you can loose.
that is what "downside" means!
Thanks pea. I clearly forgot his exact words.
So for clarity.
"think it’s massively undervalued and have added accordingly….. the downside now here is 8p ….. the upside ???"
I think you will agree my post was pretty clear that another of dbw posts was once again based on s,, te.
He proclaimed 8p was the bottom. Next day it dipped below.
He said we are massively undervalued,
He has been spouting the same sh" "te for years.
He has to my knowledge not once posted anything remotely factual.
But please feel free to correct me by finding a post
To prove me wrong.
I the meantime enjoy his posts, and look forward to the £1.50 share price forecast the day before yesterday.
Oh, I forgot to mention. He's topped up on every drop. That in itself proves how much strife he's in.
Topped up I believe at 40p and regularly since
Bozi, not sure how you arrived at that? You suggestion of waiting until end of Q1 and reassess is laughable! What are you going to reassess?? How do you think the Auditors would like it if you when the accounts are done and they ask you the 'going concern' question and you answer... welll... erm... we might not have enough cash to see us through to H2 but we'll just see how we go until April??? mmm I think they'd tell you that you nuts.
At present, SOLG likely have sub $20m in cash. They have $6m licence commitments coming up in 2024. That leaves about $14m for day to day and apparent ENSA PFS work. That's not going last much past Q1.
It's the upcoming accounst that need to be signed off and they'll need a raise or finance before that IMHO which would be around Feb time at latest.
So Fort, after patronising me about what is in the best interest of shareholders you go on to state there's a better way of funding the company.
Way to go me ol mucker.
PD, wrong thread?
Morning all. just skimmed the very few guddons ive had this year and topped up in solgold.I still believe in the basics. the andean mountains dont stop in the borders of Ecuador !! My basics remain the same. Solgold has the biggest footprint here.
my basic beliefs remain the same , what has changed is my timescale! perhaps not for me but maybe my kids!!

Just to clarify: what DBW actually said was “ the downside now here is 8p ….. the upside ???”
So not what you quoted him as saying at all!
He doesn’t say that 8p is rock bottom, and he doesn’t say that the upside is limitless as you suggest ….
I guess the absence of replies means nobody knows?
If they are indeed intending to hold the AGM without giving us remote access, I regard this as disgraceful and gives me another reason not to mourn the departure of Twigger.
Should contain a sale of a couple of the other assets, 2 or 3 at least im sure there would be plenty of interest, even in a sealed Bid Offer's? other large players are looking to enter into Ecuador.
with the amount of drilling and DATA they have it should generate quite a bit of interest, imo
Please! No more updates, they push the price down.🥺
I recall we did a stream/royalty with Franco or Ossiko that allowed proceeds to go towards exploration outside of Cascabel perimeter ie. Porvenir.
I'd prefer to hang on to Porvenir as collateral to part-fund Cascabel development.
$150m Royalty/stream now would go very far. We could start decline at Alpala, and begin big drill campaign at La Florida (BHP and and Newmont will be deterred by all this, and so they can sit back or make a compelling bid for the company).
I guess update re Rio Amarillo is next up...
Quite right, Bozi. We don't need cash at the moment so why do something now which, in the event of an exit, would affect the available proceeds to shareholders?
Bozi, royalty deals are in best interests of shareholders when sp is at 8p. You can either do $50m at 8p = 500m+ shares or 15% of shares vs a $50m royalty via Osisko or another that gives an opportunity to buy back half.
Another $50m royalty is not exactly going to write ENSA off is it? But 15% dilution at 8p would be a shambles.
BBG... any royalty deals are ring fenced to ENSA. So if you want exploration, it needs an equity raise or a JV farm deal which carries us for x amount of holes or metres.
Best scenario imho would be to sell Porvenir for $200m+ (that's a bargain) and use those funds to finance everything else. 157m CGP shares would raise a pony £12m right now at 8p. But that would be enough to fund a sizable exploration campaign in 2024. How those shares are sold and how that cash is used is open to debate as some might say that the cash should not be used for ENSA and instead used purely for exploration.
I would like to see a couple of the land assets packages up for sale, im sure they could raise a few million from some of these , why we have held on to so much over the years , we have one Monster to deal with as it is , we don't need anymore. , put the money into kick starting APALA
Not for me. We can't keep striking up these royalty deals. They harm the bottom line.
Reassess in late Q1.
This time last year.

Know if we'll have remote access to the AGM? I haven't been able to find a link. I emailed the company the other day but haven't had a response.
Dbw. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe your responce to the blockbuster rns from the other day.
Was to proclaim "that's it, 8p is the rock bottom, and the high is endless.
Then bearing in mind your daily predictions over the last 8 years have been spot on.
Did the sp drop below your predicted rock bottom
and drop into the 7s.
Cant be possible, your predictions are infallible.
Must of been a lse glitch.
Anyway keep up your predictions. There an invaluable source of the facts

Et. I'm afraid nothing will alter whilst mather is in the background.
Unfortunately with his share holding we're up s**t creek. He was, is and will, call the shots. No matter what the gullibles tell us
Jarrel Miller 16/5
Going for the double upset.
Otto Wallin 5/2 - gave fury a tough time is very hungry and a good solid big heavyweight.
AJ is already a beaten man.
Going to bet against Anthony Joshua in his next fight think this will be his last.
Dew to our contued downwars spiral there has been talk of voting against our directors at the upcoming agm
If the board was to get a vote of no confidence who would choose the replacements
I can't imagine how this would work without us ending up with the same stooges with different names?
