Not offended in the slightest, genuinely.
It's simply that I'm a lifelong sufferer of CRES .... Cynical Raised Eyebrow Syndrome.
Wish you well with your investment, if sincere.
NearlyMan. I wouldn't worry. There was only 4 or 5 of us posting on this board a month ago when the sp was 17p. They no longer post and as per usual the board has become hectic.
THE most sensible post on here for ages.
Thank you.
Hey,
Apologies if I've done/said something to offend RollingInIt. Just trying to give something back to a community I've already taken quite a lot from.
There's a typo in my original post. I meant to say "been following this *bb* since jumping *in* over a week *ago*". My mistake. Again, apologies if this has caused some offence. That being said, I understand the cynicism after reading some of the posts.
I think the license question was valid? I hadn't seen anything mentioned on here and couldn't find anything relating to the expiry/end of said licence. Only articles I could find was that an agreement had been signed way back in 2014.
I guess everyone has to start somewhere.

Seems everyone wants to write something equestrian.
'New to the bb boards, been following this since jumping over a week.'
Didn't quite make sense because SNG has been 'jumping', if that's what you're referring to, for far longer than that.
If we all had a £ for every time someone states, 'new to bb's', followed by questions that anyone 'following' would already know the answers to, followed by further posts highlighting 'concerns', it would be a lucrative sideline.
Think I'll weigh up the future evidence before drawing a conclusion but I've witnessed it too many times for it to go unnoticed. Often nauseatingly tedious and transparent.
Conversely, if sincere, I'll happily eat my words at the right moment.
Fully owned by synairgen. Which was set up by 3 professors from Southampton University. Az was in joint partnership for a while and brought a licence for the duration of an asthma trial.

I think you've got your 'odds' description completely wrong. It's not an 'outsider' at all.
SNG001 and it's jockey, the CEO, already has 'form' on the track (against corona type viruses), and the only unknown is 'the conditions' of the track.
Then there's the COPD element.
This is an each way bet and not far off favourite in a very small field.
The only part I'd agree with is the high pay back compared to your stake on success.
Hi all,
New to the bb boards, been following this since jumping over a week.
Trinityman is absolutely right. One thing to bear in mind is these trials are DOUBLE-BLIND. Neither the patient nor the clinician/respiratory nurse know whether they are administering the treatment or the placebo.
The only information a nurse could provide is how many patients have been recruited to the trial and how many have been released. (I know this could still be valuable but I reckon certain respiratory nurses have been given a word.)
FWIW - I absolutely think this treatment is a runner. With COVID-19, Synairgen have the opportunity to finally dot the i's and cross the t's on this treatment.
Also, apologies if this has been covered, but where do the licensing rights sit for SNG001? Googling SNG001 AstraZeneca - top link shows an article from AZ themselves in 2014 where AZ have a "global licence agreement ... for SNG001"
Trinityman you my friend...are a good man!!! Very well put. Good night and all the best!
Fantastic post!!!!!!
IMHO I think it's a good thing that there haven't been any leaks regarding the latest test, as maintaining the integrity of the results make for a more definitive impact. Hopefully the results will be positive, primarily for the patients and secondly for investors.
If the results don't pan out as expected there should be no complaints here, as this is a speculative bet on a short - term gain. Let's hope for everyone's sake the trial is a success and healthcare workers around the world can get on top of this truly awful virus.
I notice some of the more impatient posters would prefer a leak during trading hours, hoping to see the price rise hour on hour, but trying to micro-manage your position on a share like this just isn't possible. Maybe try cutting the medical teams involved on the trial a bit of slack tomorrow, the news will come sooner rather than later.
Backing a 50/1 outsider at the track and wanting to know the result after a couple of furlongs isn't possible, it's no different in this case. In the meantime, look after those in your household and stay safe. ATVB to all posters.
