But this isn't a chat room for SOLG anymore... it stopped being a chat room on SOLG when management effectively mothballed the business.
When there is nothing to chat about, then you get certain weak individuals posting things for the sake of it because they have mental issues which need massaging.
Simply as that. SOLG have zero to say and that's why you have a BB that resembles a kindergarten.
On another subject related to SOLG's position... see CNR (condor gold). I flagged that up a while ago as an example of another business that went through a SR and then announced they were selling and had numerous interested parties etc etc. It was 15p or lower not long ago and is now punching above 35p.
SOLG's time will come but until then, if you have nothing to say, then just leave the bb to the individuals with multiple aliases and end up talking to each other in some pathetic way in the hope to boost postings. Probably LSE staff keen to keep post counts up and ad revenue flowing.
Now up to 80 and I'm close to leaving...
So much indiscipline, even by sensible posters, writing often about stuff nothing to do with SOLG.
18 green stripes in last 25 posts...
I know its tedious waiting for 'the big one' but we're not a chat room for anything but SOLG.
And there are sound posters on here who should be ashamed for being sucked into arguments and tripe.
I repeat. BY FAR the worst Board on LSE
Fort, I agree, but they're not even answering routine questions of a non-sensitive nature.
Under market laws, management nor insiders/SOLG staff are allowed to give you any information that is sensitive or not already out there in the public domain.
So shareholders emailing SOLG looking for information are wasting their time. You'll get nothing. Ask a pertinent question and you'll likely not get the answer you hoped for.
When they have information to give to the market... you'll har about it via normal channels... not some back door email banter.
So those that are emailing and looking for reassuring strokes from management should lower their expectations. This management team ar ethe same team that managed CGP and that was a moth balled business on TSX. Limited updates and the business was run like the main shareholders personal business. Their comms and treatment of pi's was awful. They were nothing more than a bunch of guys with a 15% stake in ENSA waiting for their payday. Now... they are exactly the same crew.. but with 100% ENSA and still trying to find some way to get their pay day.
So that's it ... blunt I know... but these guys are not mine builders... not mine discoverers... they just acquire land/permits in volumes and then farm out, get someone else to drill them and hold onto a minor stake and hope one comes in good.
Bob has proven results for getting deals and Scott has zero evidence of being a ceo or being able to run a Tier 1 mine.
So lets get real here... your asking the wrong people the wrong questions.
Fingers crossed a skint...
Lol
3 years sunshine...

If Carlsberg did investor communication …
I’m not representing solgold though and if I was I would do it more professionally and less childishly.
I’m holding out for a diplomatic role engaging with our Ecuadorean bum scratchers
Tufford is nothing more than a social media manager… and even that he does badly…
He is completely out of his depth when it comes to covering and kind of investor communication… He is not able to answer any questions, and only communicates in vague, generic corporate cliche, revealing nothing at all… He is a PR version of Alan Partridge after reading a management self help manual…
His involvement is embarrassing for Solgold.
I wouldn’t get too warmed up about it 1984 it’s the likes of you and your constant parroting that give that sort of stuff more credence than it deserves! Don’t like it don’t use it that’s what I do🤷♂️
“I am reaching out to touch base“
Two pieces of Gen Z office bullocks in one short sentence
Reaching out ffs. It’s an email. You might reach out if someone was dangling a branch and you were drowning in a river. You do not reach out in an email
As for touching base, dear God where to begin.
That whole sentence of tripe could have been replaced by what it meant.
“Hello”
I’ve seen one of his emails too and he strikes me as a bit of a f*wit, the sort of person who should probably be a used car salesman.
What he said made little sense and wasn’t in any way joined up thinking
@TheItalian, Thanks for the heads up. Sounds like I've dodged a bullet! 🤣
That bloke's an embarrassment and should be given the heave ho.
@FTJNY, I have had a number of e-mail exchanges with ST, and every single time I had to ask him to stop diverging from the topic of my questions, which by the way he never ever answered. He just starts talking about how great everything is without explain in which tangible way, he starts talking about other great investment opportunities that I did not ask him about, anything other than what I want to talk about. To be honest, after my rather blunt comments to Scott about how embarassing the Comms were and than the result is ST, I wish the company just did not engage until they actually have something consequential to communicate.
It’s because of all kinds of stupid international laws
After the war was different, we needed to rebuild but we were of course warned by Powell that we would end up where we are now
Tackling the benefits scourge has never been any party’s priority. We don’t need masses of unskilled immigrants when we have millions of our own who are sat bone idle claiming benefits
GDP per capita is shrinking with increased immigration, for obvious reasons. Even the unskilled who work are not contributing what is spent on them per head by government
We should do whatever it takes to police our borders and control illegal immigration.
As for legal immigration, successive governments since the war have allowed it to happen. I'm not sure why. Perhaps it's to do with the economy.
Thanks nal. She's doing well...coming round slowly
Indi. Hoping all is well with your daughter.
Nothing more stressful than having sick kids.
I'm certain you can rest assured she will receive due care and attention in a and e
Kat, we’re supposed to believe those boatloads of bearded children, hom0s , doctors and engineers couldn’t get in the normal way!
You obviously didn’t read my comment
We didn’t need hundreds of thousands of BAME medical staff thirty years ago and births per female are under 2
So given it’s not a natural population explosion, why could we possibly need so many more NHS staff when we managed perfectly well before? (answer…mass immigration)
We should not be encouraging their best and brightest to leave their countries and come to Europe. Surely we can train our own STEM, whilst they can stay and help to develop their own countries and people.
Likewise with all the legions of young men who are arriving. If they are refugees, then why are they leaving their dependents back in their countries ? They should be working for the betterment of their own families and societies, not sitting around in a bedsit in the UK, doing nothing.
Ftjny.
I had the email many weeks ago. I phoned the number on the email.
Spoke to a lovely absolutely clueless lady.
15 minutes of my life I will never get back.
As a side note. When I posted I had received tufford email.
Home for hemo. Immediately responded by telling you all that tufford only emails those who don't hold shares. Another in a long line of his blockbusters.
Also interesting to note, the first seeds of realism sinking in, it appears you and your mate adikt, are both tottering on the realisation that your years of denial have done nothing but make you look silly.
Redknight and bbg to follow, as sure as night follows day
Firstly, we don't have 'open' legal immigration. If it wasn't for the immigrant employees, the NHS would be far more expensive and even more under-resourced.
Indi, about 30 years ago there weren’t that many coloured doctors, there wasn’t mass immigration either and you could get an appointment to see your GP that day and certainly wouldn’t have to wait six hours in A&E with a sick child. The budget for this service was then about a fifth what is gorges on today
So you tell me….how has open immigration improved the NHS?
