How's that short going?
You have running.. lol
If you had said a year ago that PoG would be $2400oz, Silver over $30 and copper nearer $4.50 and SOLG share price would be 9p to 10p range I would have called you deluded.
How on earth can the market or any manipulator out there sustain this apparent ignorance to what is going on in the mining space???
That said... and yes it is coming.... It's Scott and Bob's fault as they've left the market wondering what on earth is SOLG's strategy or outcome of the SR and where the next cash is coming from that is non dilutive.
Talk about trying to play a business down... SOLG management seem to be incapable or unwilling to get the sp moving and content with where it is. Bizaar is an understatement.
Bob... stop playing games... release the SR, confirm the funding and anything else needed and lets get back over 20p+ again.
Glencore has almost risen 50% off lows and that's $65bln+ market cap. Not small change advances in commod players at all..
10p paid
News needed on cash raise....pls
Bid 9.99p
Ask 10.00p
As tight as a fishes bum
Building up nicely...
10p and beyond. those who have been sitting on the sidelines , know the time is getting near for news .
How long dare they wait , 5p was never going to happen.
Imo
Going to be interesting over the next hour or so..
What way will the SP go?
If No news...
I expect some sellers, taking daily profits going into the last half hour.
Personally I wouldn't want to be out this!! Dyor gla
Nice little rally going into the weekend,
lets hope it stays in double digits this time
450k buy
Roll up , roll up....
Follow the money.
Someone's is confident 450k shares .
Dyor
Gla.
Just astounding that someone can just snaffle 450k for sub 10p and the price barely moves. There used to be a time when buying larger than 250k blocks would see the mm's move the price pretty fast. One can ony imagine there is another rather large UT being lined up. If the mm's feel they have a nice steady seller/supply of stock then they'll not move the price much.
But who are these sellers and providers of stock? We've had 75m done in after hours followed by about 60m a month later and not much more than a blink of the eye by the share price. Most bizaar.
Fort,
Might be BHP and Newcrest selling and buying back into an ISA lol, nothing here surprises me any more, just enjoy this brief period of blue
Atb
Stack house paid 10.15 equivalent yesterday.
Only 115k...
More to follow, 8ncluding Scott who said he would when they were out of the closed period...
Redknight...
Was was it you said the other day about me, when I suggested in-house options being bought. Lol
Rockerfella he isnt
Until finance is announced, they are ALL IN a closed period.
Doesn't matter whether CFO is a director or not, he's still subject to the usual PDMR's hence the RNS.
For the main man behind finance (eg he's the feckin CFO) to buy SOLG shares in open market suggests that there is no cash raise coming for at least 21days+. not sure on TSX rules, but might even be 30 days+.
Indeed, but the idea we're not in fund raising discussions seems unbelievable. In fact I don't believe it.
Spot on Fort👍
You hit the nail on the head.
CMG, not saying the board is pulling the wool. Lots of folks here thought that the long radio silence implied that a deal was being worked on. So, either there is no deal and the CFO can buy, or, the deal has already been completed. However, that is unlikely because he would not be allowed to buy until the news is released via an rns. So, I take this rns as a sign that there is no deal imminent.
And I believe fundraising doesnt create a closed period...
So is news imminent...?
As someone said...this will go pop when the cash position is secured...the only thing holding the SP back IMO with gold now $700 above the PFS assumption.
That increase alone is worth 7p a share...
I guess if a bid were to land “out of the blue” he could argue he had no prior knowledge?
Imo .. you can buy in a closed period.
But how long do they need to hold them, before being able to sell again...
That is the question ⁉️
Bring on next week , it's building up lovely .
Gla
For the umpteenth time, they are not in a close period
Close not closed
Calm down lad ..
It's the weekend.
Either ....
1) Something is on the way re funding, and the rules have not been broken.
2) Something is on the way re funding, and the rules have been broken.
3) Nothing is on the way re funding.
1) Quite possible, as we are not privy to what has been arranged, nor are we experts on such legal matters ( please step forward and identify yourself if you are an expert )
2) Possible, but why?. He could be really stupid, reckless or badly advised. He could be deliberately doing this to vandalise the SP by sowing bad news. Even we could see that this would be counterproductive to our personal circumstances, if we were he, so seems unlikely.
3) As above, he should understand the message that this would send, so he is either suicidal, or a vandal. I could be deeply cynical and spin some conspiracy theory to narrate a deliberate act of SOLG destruction ( the timing, just as we approach a critical period when the funds run out, plus the tiny amount of the share dealing in question - a few thousand pounds, and pointless, on the surface of it ) beyond dumb, only an act of deliberate sabotage would explain this.
So....... If you are a pessimist, it looks like an act of sabotage, stupidity, etc..... You can spin it that they are out to spike our guns, destroy the company, then allow a predator to swoop in and snatch it from us for nothing.
Or....... The optimist view, that all is fine and we are home and dry, just ticking all the boxes, and Stackhouse is already counting his loot in public. A message that all is hunky-dory. Although, to be fair, unless someone with better understanding than I comes in and explains exactly how this purchase, at this time, is fair, legal and indicative of a done deal, I stand skeptical.
I reckon it's a message to the market, but I can't honestly grok it.
I suspect that the reality is that none of us know, so we all have to just hold on for dear life and ride the rollercoaster for a bit longer.
Ridiculous...
Gold at an all time high...
COPX at a 12 year high...
GDX close to a 2 year high...
GDXJ has made a 2 year high...
And SOLG cant even make a 3 month high...
Mark my words...THIS IS A COILED SPRING....
