can see longlad s********* in the background😏
Except it reads more like:
We are delighted to announce that our incoming balance is now valued at £Nill.
This now provides seed with a unique opportunity to explore a plethora of avenues of obtaining finance that would only be available to our BoD due to their experience and expertise.
On behalf of the BoD and all shareholders I would like to thank ed and alfresco for navigating the fund through these difficult times.
RNS release time 1400
Due to the ongoing War between Israel and Iran we regret the funds due from Leap gaming have been lost.
Morning fatman,
No harm in an early start!!
Ed wouldn’t have the brains to run a Ponzi scheme….i think what we have here is something far more simple…..shareholders’ money providing exit liquidity for lorne & co…..in my opinion its just a simple ‘transfer mechanism’…..I could have inserted a four letter word beginning with s and ending with m…..but i wouldn’t want to offend anyone with such tabloid-like writing :)
Morning peeps, early shift for me some fool has to work them on a 😔.
All this talk of dividends is just wishful thinking I am afraid ffwd/seed in the last 10 years do not have a history of giving bk to private investors it's always been about TAKING from investors.abit like medical canabis juiceyfields that have just been busted.although seed is not a ponzi scheme,it has all the characteristics of one!
I would love to be proved wrong and see this clown pay us a 1p dividend but it is not happening.very hard to see where he goes feom here now because nobody trusts him or believes a word he says anymore,he has burnt his bridges.let us see if we even get the second leap payment first.if not then watch this POS drop below 1p in the blink of an eye.
Longlad. it is pretty thick when you meet people who are not good at something but think they are and brag and talk rubbish. we have all met them. so what you are saying ed with his limited intellect thinks he is good and actually should be paid more. lol. let us face it folks. we have all met them in life.
Actually if ed said to my face then sell seed if your not happy. now i could sell but it makes little difference in my situation as made money elsewhere. so i am hanging on for the time being. but if ed said it to my face i would be telling him what i think. and it would be worse than i say in print. lol. he should not be telling anyone anything. he should be doing the right thing for shareholders. keeping his mouth shut and getting on with it. period.
Longlad. yep. spot on. interesting you mention jamie dimon. another ego paid a fortune and this is the dude who said bitcoin is not worth putting money since it was a few dollars. now bitcoin is 70 thousand dollars per coin around about. probaly dimon is somebody ed looks up to. lol. the irony of it all is the hardest workers in this country get paid the least and because they are not financial savvy it stays like that. and then ed working about an hour a month gets 4 times there salary or more. and he is not any good. lol. one thing that does make me laugh about jamie dimon seems you mentioned him. he says bitcoin is a scam while his bank has been fined billons of dollars over decades for dodgy stuff.
Dagenham
I agree with all you said.
Ed cant see he is doing anything wrong, ed and alfresco can blame the markets, blame Ukraine war, blame Israel, blame trump or biden, they wont take responsibility for their incompetence.
They’ll continue to take their inflated salaries but with their limited intellect they will think themselves hard done by as they will be looking at other bosses like Jamie dimon’s salary!
Ed will think, if you don't like the way i am running seed…then sell! Which would be the juvenile attitude I’d expect from him. He should, as been suggested, pause salaries until such a time that they do something right, ed you’ve had enough of us for the destruction you have caused.
Talking about doing the right thing for example. i am in a share that has rose from 2 dollars to hitting a recent high of 24 dollars in the past 12 months. the boss recently sold some shares but i think for 2 years he took no wages. that is defo better. when yoiur in a stock like that yoiu really see how bad seed is and how it treats shareholders. so ed that is an example of how it should be done. you are a shareholder in seed. a rising share price with also a dividend and you get paid yourself. but wages should be stopped for the time being and performance related pay brought in.
The most shocking thing about financial advisers and people like ed is it is all about wages, bonus, commision etc. nothing to do with making clients/ investers money. you could not make it up.
It is like financial advisers. stick a suit on them, make sure the hair and teeth is nice, send them on courses which has nothing to do with making clients money etc. just to do with legal stuff so that the company can not be sued. hey presto. you end up with an ed type knocking on your door in the olden days trying to sell you some crap investment. i bet ed thinks doing a course and going to the master invester crap show with a smart suit on makes him think he is good. when actually good investing is all about timing in right stocks/ secters and having at least some morals if you are taking money off people.
And he would need to keep a bit of the money back so no need to do a raise and dilute at that time and ideal would be bringing in performance related pay. taking good wages per month for this performance crap is simply not on going forward. enough is enough. i am sure ed will have enough to live on for a year or so without taking any wages and then if performance is good he then gets paid wages after that. of course that needs morals. sadly lacking.
The thing is on ex dividend the shares would fall. so ed better get the share price up before ex dividend and then you get both. a rising share price and a dividend before the shares drop. of course he needs to get it right with the money and that means no more investing in mate company etc.
I’m all for a special dividend. It would be great if done at the end of a significant and consistent but back. Even with only 100k a day bought, that’s still 1% of the company a month, but it seems the brokers we have can’t manage such activity every day!
He’d do a raise on ex-dividend day just to feck us
All of the Leap money should be dividend.
I dont want Ed to spend another Fckin penny of my cash to anything else.
It's NOT your money Ed.
It's ours and we want it back.
NOW
Judging by todays sells, yesterday’s 300k buyer only needs to sell another 22,989 shares to exit 😳
The best chat board on LSE! Good days of postings comrades! Best bit of SEED perhaps is this board! Particularly laughed at the 'it's like being another 12 months married' comment! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! I couldn't imagine selling up and putting my money in some stock with a dull board.
See George Roach at it again over at Prem, but the volume is there….he sells a story!
Ed sits back gobbles the cash every month, bleeds is dry and creates zero.
This is simply boring, there is nothing to get excited about. It’s been years they have proven what they can and cannot do.
Hoping isn’t an investment strategy, and that’s what we are doing here simply hoping that we can get out!
On receipt on the leap money, Ed’s text message to alfresco will probably read: that’s us set for another few years matey
I do think a dividend is a good idea with some of the leap money. look at it this way. we all get some cash from the dividend and if[ a big if] they somehow can get the share price up to a better level we at last see something positive. and then just sell up. you got a dividend a payment and less losses or a profit depending on your average.
pressing that buy button is so bad it sends shivers down your spine as you think what the **** have i done. i mean look at it. 2.2 to buy and 1.9 on the bid to sell. so whacked on the bell.
So someone might come on here and say give it another 2 years. lol. yeh right.
you know when we sometimes say things like give them another 12 months. well, another 12 months as gone and look at where share price has ended up. it is like being married long term. you give it another 12 months and you still bored as ****.
Longlad. hit the buy button instead of sell. lol.
