GB & GL....A.
Excellent, well done. What are you going to spend it on though, that is the question.
Finally received my cash today. It's been a rollercoaster ride all the way, it was worth it.

Answer from Barclays. I guess the same is for others with nominee accounts: This event is classed as a Mandatory Corporate Action. This means that you do not need to take any action. Hytera will issue us with a bulk payment on 7th June. We then ask for another few days to distribute this across all qualifying shareholders like yourself and will credit this directly to your account.
Others have posted it will be automatic, less than 14 days now.
How do I get the 20p per share refund?
Last post: milnrowmug, 27 May 2017 23:20
Rather than SEPU, you appear to be 012D on Lloyds platform. A sign its all over? I should have held: easy to say, at least I didn't lose.
If all finished got my money back so that's a result in itself as when it dropped to 9p I was willing to fall on the sword !
yes matie. I hope you made some money out of this mess
lol "Sepura Long-term Incentive Plan" from the RNS, All the best to all (Incentive Plan.............my ar5e!)

Well done all... i sold out at 19.50 what a loooong process that was. Hardly worth the ups and downs as i was in at an ave of about 17 lol Good bye and good luck in the future.
@ 20p ? I'd like to understand that one !! Can't believe people happy to receive 20p .... What an utter rip off !!! This has been a right ride for me, one of my 1st buys, 51p, 13p 20p then 14p, 6 months I've been here and this board has been a right laugh at times and tearful at others, More lessons learned to take with me. Good luck everyone. C u on another board. Firwood

That wasn't very bright Mr Brown. Sepu is a definite profit and UVEL share price has collapsed. I'm staying where I am.
Sold 90% but will let 10% ride just in case. Made a huge profit. Put it all in UVEL.. unheard of but huge potential and...
Check out PETS and VTU as recovery shares. They are both profitable companies that pay out dividends and are almost at 52 week lows
that appears to be the case uddinkas. does anyone have any tips for what to buy with the proceeds ? a new car perhaps ?
If the effective date is 24th May then does that mean we get paid on 7th or 8th June after 14 days wait?
Hi Lionhart, I've been in many M&A situations and both parties rarely pull out from a deal. If there's an issue with a particular countries' regulations then both companies decide to still go ahead with the deal and initially exclude the problem subsidiaries from the deal and then come back later and acquire the problem entity. So, I don't see no material problem for the deal to go ahead.
ndmLSE - From the 16th December announcement: "The attention of Sepura Shareholders is drawn to the fact that the Acquisition is also conditional on other Conditions and certain further terms set out in Appendix I and to the full terms and conditions which will be set out in the Scheme Document. Sepura Shareholders should take note of the Regulatory Clearances set out in the Conditions in Appendix I, which include the PRC Regulatory Clearances. Sepura acknowledges the very high level of importance and the materiality of the PRC Regulatory Clearances to Hytera, Bidco and the Acquisition." As I said, a minor concern but PRC have not yet formally cleared it although I'm sure they will.
I'm confused by where further risks shall be. The RNS speaks pretty clear: "Following further discussions with the German authorities, the parties have concluded that the notification from the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy announced 5 May 2017 will not have implications for the timing of completion of the Acquisition" "and that, following the decision of the UK government not to refer the Acquisition to a second phase review by the UK's Competition and Markets Authority announced 12 May 2017, the parties intend to move forward with the completion of the Acquisition in accordance with the timetable below: Cancellation of trading in Sepura Shares 8.00 a.m. on 25 May 2017 Latest date for dispatch of cheques/settlement through CREST 14 days after the Effective Date" So, where would the further risks come from?
Thanks for the detailed reply :) i am left thinking this is going to go through OK - I'm only a small amount up so would quite like to wait for 20p to atleast get something back from this rough journey!
I can only speak for myself. I sold 1/3 of my holding this morning at just under 19p but kept the rest hoping to get over 19p. I am a bit surprised we're still trading below 19p but I wonder if that's down to the recent history of surprises and some disbelief that it could all finish so quickly in the end. A few bigger trades coming through this afternoon so perhaps that's a sign that the arbitrage institutions are getting involved again on the buy side. Have to wait for tomorrow's 8.3's to see. The one risk I do still see is some sort of challenge from the Germans, although personally I put this as a relatively low risk. I notice this morning's rns talks about "the parties have concluded" without defining, as far as I can see, who "the parties" are. i.e. if "the parties" include the German authorities then I would be more relaxed than if "the parties" are only Sepura and Hytera. I suspect "the parties" does include only Sepura and Hytera because of the subsequent statement that "the parties intend to move forward with the completion...". So is there a possibility that Sepura and Hytera are calling the Germans' bluff and trying to close without having formal confirmation that the Germans don't want to run a public interest review? If so, could the Germans try to get an injunction to prevent the deal closing? Low risk I think, which is why I'm still holding most of my shares in the hope of 19p plus in the coming days. As always on SEPU in particular, do your own research.

Been in and out a few times since late last year so have ridden the roller coaster- picked up a load at 11.5 pence on 5 May so suppose should really get out now and maybe increase my holding in Nanoco - that is going to be interesting to watch unfold over the next few days and weeks.

Same im out now too i figured it wasnt worth the risk for a small increase incase things went belly up again. Bye and GLA
I've just sold... It was only last week i was siting here with half this amount. I won't get greedy. I am out.
That's me out at 19.25p. I don't like the fact that we still haven't seen any 8.3's from the arb players buying and I think the wording of the last rns still leaves open the possibility of a last minute challenge from the Germans.

I was kicking my self on Monday after selling at 15.83 from 10.53 and buying Nanoco but after today's rise of 9.66% on NanoI feel a lot better.well done to All those that held.
For those Hytera have got a steal just cast your minds back to the initial bid period where we were all speculating about a Motorola or other counter bid, which didn't happen. You must assume that other interested parties went over the company with a fine tooth comb and still stayed away. Only time will tell if they pitched at the right price or not.

20p is a ridiculous price. Hytera have done a great bit of business there.
Smell of sweet & sour in the air. Sour as in potential lost jobs for UK employees. Sweet as an absolute steal for Hytera to take over decades of research & development and plug it in to their own cheaper version which will probably break after using a strong hand. 20p is a Chinese takeaway too far IMO. 😑

Still down on this one with avg 26 but very happy to see the recovery after such a long time! Kicking myself for not piling in last week now to avg down, but also glad i didn't just cut my losses and sell last week ;)
When the bid just went up to 18.88p, the risk/reward threshold was reached for me so I'm out now. Good luck to all investors and see no reason why you won't get the full 20p but many a slip 'twixt cup and lip! GLA
Night shift over kids dropped off at school, so now a nice glass of wine to celebrate. GLA in future ventures. Back to steady funds for me :-)
but I'm out, took a good profit and well happy, breakfast time, full monty on its way

Well done to all... We finally made it... I actually only made a little bit of profit here in the end but there was some nice money to be made only a week or so ago when they dropped to 9p, however like most of us here i had enough of this share to pile in on such a great price. Oh well... CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE

Congratulations to all who made it this far! I originally sold on the first 20p announcement (back when 70-90p was a minimum for takeover offers on this board) and watched the horrible ride after that, hope all managed to hold on to their guns and saw it through! As a side note, you should take a look at VAST and have a read of the last year worth of RNS's, I'm not saying whether to buy or not, but this is obviously a nudge to go and take a look and decide for yourselves :)

Allowing for Financing, etc and the short time frame, 19p - 19.25p would be about right. You are 'almost' guaranteed 20p in 24 days so if this settles down even around 18p, you still have a 10% return in 3 weeks. GLA
doesn't look as though it'll stand a chance today
