From what I read, private investors not been told the bond would be multi millions of dollars??
Where's that coming from, dilution at this level??
What was the bonus for??
now we have not had confirmation our copper is economically leachable . just the say so from the seller to jo on a past video clip .
we do not have the environmental bond to use leaching
nor the permit
it’s a **** show of the highest degree
If I understand this correctly, sml have a shovel ready copper project and copper prices are going through the roof
What gives?!?!?
I would love more than anything for sml to come good , but decisions taken by the bod for things like pay day loans are nothing short of embarrassing .
Come on would you pay 12 per cent on any debt , it shouts desperation .
Neither member of the bod have what it takes to progress sml
New bod new start
Slurm, He’s entertainment value, if only for his child-like - yet smile-making - posts.
Bitcoin, you have gone from ridiculously positive to the boards doom and gloom, yet now than your positive period there is actually stuff going on and way more hope for recovery. I dont get why you were so positive when things were bad?
mms have no appetite for these shares... look at todays volume.....
the next rns will be another pay day loan to pay alan brooms bonus for introducing his loan shark mate to jp..
**** show... the price here is manipulated £10 k of sales and it will be down to 15p.... another £10k and 11p...
Prop is clearly on Drugs.... good on you .. LSD I expect no jumping off cliffs
They ain’t having mine - I’ll consider relinquishing some at 3p-plus.
An MM needs shares and RNS lodged if you believe that sort of thing.

You have made my mind up , I’m going to off load my other holdings in SML .. 23. 6 m I suppose in smaller trades unless
Anyone wants to bid for my holding and put a buy order into
Sweep em up ? .25 p and they are yours
"the company remains committed to avoiding the need for a dilutive capital raise", that isn't saying there won't be one.
The only hope here imo is a T/O by a larger company with deep pockets and a comptent BoD. This lot currently in charge couldn't organise the proverbial p*ss up in a brewery.....
Redmoor seems all about expanding the footprint while performing analysis after analysis - but without any funding to drill to firm up the mining-numbers to prove its commercial feasibility.
Tin and tungsten prices are heading up. Good news for us, and good news for Tungsten West - which is perhaps our best hope for processing any output from Redmoor.
To say and BOD not Box
No I’ve not sold out , just ashamed today I’m still holding .
The box are inept and it’s clear the funding is to pay back pay
We should all have a little patience, as frustrating as this is. Don’t forget the AGM is coming up in just 3 months time, and under our Articles one of our eligible Directors must retire and can then stand for re-election . Executive Directors are exempt from this (PW and JP) , so the only eligible Director , who therefore must be the one to retire, is the Chairman. So we will all have a chance to have our say on this in only 3 months time… I for one can’t wait !
DVH,
Have you tried getting a quote to buy this morning? I can't get a quote to buy £150's worth.
I mentioned it the other day, absolutely no volume on the offer...
All about trust in the BoD - none by the market, and only by a few invesors.
Notice the ear-ringing silence on Redmoor and LC.
Bitcoin, have you sold out yet? You really have turned a full 180 here. A lesson for anyone reading your posts....I actually think this is more positive than it has been for years now...Tin, Copper prices rising hard and this Company cheap as chips at £4.5m and revenues from Cobre increased as they are...A takeover could happen any time...
Scrambling around for piddly amounts of cash to keep the operation going ($100k & now $50k). What has happened to all the cash raised over the past 2/3 years? No progress at Redmoor & LCCM seems like a complete waste of money, like the previous failed projects, and the BoD continues in post as if eveything is hunky dory. Complete sh*t show....(no trades today tells you a lot about the apathy here!)
The Cobre sales is good news , the loan and warrants insignificant. The BOD need to give good news as promised in the next few weeks to show they are not going to milk this cash cow for another year . That is the only thing that can get the share price moving and give the shareholders confidence .
Another poor update. No responsibility or accountability for the cr*p position the company is in and Alan Broome still Chairman. Worse than the Post Office scandal....By the way what is happening at LCCM which the BoD told us was such a great asset? Going the same way as other 'great assets' like Mount Weld and Hanns Camp?!
RNS 13 June 2018 (LCCM)!!!
Commenting, John Peters, Managing Director of Strategic Minerals, said:
"The SML Board is thrilled with the highly skilled and experienced technical team that has been assembled to progress this exciting copper project. The team has over 100 years' combined experience, much of which is in South Australian copper geology and processing. The quality of the team provides a superb foundation from which to review potential development and processing options and settle on a work programme that will minimise risk and maximise shareholder returns.
"The SML Management and Board are closely following the progress at LCCM and have established reporting arrangements and management policies to closely monitor developments and to ensure delivery of sustainable operations mid-2019.
"The work programme and the development of LCCM are both expected to be fully funded from the Company's existing cash flows, and we look forward to updating the market on the progress of the work programme during the September quarter."
