I have this on my watchlist and can't believe it is tanking! Also surprised to see no discussion of the RNS issued after close last night - though I see that LSE is not showing one... good job I am signed up for alerts through ADVFN. Link as follows: http://uk.advfn.com/news/BW/2013/article/57827477?xref=newsalert Basic info: SYNETY Announces GoldMine CRM Integration for CloudCall Click. Mark Seemann, CEO of SYNETY, said: “GoldMine is one of the world’s leading CRM solutions for small businesses, so making CloudCall available to its 1-million strong user base is a tremendous endorsement of the capabilities and benefits of our solution. The easy integration of CloudCall Click delivers immediate benefits in terms of productivity and more detailed records, enhancing customer service. With our on-demand pricing structure and call costs at wholesale rates, these benefits can be enjoyed by any GoldMine user, irrespective of their business’ size.” That's got to be good news, hasn;t it? Difficult to see why it has dropped near 20% on only 100k volume today. Mind you, with only 5m shares in issue, I note it's dropped atotal of 41% in the last month... Maybe the stellar rise on the back of 3 or good RNSs in a row, in mid April, was just too much to maintain. Not done the figures, but perhaps it is now retracing to true value? Anyone who has done the maths care to comment? Though I feel very sorry for long term holders, I have to say it is looking increasingly attractive for an intial entry. Just need to recognise the bounce...
Or backwards. I'll get my coat.
RNS out today - new Chief Finance Officer appointed. Onwards and upwards.
Good to have you back, when you get a moment, have a read of my earlier comment on the OUT BB.
Still very much IN here but been on holiday so not posting much. Been a shabby week or two here eh?! Will post more detailed thoughts over weekend but definitely keeping the faith. We ain't seen nothin' yet as they say!
Any placing at the current price will mean a lot of dilution. they are going to need to get some good news out there to lift the SP before any fundraising. If they had done it at £3+ they would have been in a strong position. I can't see this returning to £1 but perhaps to around 140p
Well, £1 would see some major topping up, I think! As many buys as sells today, but not much of either. Trades don't seem to me to account for the fall.
Maybe
A placing at 240p - 260p now looks out of the question, perhaps 140p - 160p is closer to the mark?
With Coms and Outsourcery, who are in the same Cloud Formation, doing so well, it seems odd that SNTY is heading the opposite way. Are people switching to Coms and Out or is there another reason for the fall. Coms had a placing 2 weeks ago but has rebounded strongly helped by some positive RNS's. Any placing here could see the SP fall to close to the placing price before bouncing. This is starting to look cheap but could get cheaper still. For sure there is a bounce coming but at what price. Perhaps Dibs has a suggestion?
In sum I hope we're looking at a violent tree shake which is working in the absence of news and volumes and general market distraction to fast rising indices; and in the context of the recent rapid rise.
Dunno guys Apart from the 21st, transactions per day are still pretty scant. But there still appears to be a 3k, 5k buyer... Dibs opined that we are heading for a placing so if he is right that might explain it somewhat. But a big drop nevertheless. Outsourcery was launched on Friday so it may be that they are absorbing cloud telecom interest at the moment. I suspect this take news to move it on. Lots of news about doing the right things but the market probably wants to see results. In the meantime the herd is off chasing major indices.
but can't find any news.......anyone?
Does anyone have information that would account for the shift in the Synety SP in recent days? (i've not seen anything significant to account for it.)
Floats tomorrow. If this has a good first day it could also give a boost to the rest of the Cloud Sector. http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/business/deals/outsourcery-led-dragons-den-star-4001215
None showing up here on LSE but on the ISDX platform we see the following trades already: 23/05/2013 09:08 GBX/PLUS-exn New 1,584 275 23/05/2013 08:57 GBX/PLUS-exn New 15 252 23/05/2013 08:54 GBX/PLUS-exn New 1,900 265 23/05/2013 08:46 GBX/PLUS-exn New 12 268 Three of those look like BUYS which explains the SP rise.

Hiya, haven't done any homework on Outsourcery yet tbh (hate the name btw sounds like a childrens TV programme). A quick look at it though makes it looks more of a possible competitor to COMS than to SNTY as SNTY currently specialise in cloud telephony for CRM. Out are offering a platform with different products on the Cloud. Looks like Outsourcery offer just one CRM system (MS Dynamics CRM) but not with any cloud telephony functionality rather than the product itself but through the Cloud if you see what I mean. This is not really in SNTY's space at all. I am 90% certain the shares have been 'adjusted' by the market for the placing because we will be the last ones to find out for certain. It'll be in the range we see now 240-260p.
Interesting thought on placing. I wonder if the coming launch of Outsourcery might be another inasmuch as Mr Seemann was previously a top bod there? Something appears to have lubricated the trading anyway. Whatever though, there is still an appetite for the shares.
Any initial drop on a placing certainly affords a good buying opportunity. What are you thought on Outsourcery, which I have mentioned over on the Coms BB?
pastyc - as I just explained I believe a placing is coming. Thats not a problem for us long term holders, in fact it will IMO be very bullish as it will confirm SNTY are adopting a more aggressive approach to expansion than was previously envisaged. Companies often issue a very positive announcement as a precursor to a placing, its a common strategy. ;-)
..but good update !!... WTF ????
This is because a placing announcement is coming. I am sure of it, before the end of this week I reckon. Someone knows.
How Crazy - A positive RNS (somewhat overdue) and the SP nosedives to create a buying opportunity. That's AIM for you.
