If you Google "uk cloud telephony companies" for example, guess who currently comes up 2nd and 4th on the list. I've had occasions when SNTY has come up 1st. Good work SNTY good work.
Actually if I check this on Bloomberg it reads: 3.99 Euros +0.344 +9.43% so although the same price the rise is greater according to BB. We are a little lower than the Frankfurt price now then.
Did anyone else know we have also have a listing on the Frankfurt exchange? http://www.boerse-frankfurt.de/en/equities/synety+group+plc+GB00B4XS5145 COP Friday the SNTY price on Frankfurt was 3.987 Euros + 3.29% = 337p ;-)
OK I've been busted. Treat yourself to a cappuchino that man! lol
Lots of posters on here go for Oil/Resources and Mining stocks and look for big gains and I have a few admittedly. They make big bold claims with SP predictions. But they are missing a trick here. This is happening very fast. There is no prolonged wait for a drill or results. It's happening, the growth, right now. This is still worth under £16m which is peanuts compared to its growth potential. It's right under your nose if you bother to look and just expand your horizons a little lol. There is life beyond resource stocks and it's looking a damn sight better here. Technology and Biotechnology. That's where it's at. Right, thats it I'm off!!
Linked in?
I know but as I've explained on ADVFN I just feel it would be inappropriate for me to say where I got this information from but I can tell you that technically it IS in the public domain. You just have to think outside the box a bit. One other thing, we have german investors starting to notice us as well.... Have a good 'un I'm off for a coffee and a cake :-)
You are such a tease, Dibs.
I did some research this morning and I have uncovered absolutely rock solid certain evidence that Synety are already in very close collaboration with SAP. They have contact with all the 'right' people and I expect news of SAP becoming SNTY's latest and IMO BIGGEST integration partner yet in the very foreseeable future. You heard it here folks, first. Will not reveal the source of my information as this would be very unfair and no one has actually 'told' me anything I just found it by digging around.
Synety's website states: - Over 30 new integrations scheduled for 2013 - SYNETY is currently developing additional applications and anticipate that all major Web Browsers, iPhone and Android Smart Phones and other CRM software will be supported. So, there we have it, over 30 new integrations planned for this year and more CRM software will be supported. I'm expecting more news soon and this will likely be the next SP catalyst - sending us towards £4 perhaps? We'll see.
Paisley - yes indeed LOL! And why wouldn't you!? Fairly unique really, I think this company is on the AIM. Chart looks very pretty. :-)
Dibs, as far as I can see there's not a single trade since 11am and very few today at all. I think the supply in this has just dried up. Shares are being held tighter than a camel's proverbial in a sandstorm.
Yes, having consolidated we now seem to be progressing upwards again and without any news! Makes you wonder what would happen if we had another positive announcement or two?
I like the thought of a nice and easy 'boom'... :p
Boom! Nice and easy ....nice and steady!
Trades are now down to one third of a thousand- 340 shares and thereabouts. My guess is supply is now very heavily constricted. Roll on news ......
Indeed Dibs. My broker always tells to look out for II involvement as it endorses the quality of the management. The amount of shares held by management and other large stakeholders must be getting on for 90% going on the figures you helpfully presented. It's really early to be making this kind of suggestion, but their software could be an amazing asset to a Comms provider. The hint there is very tongue in cheek, but I think the principle is an exciting one. The value of this company could lie not only in its own revenues but in it's potential to catalyse the earnings of an operator!
So, to pick out the management names from my previous post below: Mark Seeman - CEO Dr George Oehm - CFO Jason Kendall - CTO Alan Ward - NED Simon Cleaver - Chairman Simon is probably the oldest and the experienced hand at the helm. Mark is a young ambitious dynamic entrepeneur. Jason is the technical no.1 and I think he has also has had a hand on the sales side. George is the bean counter and has had a banking background I think. Alan Ward, experienced in the IT industry and seems like a steady guiding hand. Some wide ranging and complimentary experience with a mix of ages. ALL have substantial holdings in the company. :-D
Thing here is that ALL the board members have a healthy stake in the company and therefore their interests are aligned with ours. But it gets better because if you check out the list below you will see that this company ALREADY (given its tiny size) has an institutional presence - interesting eh? So, we have directors and institutions holding the lions share of the share issue already (we know there is a minuscule free float) and now we have the prospect, as you point out, of somebody building a further or additional stake. As far as risk goes I don't think it gets much better than this in AIM. I mean you can't compare this outfit to some of the cack on this market! This is the real deal. A proper dynamic small company growth proposition. Shareholder Type Amount % Holding Mark Seemann - 846,825 17.18 Dr Georg Oehm (dup) - 431,125 8.74 Mellinckrodt 1 SICAV (dup) - 431,125 8.74 Jason Kendall - 423,486 8.59 D.A.Phillips - 348,000 7.06 ETHNA AKTIV E Luxembourg Registered Investment Fund - 338,000 6.86 Cloverleaf Holdings Ltd - 324,100 6.57 Fidelity Ltd - 286,406 5.81 Alan Ward - 206,795 4.19 SouthernÿFoxÿInvestmentsÿLtd - 203,500 4.13 Simon Cleaver - 202,606 4.11 Scottish Widows Fund & Life Assurance Society - 187,715 3.81 Standard Life Trustee Co Ltd - 170,906 3.47
Marked consistency in size of trades over last week or so- 1k,3k and 5k. And it only takes 10x5k transactions to get 1% of the company..... I wonder if we are due a threshold announcement sometime soon?
After a sluggish first half SNTY has picked up this afternoon and, like COMS, finished on a days high.
Yep. Didn't do much damage though it was probably the cause of the drop in SP during the day. I guess MM's will be pleased to have picked up a bit of stock! I don't suppose that 35,000 will hang around for long. ;-)
35k before close
This has MM's running scared. Quite amusing to see. Massive spread due to illiquidity. We were marked up SHARPLY at start of business on what seemed like hardly any volume! MM's pulled it back down again and we seem to have settled but what volume there is seems to be buying. Remember there is going to be more news here in the coming weeks. That is nailed on and it WILL be good news. Probable product upgrade and/or new product PLUS further integrations - if SAP or Oracle this will take off again.
