Good Afternoon Fulmar

I have held ARCM shares now for just over 4 years and I must say I am very disappointed in my shares performance.

Usually I just lurk on this group and don't post, I have desperately been looking for the positives from genuine shareholders and you seem to be the trailblazer on that front and obviously have 100% confidence that all will end up remarkably well which is indeed loyal and admirable.

I would imagine that Peggy and TNR are (correctly) on your filter list as they hold complete opposite views to yourself.

However, if that is the case, I feel that a recent question really needs to be answered by your goodself to add credibility and balance to your positivity.

"And a genuine question for you Fulmar, if we take it as read that what you are saying is correct then why isnt this reflected in the ONLY thing that matters, which we all agree, is the shareprice"?

Would be interesting to see what your answer or any other of the LTH's to that question.

Why would anyone, whether it is II's or PI's want to buy a share that is so depressed at the moment as SNG???

The institutions aint going to invest fortunes in a share that is so risky, even though your knowledge suggest this is not the case so whos going to buy the millions of shares that would be on the market if they did dump them all??

The volumes over the last few weeks do not suggest any huge trades of shares either way by anyone other than PI's but still the price has collapsed!!

Going back to April when the shareprice was in the 60's the odds were the equivalent of backing a 25/1 outsider in the grand national each way based on the results of not the COPD side of SNG but the COVID side. Now its literally like backing a 50/1 chance on the nose to win.

Fincraps valuation on the shares of £1.20 or £3.60 is merely a ploy to drum up business. After all they are SNG's brokers so it is in their interest to hype up interest in the share!!

But you only have to look at FinCraps valuation of SNG prior to the COVID link to see what the valuation of the shareprice was when reliant on the COPD trials being successful. Once again bear in mind that the figure will have been inflated because of Fincraps link with SNG ...... IT WAS 54P!!!!

If there is bad news about COPD then the chances of the COVID product working is virtually zero and as SNG is a total one trick pony the Company will either go bump or the shares will languish at a fraction of a penny.

Of course IF the COPD product does get the go ahead then remember the optimistic guestimate of the biased broker is only 54p so dont expect your £££'s

If both prove to be successful then the shares will no doubt rise to well over a pound but obviously those in the know are not holding out too much hope.

The 2 huge mistakes that Richard and co (and probably the advise as such from Fincrap) have made are not putting lock in clause on placing shares (which should have been offered to us No question!) and changing the goalposts by amending the date of update results more than one occasion. This created doubt which NO investors appreciate.

I am putting this posting on in the hope that it will add balance to some of the utter hyped cr*p that has been written on here over the past 3 months and if it saves one person money by putting them off slinging hard earned money into this risk then it will have been worthwhile.

Awaiting the usual abuse and threats of being reported by the usual bloody idiots
