Hmmm. Isn't the implication that they escape the German competition authority's grasp only because their turnover in Germany has fallen so low? Presumably it has come in lower than they were expecting when they started the German phase II review. So a question might be whether this indicative fall in German revenue is representative of overall revenue in 2017 and if so whether total revenue for 2017 is going to come in significantly lower than Hytera would have been expecting. Also rather strange that they don't mention progress on trying to get the covenants waived don't you think?
only on the German side. Spaniards are still checking
Looks like it will be sorted due to size
Looking doomed here as each day goes by with no news ! Should abandon but a captain goes down with a ship ! So stubborn an stupid but what the hell its only money right ????
Yep, those were mine
The fat lady still hasn't sung here. This board was lots of fun once upon a time, Interesting to see where it goes, puzzled at the SP, Maybe its a no go. . . To be fair I'd be ok with the deal falling through and them overhauling the management and rebuilding over the next few years. Good luck folks Firwood
Have you looked on NEX (previously ISDX) for the "missing" trades? Quite a few trades of 22,229 shares listed for yesterday, priced at 13.55p http://www.nexexchange.com/company-all-latest-trades?isin=GB00B1ZBLD47&listingtypeid=PLSL
I have been selling this to invest elsewhere. Sold about £12,000 worth today in tranches or around £3000 through HL, and none of them are showing. I sold around £8000 last week, and not all them showed up either. Considering there appears to be little action, HL were happy to buy them. Last week they were not.
Yes Batfink. It has stalled whilst the Spanish and German regulators decide whether to sanction the takeover. If you are not already in I would suggest you just watch and wait before jumping in. Takeover at 20p is not guaranteed.
Is this still waiting for the hytera buy out at 20p?
how long off is news? are we not overdue an update?
14.00 to buy
Is it due soon?
Yep, Brexit, Trump, Nicola Sturgeon, Teresa May & Etna....
Expected by the 9th but it's the EU so could be whenever.
When do hear I thought it was 9th for Spanish to tell us. ???

RickyBobby - I believe it is a Sepura system (or at least it was) out of their Vienna office.
Not only that, I understand that the System is actually a Motorola Dimetra system and the radios that Sepura provided are only for some of airport departments, not the whole airport. Mind you, Sepura marketing have past form implying that they provided the whole solution when in fact the were only a minor player.
